Miriam went above and beyond for my toddlers scripts. I did not have an insurance card nor the money and she called around to get info and make sure my baby was okay.I am so thankful she was working. Also they were the only place in Peoria that had what she needed in stock highly recommend, thank you so much !

Poorly run pharmacy. Have a problem 90% of the time with my prescriptions. System doesnt allow for notes so its a battle every month. Have transferred all prescriptions I can. Otherwise a great store

Reading other reviews of this Walgreens pharmacy location is a bit disheartening. I usually have a great experience here! As long as I have things figured out with my doctor(s) and insurance company, then things go just fine. A lot of the times they are doing everything they can. Before I go to pick up my prescriptions I always check the app to make sure my prescriptions are ready. If there are any issues flagged I call the number and get connected to someone who then can help me figure out what I need to do. They are extremely busy lately with covid vaccinations on top of prescriptions but doing great given the circumstances.

Horrible. I received a completely different medication MIXED IN with a prescription I had filled. I took the medicine as usually and felt really off and had blurry vision. Having never had that reaction when taking the medication before, I poured the bottle out on my counter and noticed the pills were two different sizes with different imprints. I looked up the unidentified pill and it was a completely different medication all together. I will never use this Pharmacy again. Thankfully, my reaction wasn’t serious.

I like walgreens...most the workers are usually nice... BUT there is a old woman there with grey hair is so so so rude and prejudice!!!!! Today i was told my passport photos were denied because I was covering my hair!!!! Such a prejudice woman and she denied my husband like 3 times or more the managers phone number or to bring them out. If you are Muslim, Jewish, any religion that you cover your hair. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS!!!! SO RUDE!!!...by the way you are allowed to cover your hair for Ids and passports dont let people like her lie to you and try to get you to uncover your hair.

Never using Pharmacy again! I call ask about meds,if theyre in stock.Get told yes,will be ready in 20min.I go there(30min away)&They say I have nothing there in my name.I say yes I do many times.Finally they find it saying its not in stock they must order it having it 3days later. I say you told me it was in stock!?! Its Im sorry man idk what to tell you! Never again & happened every few mos for over 2yrs.Also Id call it in hrs prior & go to pick them up & they say sorry we have to fill them it will take about 30min. Ridiculous!

One of the other commenters mentioned a rude woman and I know exactly who this person is. Shes floated between Walgreens over the years and whenever I happen to see her, I cringe. Shes incredibly rude and Ive never liked her.

The service in the pharmacy department is horrible. I was there 45 minutes because they kept making my prescriptions one at a time, finally after the 4th time telling me I would have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes I walked out and said forget it. The staff needs to be retrained or replaced.

At this point it has taken over 35 minutes to fill a prescription for an inhaler (mind you, an item that is already placed into a box and sealed - literally nothing special needs to be done) that can be picked off of the shelf and handed directly to me. Roughly four customers have come through in this time so it cannot be due to being “busy.”While this location is convenient, our family will be changing where our future prescriptions are filled from.Update - took 38 minutes. Slow clap.

Either they are very slow or incompetent. After 2 days and three trips to pick up antibiotics for an elderly parent. I refused to leave until they got it ready. Telling me they had other people to wait on. While typing this I am the only car in the drive through. Would not have been upset if they had not told us the day before (after sending a message it was ready) it would be ready today. Arrived a few hours earlier today only to be told it it had not been filled and and it would be 20 mins. I told staff I would come back in a few hours. This time when I arrived. Was told they were waiting on a doctor ok for a refill. This is the original Tx for the AB. Then was told it was canceled out of the system. And I could wait another 20 mins.Still no cars in the drive thru at 10PMWhen you have little competition for a night time pharmacy you don’t have to be good. Makes you wonder if what they give you is safe and correct.

Ive been getting prescriptions here for years and its a running joke with my family and husband about how they have never once, not one time, had a prescription ready when its supposed to be. Ive called a day ahead and been given times that itll be guaranteed ready, Ill go HOURS after that guaranteed time, and it still wont be ready. Ive gone in the morning and been told to wait 15 minutes, waited an hour and had to leave, and came back that same evening to be told the order still hasnt been put in. Ive called hours ahead to make sure a prescription is ready, driven hours to pick it up, and they tell me it isnt ready. They never have the correct information, they are never polite or compassionate. If you dont have to get prescriptions filled here, dont.

