I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were not truthful from the get go.We saw a vehicle listed on Craigslist and called about it. We were told it was at the auto shop next door getting a part fixed on it. They told us to come on down and look at it and it would be finished by the time we got there. When we arrived it was not even in the shop. The vehicle needed new tires, had a chip on the side mirror, a automatic door that wasnt working, and a couple other things we would have to pay for so we got them to come down in price $400.They said it would be finished in the auto shop the next day and we could come and get it. Eric told us that he promised he WOULD NOT sell it to anybody else!We ran the car fax on the vehicle (they do not provide) and found out the vehicle had 2 previous owners when they listed it was only 1.The next day comes, I heard nothing and had to call and text all day just to stay on top of everything. We were told the shop didnt get it in.Next day, I called first thing in the morning. We were told it would be in the shop by 2 and it would be finished in an hour. Eric said hed get back to me and never did. My mom then stopped by to check since she was passing by the shop on her way home since we werent getting anywhere on the phone. They sold the vehicle out from underneath us. It was listed for $7900 and agreed to sell it to us for $7500. Eric told us his father sold it to someone else for $8200. So not only did they screw us. He screwed someone else and was unfair to them on the listing price. And they never once called me to let me know that they sold it to someone else. I had to find out from my mother as we were sitting around waiting to see when we could go pick up our new vehicle. I text them and called and got no answer or text back.Dont waste your time or money on this dishonest family owned business. So many empty promises were given. Very disappointed, but glad we didnt spend the money on it for our family vehicle.

Eric was so awesome to work with! He helped me choose four vehicles for my family. I never get the “car salesman” vibe from this place. Family owned, and operated. Nice guys! Great selection, and we will definitely buy from them again. I would absolutely recommend Saguaro Motors to friends and family!

Do not trust these people. Theyre liars and post ads on Craigs stating vehicles are in excellent condition to get your attention, and then the cars end up needing a lot of work. The car I purchased a month ago is sitting because it needs a water pump, which was never expressed to me and I didnt find out until the next morning when I walked out to a big puddle under the car. Stay away unless you wanna get screwed, there are others area of the internet where you can get that accomplished much cheaper! I wish I could give you guys no stars! Scam artists 100%. Dont trust Pat or his other employees. End of discussion.

Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle .It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. The Lot I believe is family owned with family values. The car I bought was low on gas and the guy took out his wallet and gave me $20 for gas. Also offered if I needed more time on temporary plate to come back for another!

I was in the market for a midsize truck, and they happened to have one on the lot. I looked it over, I was impressed. Took it for a test drive, and they informed me it needed an O2 sensor, and they fixed it for me. It runs great. Clean title, no issues at the DMV. Great people. I like the family owned atmosphere. I’m from out of state, and they treated me like family. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for an affordable car or truck.

Bought a 2003 Dodge Durango and was told that the vehicle is in great shape, but as is. Was told that they wont fix oil leaks but if I find that something is wrong with the vehicle, they would be happy to take a look and try and fix it because customer service is important to them. Was told the vehicle passed emissions and was good for 2 years...Well, I found out there are 2 leaks on the engine block, 2 leaky shocks that need to be replaced, leaky power steering that needs to be fixed for around a total of $1000.Saguaro Motors said that theres nothing they can do as they arent real mechanics and that they are sorry. Then, I find out the A/C stopped working and when I went to register the vehicle, it hadnt been through emissions since 11/4/2016... I bought the vehicle in December of 2018... AND IT WONT PASS EMISSIONS!Their lobby smells of cigarettes and cat piss and I counted around 12 or so cats around the whole lot. I was willing to look passed that because they seemed really nice and up front about their business and the vehicle I was buying. I feel totally conned.Completely dissatisfied. Dont buy from them unless you want to throw your money away.

Excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from here. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Mike knew exactly what he was talking about and found the perfect car for me right within my price range. I have had zero issues and it is still running just as great as the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend for your future car buying needs!

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from here, Eric was very nice and helpful. That same evening after I purchased my car, the key fell out of the handle however. I went back and asked if they could do something about it, since it was literally the same day I purchased it. They offered to have a new one made for me, and I really appreciated that a lot. The men who helped me were all very polite and spent lots of time with me trying to help. I love my new car, and am very happy with the service I received here!

