They also help if you need something new to get as well. If you are looking for the equivalent of a Sommelier in regards to these products, this is the place to go. They know what they’re selling, and are even better at explaining them to you.The CBD section is top tier and highly recommend.

Went here to get disposable vapes and they had a great deal and I was so excited.. but then I realized why they were so cheep. All 8 of the vapes I bought were bunk. Some don’t even hit, some burnt after 2 hits, very disappointed and just wasted 20 bucks. Do not go here if you’re looking for disposables.

Love this place! It’s such a nice smoke shop and is my go to. I love Ally, she is the most helpful and positive person I’ve ever seen. She has helped me every time I’ve came in. The products are amazing too, especially their juices and CBD. Would highly recommend stopping by for any vapors in the area. Prices are super affordable, more so than any other shop I’ve stopped by. A must for any one who vapes.

I had a few really good experiences when I began shopping here and now its just annoying. They seem to always be randomly closed. Unfortunately theyre the only place that carries my coils. My last visit there really is what upset me. Over my time shopping there Ive racked up 3 or 4 rewards punch cards that are all 1-3 punches away from redeeming. If youre not familiar with how they work you get a free 30ml bottle after filling out ten punches. You get a punch for every $20 you spend. The gentleman there last Monday insisted it was impossible to combine them (I have a total of 27 punches across 4 cards) which is silly, but I didnt argue. I spent $59 and some change last visit and the gentleman took the card with the least amount of punches and gave me 2 since I didnt spend the full $20 to earn the third punch. Again silly, but I understand not earning the third punch. What irked me is he refused to put the two punches on my card with 9 punches so I could redeem one of these cards. Long story short, Im in the market for a new tank now so I dont have to come back to this location. They have crappy hours, kinda rude staff, randomly close and seem to be doing nothing to hire more people despite having had a help wanted sign on their door for the better part of this entire year.

Every time I come into the store Ally is always so helpful she takes the time to help me find what I need and does it with the best customer service I’ve seen. Highly recommend this location with all your vaping needs come down see her you won’t regret it.

Ally is absolutely amazing! She had an answer for every question I asked and was not pushy at all! I feel very comfortable here. The atmosphere in the store is great! The CBD and Kratom selection here is awesome as well. Pricing is WAAAAAAY cheaper than almost every other place I’ve been to. 1 million stars for me. Will definitely be coming back!

The lady that works there has very professional customer service skills. She fixed every problem I was having with my vape device. She went above and beyond. Buy a Mi Pod, they are great and not very expensive. Way cheaper than cigarettes. Also, I recommend the I Love Salts brand vape juice. Sweet Tobacco flavor 25mg.

Great shop and customer service, friendly staff. But I purchased a bottle of their angry scotsman juice (great flavors) and the bottle leaked twice all over my pocket at work today, I made sure it was tight after the first time but still leaked again, simple fix, just switched bottles when I got home and left it out of my pocket for the day. but it is a waste of good juice and I have had a phone break in the past due to the same issue with a different brand, would suggest new bottles or caps.

I buy all my Smoking Vapor carts online. They usually arrive the next day and since I buy four packs at a time I avoid shipping charges. I have had nothing but amazing service and product. I quit smoking tobacco and have gotten at least six of my friends off tobacco as well. I love this product and love this company.

When is the store on Thunderbird open? Sign says open 10 to 7 on Saturday and nobody is there at 11:15. This rating can improve if you are actually open during the hours you say you were.

What terrible customer service. I had the same issue as the other guy. The fat young guy that works at the Superstition Springs Mall is completely rude. He will only help people that are buying new electronic cigarettes, not refills. What a worthless employee. I hope that people heed our advice, and never do business with this company because they really dont want your money after you have bought your initial e-cigarette. I hope this guys boss reads this and fires him immediately, otherwise his business will certainly be ruined. The worst employee I have ever met, and believe me I have seen some bad ones he truly takes the cake and from his looks he also ate the cake. He is fat lazy and worthless.

Just an overall awesome shop and people!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Today, I went to get a refill from the guy at the smoking vapor kiosk in the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa. What a joke, originally I waited 15 minutes for the guy to show up. Finally 15 minutes later the young heavy-set guy finally came back to work, but he would not assist me at all. Right away I asked for my refill, and had my money ready to go, but he would not help me. He kept saying you are going to have to hold on sir. Finally another customer asked him if he would please help me. 20 minutes later after blatant rude behavior, I was able to leave with what I wanted. Should have taken 1 minute max. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They only want to sell you the electronic cigarette itself, because when I bought the electronic cigarette, he (same guy) was very nice and helpful. I assume that he only gets a commission on new sales, and not refills. Still terrible you shouldnt have to be paid extra to do your job. I will have to travel outside of Mesa, or refill online, because I cant spend an hour of time to get a simple refill. I wish I would never have purchased from Smoking Vapor. It really is impossible to get refills, and plan on being treated like a worthless piece of crap. I have never had such a hard time giving a business money. They should want money. What a terrible employee. If I were his boss I would fire him immediately. He clearly isnt the owner because an owner would never treat repeat customers this way. He really is a disgrace. I will probably just have to suck it up, and buy another brand, because I just cant support someone who blatantly doesnt want your business. What a rip-off. I can only imagine how many people other than me he has done this to. Just because you are not buying a new electronic cigarette doesnt mean you should be treated so awfully.

Horrible place. They sold me the wrong coils for my vape. No big deal things happen. But 5 min after purchasing them Im back in the shop to return them or exchange them. They say they dont have my coils in Stock and try to send me to another vape shop to buy them. Then when I asked for a return they said its against policy. I will never go back to this place or refer aa none I know to go to this place.

I went into this shop other day and this clerk/employe named kyler or something and the experience was amazing I dont usually try new shops but this guy made it all well worth it. I asked for a new juice something sweet and delicious and he pointed me to there stock of conolli juice and omg I fell in love with it. So out of all shops I been to I have to say this guy made it one of my absolute best experiences.. if he ever leaves and any one finds if he goes to a new shop please drop a comment Id like to see him again and get his personal reference on juice and other vape related products.. almost bought a mod that day I was there just didnt have funds but I wanted it soo bad once he was telling me about it .. every one go to this guy its well worth the drive.. thanks again kyler.. the experience best one ever

I used to live in tukee, so Ive been a customer of SV since they were a tiny kiosk in Chandler mall. Ive always had great customer service from these guys, & when I moved to the Peoria area, I noticed that the customer service was even better. Not only do I always get a smile, but the guy who is there on weekends, Kyler, seems to have his regular customers memorized! Im always impressed when I walk in & he already knows what filters i need before I tell him (& Ive seen him recognize other customers too)! Anytime Ive had a problem, Ive dealt with either Kyler or Geoff & they do whatever they can to help fix it! Ive recommended this store more than once to friends. Sold me a nautilus tank. came apart in my pants(defective). they told me it was defective and refused to replace it. very rude, worker started an arguement with me on how they dont make the product, just sell it. horrid customer service.

Showed up at 4 o clock on a Tuesday and the door was locked. Open sign flashing in the window too but no employees present.

Insane prices. $22 for a 10 ml refill? Thats ridiculous. Plus an extremely limited selection of flavors and strengths. Just buy your liquid online from someone else.
