Both Eric from Pella and Howard from Lundell Construction were great to work with. Eric helped us pick the perfect door for our needs and Howard did an absolutely stellar job installing the door. There were a couple of construction issues going from the existing french door to the new slider, but Howard did a wonderful job and the new door and surrounding woodwork look absolutely fabulous. I couldnt be more pleased! Thank you all!!

Eric did a fabulous job of explaining the types of windows we could purchase. He was informative and amicable. The installers worked steadily and efficiently. They did a great job of clean up. My salesman Eric Sihrer was great. He listened to what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of our options. We never felt pressured . He followed up in a timely manner when ever necessary. I would definitely not hesitate to call him again the next time we need additional window replacements. Our installation crew was Howard Lundell Construction. They were very courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable & experienced. They completed the job in a timely manner & thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. They took the time to show me how the windows worked. We absolutely love the look of the windows.

Im not one to sit through to much of a sales presentation. Eric did a good job of keeping the presentation short and to the point. He explained everything I needed to know in terms anyone should be able to understand.The installation was professional and efficient. They put down tarps and cleaned up everything well. I think they did a great job. I would request them if this ever comes up again. All in all a good experience.

Would be 5 stars but due to price, I gave 4. The contractors use to replace three Pella windows were great, install was perfect. Sales guy was good, informative and explained everything well. My issue is with Pella itself. I had three Pella windows rotting out at the bottom due to a manufacturing issue. Found out there was a class action lawsuit due to a poor design of this model line of windows. The class action had expired and I was not offered any sort of discount. I compared my original cost of these Pella windows from 2003 and found they had increased by 480%! Very expensive.

First... Shawn sells a great product. Nothing comes close to the Impervia windows for durability and maximizing the amount of window glass. The is a great last window product.

Have used this business for multiple window projects, and will continue to do so until all the windows have been replaced.

Although a long lead time, the new pocket window fit perfectly and far better than the aging wood window. We now have no apparent draft of cold air, so we’ll save on gas usage. Our salesman and installers did great jobs for this endeavor. We’ve ordered another similar window, both with nice labor reductions.

We have used Pella out of Peoria in each of our homes for almost 15 years. Shawn H. at Pella has been a valuable salesperson who always listens to our needs and responds promptly to our requests. The installation crews they have sent to our home have always been top notch as well. We have only had one service call in all the years regarding a sliding door and it was handled efficiently. We have done five separate projects with Pella and will return again when we need to update or add more windows and doors.

Everyone was great to work with. Weve been replacing windows little by little & this year was the big job. The only window left is the picture window in the living room. By the time the installation was completed the outside temperature & humidity were both rising. We both noticed as we closed up the house & turned on the air conditioning how much quieter things were. We live on a main street in our subdivision & the new windows made a huge difference the first day. Cant wait for winter to see how much they lower our heating bills. My house was built with Pella windows 40 years ago. I have replaced them in phases over the last four years, and have been very satisfied working with Shawn in Sales for product selection, and scheduling the delivery and installation. In this process, I have worked with a variety of installation crews and found all were very attentive to details both inside and outside. Overall I had an issue with one window, and the factory service man was on site within 10 days to replace it.

Mr. Harshbarger was as friendly and knowledgeable as I could ask for. He went out of his way to explain to my wife and I exactly what we needed to fit both our budget and our home.All of my window and door needs will start and probably end with Shawn and Pella.

Excellent Service and Product. We are doing the windows in 2 phases. The first phase was half the windows and a sliding door. Weve been thrilled so far with the product. We chose vinyl and the ease of opening/closing, the ease of cleaning (I didnt know cleaning windows would be something Id look forward to!), and the aesthetics are excellent. The sliding door is like a bank vault door - it is incredibly well made, sturdy, and beautiful. Weve had the product now for about 6 weeks and couldnt be more pleased.The installation service was top notch. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and highly respectful of our property. They cleaned up fully after themselves after each day (3 days total they were there) and if I didnt know any better I wouldnt have known we got new windows. There wasnt a trace of them having been in the house tearing apart trim, etc.While replacing a sliding door there was slight damage caused to our siding. They immediately went and bought a new sheet of siding, replaced the small portion where there was damage and were extremely apologetic about the damage and the inconvenience of having to replace a small piece of siding. For us it wasnt a big deal, and we wouldnt have even noticed there was a small piece of new siding had they not been upfront and told us they made a mistake. They fixed it exactly like I would have expected, but they went above and beyond. We had damaged an area of our siding years ago and since they had bought a whole sheet of siding, they repaired that damage too - totally un-related to the work they were doing. And, they left the remainder of the siding that was purchased for us - lets just hope we dont poke any more holes in our house though and we wont need it.

I have purchased Pella windows for all of my house from Shawn Harshburger at Pella in Peoria. I have done so through three seperate purchases and the last time I purchased new doors for the upstairs and downstairs along with a custom window and basement windows. Ten years ago I purchased a huge thirteen foot bay window. The largest they had made at the time. We love the bay window and can see all of the birds in our back yard with it and stay warm. The windows have cut our heating bill at least 25%. The bay window had a sagging issue and Shawn had technicians come out and handle the issue when they did not have to at no charge. This makes all the difference in buying from a local company that you can trust and makes a top quality product. Pella has always taken care of me on the homes I have built and remodeled.

Have defective Pella windows in my house. spoke to Darcy in Peoria. Very little help. Charging $120 for a service charge to just look at my defective windows. This is the 2nd group of windows to be defective.

Man who came to the house was not nice at all.
