Very good selection of shoes in a wide range of sizes. All the top brand names. Awesome but infrequent sales! They really should have more checkout lanes for as busy as they are, though. I spent longer waiting to check out than it took me to pick out & try on the 2 pairs that I purchased!

Shoes are nice kinda expensive

I used to shop payless before they closed those, but have always shopped Shoe Carnival for Nike shoes and good deals on the name brand shoes. I like the rewards system but have a hard time finding my size in store (11)

The staff is very helpful & friendly. The store is clean & bright. They have a wide selection to choose from. I am hard to fit, but was able to find a pair of sneakers & casual shoes to take advantage of their bogo half off sale.

Super friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Good selection of shoes. Lots of items in stock. Decent prices. In my opinion, their in store customer service is excellent! In past visits, they have measured my kids’ feet to help get an accurate shoe size. In my most recent visit, they were very patient with me and my kids. The littler one was tired, hungry, and trying her best to make a mess, but they just took it in stride by, not only staying calm, but cheerfully helping me put stuff back.

Stopped in to get my daughters shoes i really needed to use the restroom as the wife and girls was looking at shoes ask the lady there if they had a restroom i could use was told not for the public but next door i think they do i have been to this place in the past i know my kids and wife have used the restroom here and i asked and get told that maybe i just need to get shoes some place that has better customer service
