Very uplifting to see the employees that made my order smile and genuinely welcomed me, It was my first time getting coffee from that establishment. The customer service is phenomenal, very professional and friendly staff. I’m definitely bringing my family here!! The ice coffee was incredibly delicious and refreshing. Ohhh yeah, did I mention bikinis? Well, I was glad to see customers treating everyone with respect. Bravo Peoria!! 👏

First time here and loved their happy welcoming cool vibe. I did not take photos of the employees because they were busy and wanted to ask for their permission before taking pics of them. If you are a jealous person who may have an issue with your partner being around other females or male i. Swim suit attire maybe reconsider coming here. But if your cool about it then come check them out they are nice and friendly. If its your first time here let them know and they will ring a bell and hype you up which waa fun. Yes they also have a drive through if youre on the go. So go check them out.👍😃

Good alternative if you want to mix up your Starbucks addiction 😅 My husband really likes their Macadamia coffee. I like frappes and find most places gross (like Dutch, Dunkin)...almost exclusive to Starbucks except this place! I got the white tiger today and it was yum!

BEST coffee! Super friendly the menu is super easy to order from. I gave it a 4 star only because the breakfast croissant was not very good. But they have smoothies for kids, pup cups for the fur babies and substitutes for anyone who many need them.

This is my first time trying coffee at Bikini Beans. Nude cold coffee was highly recommend . I loved it and their service was amazing. I dont remember the energy drink name but its a combination of strawberry & watermelon was really an energy boosting drink 🤤🤤.

My wife and I visited the coffee place because we enjoy their drinks. I gave it three stars, because the drinks were delicious, unfortunately the girl that took our order wasn’t friendly and forgot to ask us if we do the rewards and don’t count our two drinks. I felt the customer service could of been better, unfortunately I don’t know if the coffee is worth getting from employees that make it seem as if they are bothered that customers showed up.

The girls working here are very nice, the coffee is pretty good too. Drink sizes are labeled in bra sizes, so know your sizes haha but really theyre very friendly and talked to my niece in the backseat while we waited for our drinks and they always wait for you to try your drink and make sure you like it before you leave. On Wednesdays they have Women Crush Wednesdays where drinks are 15% off for all the ladies too, its awesome!

Honestly was the best experience I could’ve had getting a fresh cup on nitro cbd infused coffee. The manager was amazing with amazing energy! It’s our first time here and we fell in love the delicious drinks! We got the Coco-Mocha(coconut mix with mocha + chocolate drizzles) and this seasonal pumpkin pie frapp(SOOOO GOOD)! The bikini beans girls were all so friendly and they made sure we liked our drinks and was ready to make us another one if we didn’t like it! That’s some awesome customer service! Thanks girls! 10/10 I would recommend!!

Out of all their locations, this one so far is the best. Although Im still weirded out that dudes work there now. But this location has more than 2 girls on shift and based on the amount of customers, I can see why.

Today was my first time at Bikini Beans. Girls were super nice and patient. Atmosphere was amazing and my drink was delicious worth every penny. Way better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros TO ME MY OPINION. I had a spice Chai with oat milk. It was bomb. 16oz was just enough.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst customer service on the planet. And it goes all the way up to management. They expect people to learn their “coffee lingo” in order to order a coffee. I order my coffee the same way at every place I go to. The manager actually told me to change the way I order it or never come back. Excuse me? It is your responsibility to train your employees on how to ring up drinks. It is NEVER THE CUSTOMERS JOB TO ADJUST TO YOUR “LINGO”!!!! I don’t know who they learned customer service from but service like that will guarantee that this location will close in no time. I’ve heard other people make the same complaint. Disgusting way to run a business.

Ive been coming to this location for months and the coffee quality has been great. My wife actually introduced me to the place and have had great experiences here. Today they made my drink incorrectly twice and I actually got down to voice my concern. The manager offered excuses without any empathy or apology. She had the drink remade by the same individual who messed up the prior 2 drinks and was very flippant about it. The area outaide where they make the drinks is open so I could see her discussing the interaction with clients after I left. Was a very poor and unprofessional experience, on her behalf. They recently changed managers and the previous one was much more customer oriented.

My husband and I used to be daily Starbucks drinkers, everyday at least once a day. Since trying bikini beans we have not gone back. The staff is so friendly and helped us find our new usual drinks with ease and the drive through always moves much quicker! Was absolutely worth stepping out of our norm!

The girls were very sweet, I ordered a matcha green tea frap with vanilla instead of raspberry ( one of the girls suggested it) and it was delicious. They were very patient explaining the menu to me .

Wife & I went for the first time yesterday & the girls were so sweet! They let us taste our drinks first to make sure we liked them (we DEFINITELY did!) & they are very knowledgeable in coffee & their different flavors & what the tastes are! My first time here will be my last I wont be coming back and your CBD Nitro Cold Brew sucks, I wouldnt even give you a star.

I stopped by the other day and I tried out the iced nude that Mia recommended. I wanted it a little sweeter after trying so she made sure to make it sweeter until I liked it! It was perfect and the customer service was lovely. I’m glad I decided to check it out that day! (:

The peanut butter cup frappe was watery, flavorless, and chocolate was waxy at best and they doesnt use peanut butter sauce or Reese peanut butter cup like the menu states. Cant trust a food establishment that lies about whats really used when making a drink. Need to remove ingredient brands from your menu since youre not really using them. What a disappointing and expensive drink that was a waste of money.

Nice diverse menu of drinks although I’m just a black coffee kind of person. I don’t live far so I pick one up on the way to my gym. Employees are really nice and they offer a sort of discount program.

I love the drinks especially the coffees but the employee turnover is insane and I miss the staff knowing me and my order, it was such a nice touch. I dont go as much now.

Friendly staff awesome drinks

This place has friendly staff, awesome Lattes, and great smoothies. The decor is very cute with a long bench to have a lot of seating in a small place. It looks like the windows can be rolled up as well to have indoor/outdoor convos.We walked there from my neighborhood with my pups and kids. I was going to tie the puppies up outside and order really quick, but one of the workers came out immediately and told me that they are welcome inside. They even made a little treat for them (whip cream 😊). As a pet owner who takes the fur babies as many places as possible, I was thrilled and appreciative of this. They were also very friendly to myself and my kids, talking to them and including them in conversation. I will be making this place a regular!

Pretty women serving tasty coffee with a variety of choices. The cinnamon roll I had was moist and the service pleasant. They even made sure we liked it before we left!

The girls are what make this place work, they have great attitudes and really seem to enjoy working here. Unfortunately their espresso roast is weak, and they use way to much sugar to make their drinks

Caramel cappuccinos were great, however all the servers continue to lower their face masks and I did not feel safe in that environment

Since my husband is working from home and I had a day off we decided to go on a coffee run this morning to try the new place up the street from our house. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Not only was the coffee amazing and the price reasonable compared to other establishments around but the customer service. First of all the girl that greeted us made sure to take the time to make us feel completely welcome even though there was a little bit of a line. She also made sure we were aware of the special and just all round seemed excited that it was our first time there. I absolutely loved that when we got to the door of the building she made an announcement about having first timers and rang a bell. They definetly have a good thing going here and this will become my regular coffee place!!
