Steve and other guys are so helpful and kind. Anytime I feel like I want something new for my bike they are there to help. The service is fast also. We ride our pedego bikes every night even when its been 106° we turn our lights on and travel all over Sun City. What a great way to exercise. We start out on manual then if we need help peddling we hit up the assist. And that normally happens on all of our rides ☺️. When our kids visit they love riding the bikes, you can rent bikes from Steve also. Thanks all

We had a great experience with Steve and really enjoyed the bikes. Steve was able to recommend a ride that fit our expectations, we paid a little extra to have them delivered to the trail head, and he had these very cool helmets for us to use that allowed us to talk to each other while riding. The electric bikes was a worthwhile splurge for vacation— we covered greater distance and didn’t get very tired, but got a little work out.

We had absolutely excellent service and a beautiful afternoon working with these amazing people. Steve and his wife were accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and so very kind. I can’t wait to be back in the area to visit again and I suggest you should too!

This Glendale location is amazing. I drove all the way from Queen Creek and seen Cody who held merchandise for me all day long. It was just as he described by him and Steve help me purchase other things. Very knowledgeable staff. Just wish they were closer. If you get a chance go see them, it is worth the drive.

We rented bikes for an afternoon on our spring break vacation, and had a wonderful experience! The shop owners were completely helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again!

Picking this shop was easy, because I had done my research, and had already decided on a Pedego, just not a model. I met Steve, my local dealer, and and he was very helpful. After several visits and test rides, he helped me make the right decision: the Ridge Rider. We negotiated and agreed on the bike configuration, and it was ready on time and configured as promised. That means a lot to me. I enjoy working with Steve, and the Ridge Rider has exceeded my expectations. After sale service has also been excellent, and I am sure it will continue as so. Ive attached a photo of a petroglyph wave from White Tanks on my first trail ride on the Ridge Rider.

Just bought an Interceptor and received excellent customer service from Steve and Duane. Cant wait to get my bike! There is a Pedego shop ten minutes from my home, but drove 40 minutes all the way to Peoria just to deal with Steve and Duane. They are the best!

My wife and I were very interested in ebikes for a while and finally decided to head to Pedego Glendale on a whim. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service.The next day we rented two bikes, an Element & intercepter and had a blast for 2 hours with our friends. After coming back we ended up buying two intercepters and have had no regrets sense.The service at this Pedego store is top notch and I recommend it for anyone!

I did my research on the best electric bike and I heard Pedego was best quality and best service. Of course every company says they have great service but this business and company really does. From the moment I walked into the store to renting and then buying Duane provided the best service possible. I highly recommend this Brand of Bike and this dealer in Arizona.

Fantastic experience.The owner Steve and his wife could not be more accommodating.I was in town with my son for only one full day to check out Midwestern University. There were no rental cars available at all. So Plan B was electric bikes. The owner put two bicycles on the side for us just on a verbal agreement. When we arrived everything was ready.Two really nice Pedego Ebikes. A quick bit of operational instructions in the lot and we were ready to go.He gave us great directions for riding the trails and to get to the college.What a great way to see the area.After a great fun day of riding we returned the bikes just before closing. We chatted with Steve and his wife for a bit as they closed up the shop.My son and I returned to the university to catch a shuttle back to our hotel.My son realized he had left his wallet in the Fanny pack bag on the Ebike which was now locked up in the store. We had an early morning flight back home and the shop didn’t open til 10am. We were not going to be able to get on the flight without my sons ID!My son got on Instagram and found Steve and sent him a message explaining our predicament. We got back to the hotel in panic mode when we got a call from Steves wife. They got our message. The owner Steve left his house, opened the shop, retrieved the wallet and delivered it to us at our hotel knowing we had no transportation.On top of that his wife sent him with a bag of assorted cold drinks. Talk about wonderful people.They went way above and beyond.If you are considering renting or buying an electric bike, look no further. This is the place and these are the people.

We just bought our first electric bike here. They were very helpful.