Horrible excuse of a Dealership... Nothing more than a SCAM ARTIST with their own personal junk yard!!Purchased a vehicle and literally less than 24 hours after driving it off of the lot, the transfer case cracks, and destroys the car. At first, Saguaro Motors acted like they were going to do the right thing and take care of it. However, after they had the car towed from where it had broke down, I was informed that their mechanic told them that the incident was my fault and that I must have switched the car into park while driving. This is TOTALLY and completely FALSE. The car broke down on a residential road, and was only going about 5mph, but there is no way that the car was put into park at all. So, they expect me to just eat the $5,000K car, plus the $80 they spent on towing. I am so infuriated I cant see straight!!! LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! ANYONE WHO CHOOSES TO EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THESE GUYS WOULD BE BETTER OFF JUST THROWING THEIR MONEY STRAIGHT INTO THE TRASHCAN. AT LEAST THEN THEY CANT TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR TOWING THEIR PIECE OF JUNK CAR FOR THEM!!! Extremely unprofessional and an embarrassment to Arizonas business community.

I bought a Nissan Murano from the team at Saguaro Motors recently and just wanted to let everyone know about the exemplary solution and fairness I recieved. They had just got Nissan Murano from an auction a couple days before I came to see their cars and I wanted it. The owner wanted to check the car out more because he had only drove it thru emissions but I insisted that I buy the vehicle. I got a great deal and the car looked really good. I drove it home and the next day had some car issues so I called them and told them and they asked me to bring it back and that they were sorry but told me that they hadnt had much time with the vehicle and typically inspect and test the vehicles alot more before selling them. Long story short..lol.. The vehicle had a few problems. They called me back and made me aware that they found a couple issues and were not comfortable with me having to pay for them or deal with them without giving me a prior notice before purchase so they offered to give me my money back . No fighting no haggling just an honest and straight up apology and refund. I have never heard of a used car dealership doing anything like that and will say that dealers often dont get to drive the cars they buy very much and do their best to check a car out. Although it sucked to have to find another car I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Saguaro Motors. Used car dealer doing the right thing?? Yes if you see a car you like at their lot buy it from them and know that they care about their customers. Still impressed and will be keeping my eye on their future vehicles to purchase when my lady needs a vehicle. .

I waited a couple weeks to write my review. So far the Jeep I bought is running great. The customer service when buying it was quick and easy. I asked if they could check the CarFax before the test drive, they use a similar service that will tell you limited information, like accidents and title status. After I test drove, I went home to crosscheck the actual CarFax and decided to buy it. They made sure that I noticed that the A/C wasnt working and the tire tread was a little weak. I was really pleased that they did that. They offered to fix the A/C for me for no charge once the part came in and we agreed to a deal.I later noticed that one of the tail lights was out (beyond a simple bulb change) and they helped me fix that when I brought the car back in for the A/C fix. I took the car in to a Firestone by my house to get the oil change and a $9.99 inspection. They recommended new brake pads. I got some new tires and Im loving my Jeep.I definitely recommend this place. They were very helpful in the buying process and they werent crossing their fingers hoping youll overlook a glaring problem with the car. From what Ive experienced, they want nothing but to make an honest used car sale.

Do not waste your time and money! This establishment sells lemons! We purchased a vehicle as is no warranty from them! The A.C. quit working within the 1st couple of weeks. We have started it periodically but now it has quit wanting start and quit wanting to go into gear. So can you say Lemon, Lemon, Lemon!

We were sold a vehicle with NON ACCURATE Mileage warning on title. Now that we have an attorney and are suing, we can see that this warning goes back to at least the title when Saguaro Motors purchased the vehicle. Advertised and sold as with accurate mileage. Transmission failed 30 days later, which would have been covered by maufacturers warranty, but that warranty cannot be honored because of the Odometer warning on the title. THIS IS A FELONY, as ODOMOTER FRAUD is covered by FEDERAL LAW, and is punishable by prison time, but the owner actually tried to blame us and hung up on us when we called him - after wed gone into the dealership and asked to have him call us. We will be without the vehicle until the lawsuit is settled - possibly months. To resolve this issue, we asked only for a LEGAL title that was clean and clear, and reflects the accurate mileage (the mileage that was listed in the ad and is written in all the paper work/documentation that we have). Of course Saguaro Motors cant do this because the NOT ACCURATE MILEAGE warning has followed this title for several transfers, and they still sold and advertised it as with actual miles. The owner will reply with a snide comment, Im sure, but we have enough proof to file a lawsuit and open a case with the AZ attorney general. We were also told it came with 2 year emissions - NOT TRUE. Was a hassle to get the title. Only gave one star because you have to in order to postSPEND THE $40 and get your own CARFAX (Eric told us theyd done one and everything was fine)READ ALL REVIEWS, and take all of them into consideration.DO NOT BUY FROM SAGUARO MOTORS

