This place is the best, the owner (forgive me, I cant remember her name) is crazy helpful, really patient and has an amazing sense of humor. I went in for a pair of boots and was back out with boots that are the perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for in less than 20 minutes!!

Erin is awesome at finding exactly what size worked for me . I usually struggle with shopping not today i actually enjoyed shopping and getting new jeans that fit prefect and she picked the right size first try. She so friendly and her store is so cute. Finally got to stop into this store! Been wanting to for a long while. Got to say - not disappointed!!!! The store owner found exactly what I was looking for and the right style. She knew my size to help. And she was perfectly aware of every item she had to sell. Even offered to order anything I wanted, but that she didnt have in size. I dont mind paying more to shop local and support our own families and communities.Made a customer of me!

Stopped in here from out of town. Customer service was good! Lots of pearl snap shirts and pretty decent boot selection. Good to know little shops like this can still make it. If were in the area again we will be stopping.

Interesting little store. My wife found a bunch of little shirts and stuff that she enjoyed. I was pretty disappointed with the boots. I was hoping to find some boots I could go riding with, but from what was on the Shelf it looked as if they were more fancy urban cowboy type boots.

COVID-19 has mad this tough on everyone but through everything that has been going on Branded has been very diligent in providing me updates on when I would receive my new boots. When I purchased the boots they didn’t have them in stock so they ordered a pair for me which were to be delivered to their shop (preCOVID) well I was in town for a work trip and it was cut short due to COVID so Branded offered to return my money and everything or they could ship it. I said no return I want the boots, they helped me find the perfect pair. So they said just ship them to me. Well that was only supposed to take 2-3 weeks but the manufacturer had some serious delays unrelated to Branded but they still gave me weekly updates for BOOTS! That’s customer service right there without any hassle they have made multiple contacts to the manufacturer to hurry things up and I was just notified I would get my boots soon the manufacturer finally has my boots almost ready to ship. Thank you everyone at Branded for your help! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE FOR ANY OF YOUR COWBOY/COWGIRL NEEDS.

Great selection of quality clothes, boots & oh the accessories! Many handmade leather accessories for the ladies. They do carry Montana Silversmith jewelry, a plus in my book.Smallish parking lot, but not ever so crowded that you cant find a place to park. Handicap parking right outside the front door. Friendly, helpful staff who go all out to assure you that your purchase is just what youre looking for. This is the western place to shop in our area!

Great selection there is something for almost every price range. Erin is extremely helpful and very knowledgable on all of her items. All in all if your looking for anything western gear go to branded if she doesnt have it in stock she will do what she can to get it for you.