My daughter came down from Alaska to visit for the holidays. Shes very outdoorsy. So, we decided to rent bikes. Best decision we couldve made. We rode the New River (paved) trail down to Top Golf. Had a couple of drinks and hung out on their beautiful patio. Then headed back up the New River trial. Im 52 and she is 31. I was able to keep up with her on these bikes. It gave me a great sense of self worth. We loved it so much, we rented them for another full day. We are hoping to go one more time via the canal trails from Glendale to Tempe.We cant say enough about Steve, the Glendale store owner. He bent over backwards for us. His store is well organized and the bikes are in excellent shape. The cost is well worth the experience.We look forward to our next adventure!!Thanks Steve!!

Hello fun? More like Pedego is the WAY TO GO! I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Pedego and i am now a loyal customer! They made good on a warranty i was promised and didnt try to cheat me out of it, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They know me by name! I am so pleased with my ebike, i highly recommend Pedego to everyone even slightly interested in one! Yes they are costly, but they are fully worth the cost! Financing through Synchrony to pay for it was easy, too. I dont have a single complaint at all!My advice; get the foldylock and a tracker for your bike. These bikes are an investment! Dont be like me and get yours stolen! Splurge and pay for the extra security!

We wanted to do something different while on a vacation with a group of 7 adult family members. Duane arranged a custom tour of Phoenix for us and gave us several route options to chose from. Five of the people in our group had never been on e bikes (one had not been on a bike for 30 years) and all were able to pick it up quite easily. We ended up with a great route and we got to see some interesting sites along the way. Duane was a great guide and I would highly recommend a ride with him. He has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun, but his first priority was always our safety and comfort. When one of the bikes malfunctioned, the owner, Steve, drove a new bike out to meet us on the trail. Great customer service, great fun and great people!

Needed to rent a electrical powered bike. Wasn’t thinking it would be as easy or as quick as i thought.They made the process seamless. I will be back many more times. Rented in 10 minutes, returned the next day in less than 2. Great people great process.Plus I didn’t have to die keeping up with my friends who ride regularly lol

Steve is so great! And the bikes are awesome! My mom and I rented bikes for the first time in December 2019 and rented them again the following week. Steve was so friendly and helpful. The bikes are so fun and great for ANYONE... kids, parents, grandparents, couples, singles, friends, family, anyone! I highly recommend trying them out and doing this monthly. What a fun experience! I stopped into Pedego Electric Bikes last Saturday just to kick some tires (pun intended) and met with the owner Steve, who showed me around and explained the different bikes he has for sale and rent. What a nice guy- this is the type of customer service that is missing from most businesses today. He was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. I did not test drive one only because it was super hot outside but as I told Steve, I will be back and take one out once the weather gets a little cooler- his store is right on the bike trailer in Glendale so it will be very convenient to try one! Pedego business was a pleasure to visit so I give my highest rating.

We did this as a family and had sooo much fun! Rented 4 bike, one of which was a tandem. Every time you start to get tired just hit the throttle, take a break and enjoy the breeze! Steve was super helpful and very friendly. Even came in a bit early to give us a bit more time so we could do the trip we had planned. Would totally do this again and I could see myself owning a Pedego in a few years!

So much fun!!! We rented bikes for a few hours and road up through the ponds of Arrowhead Lakes and back around the wash area. There are tons of trails nearby. Steve was fun and fabulous with great customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for a fun afternoon.

I heard of this shop from some friends that had rented an electric bike from here. So my boyfriend and I went check out these electric bikes. We were greeted by the owner Steve. We asked about renting a couple bikes and he told us about the trails right outside the shop so we rented them for an hour and went on some great trails. I really didnt know much about electric bikes but now I would really consider investing in one because the really are a ton of fun.

This was the most fun things I’ve ever done in the valley! This is so much more fun than regular bike riding! When your legs get tired you can just pull the throttle and take off! IT WAS AWESOME! As soon as I finished I already wanted to go back and do it again!. My friend and I had the BEST TIME and Steve the owner was super helpful and sweet and we will 1000000% be going back SOON!

We used the shop for warranty service for our two Pedego electric bikes and can highly recommend Steve who really knows the bike industry. He repaired all my issues and put me back on the road again. These bikes are fun, they come with a two year warranty and are really built to last.

Drive 18 miles across town to Americas biggest and best electric bike stores only to find it locked for business at 1220pm on a Thursday. Peering through window, its not big and I have been to better selection of bike gear at Wal-Mart. Im assuming Pres. Trumps 25% tariffs are also effecting this stores working hours.
