Ambassador is the most talked about cigar shop in my circle of friends. The manager Sam is the most knowledgeable person I have met in regards to cigars. Sam has never led me astray on a good stick. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel like a member even though we are not members. They always have what I am looking for! Best stick in the house is the Byron Epiques by far in my opinion!

First time there, amazed at HUGE inventory and selection!!! Found it to be a great place to just chill, found a new stick to smoke and have a brew. Staff made me feel at home and very knowledgeable!

Comfortable, laid back atmosphere, incredibly knowledgeable staff! Sam always remembers my taste, and is happy to recommend a good cigar for me to try. Josh, Carlos, Charlie and Eric also have great suggestions, and can speak with authority about any of the cigars available. Even though we’re not members of the lounge, we’ve never been treated as though our business isn’t needed. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at ambassadors and right off the bat I met Jacob. He took the time to show me around the humidor and I was shocked at the level of knowledge he had on the diverse array of cigars. Ambassadors has shocking quantities of sticks I cannot find anywhere else, so I felt like a kid in a candy store the whole time. Above all else Jacob made my day, he is down to earth personable and knows his stuff. It was by far the best experience Ive had with staff in a cigar lounge or shop. If you are a cigar nerd like myself he is the man to talk to at ambassadors. It is quite the establishment.

This establishment is phenomenal. Big open space. Coffee and alcohol on site. And the cigar selection is by far the best Ive seen.

Not gonna find a finer cigar spot. Especially if you like to smoke and drink a cold one. They have great service for the humidor. If youre not sure, what you are looking for. And trust me when I say variety is not an issue. They have pros that will help you find a great smoke.Then relax some at the bar will a cold beer or a glass of wine. Great place! Sam ans Aaron are very knowledgeable. Didnt get the other two employees names, but the bartender girl was a sweetheart, and the bearded guy was on top of his game with maintaining the place. Was in town from Vegas on business for a week and felt like I was at my home lounge. Definitely will be there every time Im in town!

Manager and white haired guy are really rude and made it seem like I didnt know what I was talking about. They have a decent selection but nothing I couldnt find elsewhere.

I had just moved to the Northwest side of town and was looking for a nearby lounge. Tried several, but the vibe wasnt there. Then I walked into Ambassadors and felt it. Was greeted by Tyler and he chatted me up to find my tastes. This was at the older location. He told me that they were opening around the corner soon. I went there after their opening and met Sam and Charlie. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The humidor is huge and well stocked with a large variety of manufacturers. After a few visits, I told Sam that I was in the mood for something different, and he knew what I liked. He steered me to a new stick (for me), and we have had that chat several other times. Never steered me wrong.Also, the guys and gals enjoying their smokes in the lounge are super friendly. Just a great place to hang out, talk about cigars and watch TV on their 4 large TVs. If a beer or wine suits you, there are a bunch of taps and bottlers to choose from...most local.BEST LOUNGE IN THE AREA...HANDS DOWN.

These guys have an immense selection with superior knowledge to help you find something to your liking! They have a very comfortable seating area where you can share a smoke with a buddy, or larger seating area for groups who may want to see a game on TV. The bar is a recent addition that offers a good variety to choose from. This place is cheaper than therapy, as my friends like to say!

Beautiful place. We had driven by a week ago and finally stopped in. Didnt know what to expect but was blown away. Wonderful area to hang out (we will next time for sure). We were shopping for my husbands normal cigars and possibly some new to try. The manager came in helped us. Knew alot. Helped us and was wonderful. They store your cigars purchases so you can remember when you return. Price is just about the same as any where else we have gone. But the customer service speaks worlds! We got on the email list as well as heard some upcoming days for specials.Also we had our 6 year old and the manager had gone out of his way to give him a empty box. Anyone with kids knows how cool a box to put their stuff is. Green is his favorite color and it made his day which when you have a happy kid you have a great day!We for sure will return! The lounge was comfortable, they had a very nice selection, but one of the men at the register seemed very pretentious. I went up to the counter to purchase another cigar and asked about Kentucky fire cured cigars, I have no previous knowledge of them and wanted to try one. The guy just looked at me with a blank face, and then went on about the Padron I had just smoked was the BMW of cigars, which had nothing to do with my question. I have smoked Padrons before and have enjoyed all of them. The guy seemed to be judging the fact that I was buying an ACID cigar and that I wanted to try something Kentucky fire cured, because he didnt like them. I will buy and smoke the cigar I want with my money.That was just a bad ending to a great night.

I have enjoyed this place over the past many months. The staff (Tyler, Tom and Sam) have gone out of their way to make you feel comfortable while you pick out your favorite cigar or just sit and enjoy some fellowship while smoking. The recent My Father and Davidoff event was very nice with some of Sams pulled pork sandwiches and some great deals on cigars. They are opening a new location nearby which will further enhance their standing as a fine supplier of cigars and good times.

Tyler is the man he helped me out more than I could ever thought possible. They are adding a wine and beer bar and I can’t wait. Stopped in here last night on a rare trip to the west side. Great selection and friendly staff. Prices were on par with most local shops and they had some sticks I just havent been able to find elsewhere. I know Ill be dropping by when ever Im on that side of town.

I recently moved to this area and was on the internet looking for cigars in the local area. I found ambassador fine cigars and decided to call and see what time they open. The gentleman at the store said they open at 10am but I could come on over and he would let me in early. It was around 8:30 so I decided to go check it out.When I arrived, a gentleman unlocked the door and invited me it. The shop was most impressive and the humidor was the largest of had seen anywhere in Arizona. The gentleman (sorry I don’t remember his name) was very knowledgeable about cigars. He asked if I had a particular one in mind and I said I was looking for the CAO Brazilian. He said he was sorry that they did not carry that one. He introduced me to a Buena Ventura which immediately caught my attention. It is a really good cigar. I purchased some new of these and some Arturo Fuente smokes I like.Upon checkout, the man gave a cigar for being a new customer and put my name and cigars I bought in the computer for next time where I would get my Veteran’s discount and get the cigars I purchased before. We talked for quite awhile and got acquainted. He said he was from Lebanon originally and moved to Canada and eventually to the US. He was not only very interesting, but sure knew his cigars.Great selection, deceit prices, smoke area and a bar. Overall, a great place!
