Craig was quick to reply late at night to my evening email asking about a quote to repair our broken spring. He arrived the next afternoon as scheduled. Craig explained what was wrong, how the doors work, etc. When he broke down the pricing, he gave us the best option as well as more cost effective ones. The work was done immediately and only took about 30 minutes. Craig was very pleasant, spoke well, and courteous. Thank you, Craig!!

Apparently someone backed into my garage door in the middle of the night. It was bent inward, opened very roughly, horribly dinged up,and did not want to close. Called Craig in the A.M., said he come swing by at 10. He had it fixed bfore noon. He gave me a price to fix and a price to replace. I was told if I opted for the fix I barely be able to tell it ever happened. I opted for the fix (much cheaper), and as promised, I could barely tell. I wouldnt hesitate to call Craig again.

Awesome!! I got in touch with them at 2pm because my garage door would only go up 4 inches. Instead of going home after his last repair, Craig showed up at 5pm with all the parts needed to make sure we had a working garage door on the same day. He even fixed the problem we were having with the garage door light bulb. He was done in under an hour. I had springs replaced at another house and Performance Garage Door was WAY less. Professional, honest and even has a 10 year warranty!!! Highly recommend them.
