The gentleman behind the counter was extremely professional with not only me but also with the other customer he helped before me. He was very efficient despite being the only one working up front and having to not only help myself and the other customer in the store at the same time but he also was able to smoothly answer the phone without disrupting what he was doing to help me at the same time without delay. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic....I had a mini-clock that needed a new battery. He sold it to me, replaced it for me, and then set the clock to the correct time! Great customer service. I really appreciated it because I could not get the slot open to replace the battery - it was so tiny. Again, he was terrific.

I was looking on your website for a battery to purchase, Optima blue top, and I found it very difficult to find if your stores had this item in stock. After talking to several stores I was informed that they are not all linked together in overall stock numbers and what each store has individually. They are franchised owned and therefore ran separately and as well as their inventory. I finally found a battery to buy on your website from my local store. I was then contacted by the store after I purchased and paid for the item if I was indeed wanting to buy this item and confirm the order. Which made no sense to me cuz I already paid for it so obviously I would like to have it. Nonetheless the person said they ordered the battery and it would be in a couple of days and they were to give me a call. Then in a couple days they called me and told me that it was on indefinite backorder and they did not know when or if it was going to come back into stock and tried selling me a more expensive battery. Which I did not want nor need for my side by side I was putting it in. I told him forget about it and refund me my money and they told me that I had to come into the store to get a refund because they didnt have my credit card number on file. Even though I bought it on your website with my credit card they were not able to retrieve that information and that I had to come in personally and give them my credit card for the return. Which I did and got my refund. I will definitely not recommend the store to any of my family members or friends for any purchases for the trouble it was it was just to buy a simple battery.

What a wonderful store and even better employees, it was a Sunday and my wife’s car battery died at the car wash. I was able to jump the battery and get the car to this location knowing that they closed at 5pm. We pulled in at 5pm and I ran to the door which was open but the store lights were turned off so I assumed we would not be getting a new battery. The store employee was ready to go home but asked if he could help,I stated what the issue was and he said no problem just pull around back and I will take care of you. He had it changed within 15 minutes and we were on our way!!!! This is outstanding customer service and should not go on recognized.Thank you!!!!

Knowledgable, helpful, very accomodating

I took a powersport battery I had purchased there back to be tested because it would not start my scooter. I was told it was fine. I then took my scooter to a Honda shop to be tested and was told the charging and starting systems were fine but the battery was bad. That cost me $79.00. Returned to Batteries Plus and had the battery retested and it was defective. Was the battery tested the first time or just charged and I was lied to? Or was the test done incorrectly the first time? I will never know but I should not have had to spend the $79 to get my scooter checked out if they had been doing business competently.

I made an attempt to replace the battery in my wifes tablet.. I was in way over my head, when I was all done the tablet wouldnt turn on, I had broken it(or so I thought) Frantically I called a few phone fixin places but none would service me. When I called batteries plus, the owner, Pam was very happy to help,even called in her advanced tech Connor to help. I left the store with a fully functional tablet. Very happy.

Outstanding customer service. My wife and i went in to replace batteries for our key fobs and a garage door remote. Seb was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions patiently and was extremely helpful.

Gary is the absolute best when it comes to honesty, integrity and meeting the locals needs. I cracked my phone and was referred from Version to Gary, he not only fixed my phone but he did it in 1 hour. The phone works fantastic. **UPDATE** My kids cracked my phone again and Gary stayed after closing to fix my screen again. If you want great customer service please visit Gary. I will go to his shop for all my battery and phone needs. Plus the store is so clean and welcoming.

Great service here. I had a key FOB added for a Mazda. Gary did a great job. First key didnt cut so well due to some intricacies, it worked but Gary said I shouldnt have to deal with that. He ordered a new key and called me when ready. New key works like a charm. Glad this store is in our area.

Needed a new battery for my motorcycle. Was very pleased with Blakes service; he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He even offered to fill and charge the battery for me!

Had a screen replaced previously on my iPhone it went bad and, in a rush, I took it here, hoping to get it fixed quickly. They told me they might not be able to get to it until the next day, but they called me in a few hours and it was done! Saved the day (and the week)! I’ve had so many great experiences here I figured I had to make sure I wrote a review to let others know. Thanks again guys!

OK, this was the worst customer service experience. First, Chris the employee quoted me $75 for a battery. Then he talked to his manager Pam, and realized he made a mistake . Then he called back and said it was $135. Then, he called the next day and said it was $135. A day after that a person that was extremely rude another manger named Blake called and said sorry 2 of my employees quoted your $135 but it is higher than that. That is WRONG to make that many mistakes and not honor the price. Go to a different battery plus.

I required some assistance in assuring that I obtained the proper replacement. The communication was good and timely via the website.

Awesome customer service and very friendly couple. We brought in 6 watches (different makes) for batteries and had them finished in 15 minutes. Not only did they replace the batteries but also set the time and dates on all of them. The finishing touch was they put each watch in a small bag. (mine were in were in little tan bags and my wifes in nice little mesh bags) its the little things like this you dont see anymore and really makes your day.

Ordering online and using your promo code for a discount was great and then pick up product at store when it was ready was great also no time wasted.

Conner & Dakota Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley Batteries Plus, who were a big helped trading the bad battery that was sold to me on the other store on 67th and Bell Rd Batteries Plus. The other store sold me a 12v battery out of the box with a 9.5v as you can see in the photo. The battery wont even power my bike accessories. I couldnt even jump it because it dies. This is me testing the battery with my multimeter. The battery should be reading 12.5v and 14.5v when running. No wonder why the 67th & Bell Rd store burned down. You got employees who sells you dead products and are a walking hazards.When I first hooked it up on my bike and turn the ignition. I didnt see no accessories or headlight light up. I wiggled the cables and checked all the fuses to be sure and everything is in working order until I whipped out my multimeter. Learn to use a multimeter because it will save you time, money and headache knowing where the problem exist.

Gary was great and super helpful...I need some speciality bulbs for a ceiling fan and they not only had them they were $3 cheaper then the big box retailer
