Phat Teez could follow through on the orders that are placed, provide quality products with proper sizing, and communicate with their customers better. We were promised a delivery date and they missed it by 2 months. Our group spent over $1700 with them and they have still failed to deliver products that were ordered/messed up nearly 6 months later. They clearly do not value their customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Youve been warned.

A huge group of us from Skydive Mesquite ordered Jerseys from Phat Teez back in November of 2018 and were told we would have them in time for Christmas gifts. It is now June 2019 and some of us still have not received our jerseys.The handful of us that did receive our jerseys, had the custom names misspelled, and the sizing was WAY off. My (what should have been SM) I swim in, it’s comparable to a Large.I’ve worn mine 2 times and was in the sun while wearing it and the black and blue turned into an ash grey. Overall, very disappointed in the results of jerseys. On top of all of that, the lack of communication and customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, we will never be ordering from this company again.