So the last time I came to pick up my prescription in the drive thru I ended up having to go in as the line was not moving after 20 minutes. One lane was closed. Here I sit today again and the lane is still broken and I haven’t budged in 15 minutes. I complained to the pharmacist the last time I had to go in. She apologized but didn’t really seem to care much. I told her the main reason I get my prescriptions here was because of the drive thru. I told her after 20+ years of getting my prescriptions filled here I was ready to move them all. It’s become a huge inconvenience. So Walgreens please stop texting and emailing me incessantly that my prescription is ready for pick up because when I come to get it it really isn’t ready 🤷‍♀️😔

The photo lab at this Walgreens location is terrible and the staff is rude. I placed an order around Christmas time and when I went to pick them up, the manager argued with me and told me they didnt have my photos and I must have ordered from a different location. I showed him my confirmation receipt with the address to this exact location and he still argued with me and insisted that I was wrong. Two weeks later, they found my photos. Flash forward to this past weekend when I decided to give them another try. Went to pickup the 5 pictures I ordered, got in my car and opened the envelope where there were 3 photos and a cover sheet with the 5 that I ordered. I went back inside, and explained that I was missing photos and was told that I needed to go re-order them and when I pick them up to just let them know and they wouldnt charge me again. Sorry, but no thank you. I also paid almost $5 for three 4x6 photos.I like this Walgreens for convenience reasons, hence the 2 stars, but will never try using their photo lab again.

I had been a customer there from when they first moved there from westlake shopping center. And for the most part they had good service.That was until 4-5-17.I did as I usually do bought more items than I planned. One of such items was paper towels that were on sale. When I checked out either I forgot or the person ringing me up forgot to hand me the bag with my paper towels in it. When I got home I noticed that even though I had paid for them they were not with me. I called the store and the store personal could not find my purchase. And the salesperson was unable. I left my name and number yet my call was not return. And on the next day when I followed up with another call I was informed that they couldnt help me.This is unacceptable it is their job to make it right. So now Im considering moving my prescriptions from there to another Pharmacy. Im very discouraged by my recent experience

If I could give zero stars I would, the cashier was both rude and careless. I was attempting to purchase a prepaid card and she put the wrong balance on the card then wouldnt add the rest of it when i brought it to her attention. She obviously doesnt care about coustumers or her job, very disappointed in her distain for work.

I was a customer there on Sunday July 28 2019 & I was denied & discriminated againtI went to purchase aome wine & some detergent. Due to the fact I had my 13yr old cuz with me..Sales associate stated that was Walgreens policy not to sale to customers who had kids with them under the age of 18 & because he was not my child...I didnt get not 1 apology from the sales associate. This was the worst customer service I have wver delt with in my life. Shift manager only compensated mw 1000 reward points. I would not recommend any1 to go to this location (Scenic Dr-Pworia Il)Mind you I was visiting for the weekend buring a love 1. Havent been in that store in over 20ys

Rude staff, didnt smile once. Sat at the window for over 5 minutes & didn’t even get a greeting. Weren’t able to bill my insurance even though I sat on the phone with the pharmacy for an hour earlier that day having it transferred to Walgreen from CVS... The soul reason I had it transferred is because Walgreens said they could my bill BCBS. Just disappointed. I worked a long day myself and shouldn’t have to take 1.5hrs+ to get a simple prescription

Denied service. Dropped off prescription, came back to pick it up & was told that none of my family had coverage. I called Blue Cross & confirmed our coverage. They ran the script again & still couldnt find our coverage. We have had scripts filled here in the past with no problems, so we are in their system & so is our coverage. Guess my son doesnt need his medication this time. Idiots!

Too much to write on what is wrong with this Walgreens. The pharmacist that works late at night is extremely rude and unhelpful. The other Walgreens in Peoria provide great service. This Walgreens has no idea on how bad they compare. They have no idea, and I dont think they care.

I hate having to always go through a automated machine first to talk to a person. regardless of the day of the day of the week or time of the day I go the wait is always long, and frustrating. if this was not so close to me I would change pharmacy