I bought a car from them. The next day it overheated. I check the radiator and there was no coolant and the car was almost 2 qts low of oil. I was told all of my fluids were topped off and I wouldnt need an oil chage for at least 1,000 miles before I bought the car. My mechanic found a leak and mechanical issues as well. I was told from SAGUARO INC that there was nothing they could do about it. I was within the 500 mile 15 day time period too. Very dishonest place and very disappointed with how things were handleEDIT3 years later I get a response to my comment. Very generic at that. Makes me mad all over again. Just read the reviews

Helpful Tips from a horrible experience. I saw an ad for the car on craigslist. They posted as a private seller instead of a dealer. I talked with Eric who was very helpful and nice. They said they would sell the car “as is” for $5000 instead of the $4900 they posted it for out the door and wouldnt hold true to their original offer. I test drove the car for 10-15 mins down grand, to the freeway and back and didnt notice anything weird with how it drove. My concern at the time was whether they took care of or even really paid attention to the cars. The tires were low (light on dashboard was on) the car was dirty inside and out, the speakers were blown and my favorite part is that the car didnt have a CD player in the car like they said it had in the ad and they werent even aware of it until I pointed it out to them. Going against the red flags and bad feeling I had about the car, I went ahead and purchased it. On my drive home (20mins away) I noticed a very slight jerking when I would accelerate slowly; as you would at a green light, pulling around a corner or before getting onto a main road or pulling through an intersection. I took the car out later that night and it was fine again until I drove it a little longer; same issue. The next morning it drove fine until after about 30 mins of driving. I took the car to AAMCO (who have always been very honest with me and trusted) and they told me that it needed a new catalytic converter. Also, even though it was an automatic, it had a dual clutch that was slipping in the lower gears and would need to be replaced as well. Obviously, I took the car back to Saguaro and wanted a refund which they denied me. I wanted to talk with the manager who doesnt work on weekends and it took a while before they answered their phone. I didnt talk to them directly, of course, but they offered to fix the car if I would pay for half of the cost ($150-$200). I told them I shouldnt have to pay for it since they sold me a broken car that gave me trouble 10 mins after buying it and didnt want the car anymore and insisted on a refund. Of course the refund was out of the question so they called the manager (grandfather) and they agreed to fix it for free. Of course, they kept the car for 2 weeks to escape the penalties of the law. Two weeks for a 6-8 hour job. The catalytic converter is fine, but they never replaced the clutch because it was too expensive so their mechanic just tightened the bolts. It drives a little better now but still jerks when slowly accelerating. Now for the tips. 1: Don’t buy from this dealership in the first place. It’s a waste of time, money and energy; just another group of untrustworthy, unprofessional, disrespectful dealers who only want the profit. They’re more willing to go to court with you than to work with you. They told me to get an attorney after I told them that by law they need to refund my money. As for Eric, I want to feel bad for him because he seems like he’s just the messenger in this mess, but he’s old enough by now to not realize how many people get screwed over. I just hope he learns from his family’s “business” and makes his own path because his reputation is being ruined by it. 2) Go with your gut and don’t outsmart your common sense. 3) If you end up purchasing and decide to go to court (although the cars arent as valuable as they sell them for) you can always go to a small claims court and tell them what happened and you can get up to $3000 back. The fee for the claim is $50. Something’s better than nothing. The law is that if they sell you a broken car or you have issues with it within 15 days/5000 miles (whichever comes first), they’re allowed 2 attempts to fix the car before they give you a refund, but that requirement becomes void if they don’t have a specific statement in 10pt bold font on the face of the contract that they make you sign (FYI- the statement isnt there). 4) Don’t take lightly. I’m an honest person who is very lenient with people and give people the benefit of the doubt, but there’s no doubt that this dealership is corrupt.
