I liked that I could try out the products in store to see what fit my needs best.Adrian made the purchase of the new treadmill smooth. I love the customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

Purchased an Echelon Ex5s bike for my wife from Adrian the manager. He was professional and knowledgeable and has followed up with excellent service and customer care after the sale. We will definitely be using Johnson Fitness and contacting Adrian for future needs.

We ordered a recumbent bike from this company a few years ago. At the time, it was their top of the line bike. Upon delivery, the screen did not work on the bike. We had to work through having them fix the issue, which meant replacing the console. I am not really sure why, but the console always ran slow. This is a Matrix XIR console. We just accepted it because I really didn’t want to deal with them further. The guys who came to replace the console seemed unprofessional.Now, a couple years later and after minimal use, we request to sell the bike back to Johnson Fitness & Wellness. The company took their sweet time in responding to my initial inquiry email from their site (several days). Then I called their location and was told I would be offered somewhere around $500 for the bike (paid around $3,600), but the store manager needed to check with his supervisor. I was willing to accept the loss to just move on, but then I get an email advising they refuse to purchase the bike.In short, this company does not value you or your business. They’ve made that much extremely clear to me. I would not recommend them to anyone! If their “high end” equipment is having issues, then that isn’t a good look for their company. Additionally, if they can’t make it right, then that’s even more concerning. AVOID THESE GUYS!

I met Adrian Langton, store manager, for the first time today (5/9/2020). He was very professional and had great interpersonal skills. He was very informative and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. His customer service was right on point and made me feel very comfortable.I had a question regarding my universal weight machine relative to lubricating a part and if he had that lubricant for sale He answered my question, but did not have the lubricant at hand; however, he had a partial tube from a previous job and offered it to me free of charge; an act that you don’t find in this day and age.I will, without a doubt, in need of any additional fitness equipment, I will surely visit this store again and look forward to working with Adrian!

I had been doing research on buying a treadmill and a bike for months and found Johnson Fitness & Wellness in Peoria. Adrian Lanton, the store manager was so great! He answered all of my questions and added information that I knew from all of my research, so I knew he was not just trying to sell me exercise equipment. The prices were very reasonable. When I ordered the treadmill and bike, he kept me up to date where the order was in the system and who would be calling to deliver and set up. If you are looking for exercise equipment this is the place to shop! Customer service was outstanding and I will be referring my friends to Adrian!

There is not enough that I can say about Johnson Fitness Store; Adrian was wonderful to work with! We will continue to purchase all our workout equipment through him. We absolutely love! love! love! our NordicTrack bike; what a blessing it has been!

I went to the store thinking I wanted to get a Nordictrack treadmill but after trying out the different brands and the store Manager Adrian explaining the differences in them I ended up deciding on a Horizon treadmill. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all or trying to sell any one brand. They explained the differences between the brands and let me try them out. When I told Adrian I wanted to read up on the Horizon treadmills prior to making a purchase there was no issue. I returned the following day after researching them and bought one.

I recently bought a treadmill at the Peoria Az location. The service and honesty my wife and I felt from the Manager Adrian was shocking. Something you dont see very often these days. He was genuinely trying to find the perfect fit for us. He never had any intention to try and up sell us. He kindly spent a ton of time with us as it was hard for us to make a decision :). We bought a used treadmill from here. The first one we wanted he had to bring in from another store, but when we saw it in person, we hated it. The guy was so cool that he showed us one out of our price range, but worked with us because he felt that was perfect for us. It was. My wife and I still use it multiple times a week over a year later.
