I dont stop in this store very often..... it was convenient yesterday.....but yesterday they were out of allot of product!I will say everyone in the store were very nice and helpful!

This is no longer a club store. They have raised their prices so no one can afford to buy booze. Your club card is only good now for sales they offer.. so sad.😪😪😪

Came in 2 1/2 weeks before Halloween and they’re literally out of Oktoberfest. I want to 3 twelve packs of unchilled beer and they only had 2 twelve packs left so I asked to just get 2 more six packs and call it a 12 pack - and wouldn’t budge an inch. Talk about not taking care of your customer.

Walked in yesterday, ready to spend. I had my mask on. My husband did not as he is medically not able to restrict his breathing due to asthma. We were literally chased and chastised out of the store VERY LOUDLY I may add....by an overbearing, nasty man. I explained I had mine on but my husband has asthma. He chased us around and handed my husband a mask anyways. So we left. It is not a LAW to wear a mask. Bevmo, you lost lifetime customers. I hope you end up like bed bath and beyond and pier one in this area.... CLOSED. I hope all your jobs are lost. FROM NOW ON WE WILL BUY ONLINE ONLY AND NEVER FROM YOU.

Great store with friendly staff thats well stocked and clean. Great selection of old aged rums and champagne. Occasionally they get wonderfully dry cider from the UK which is hard to find here.

Love bevmo. Great deals and selection. Also great customer service. My favorite drink there is Agwa, a mint liquor. Its actually illegal in most of the country. Try it out.

Extremely excellent service. Not only is this location in a wonderful part of town but it is always kept super nice and tidy. Above all though Id have to say my favorite part is definitely the people that work there, most of all the assistant manager! If you want a clean, convenient and friendly place to purchase your spirits this is the store for you.

Employees are always rude and have no interest in helping you find anything. Inventory is not large and they dont carry a lot of what I want. Im medically exempt from mask wearing and they chase me around the store with a bag of masks even after I told them I couldnt wear one! I guess theyre looking for a lawsuit?? PEOPLE GET A CLUE!!!

Had a really bad experience with an employee here. Might have been one of the managers. I had bought somersby cider from here a 3 months ago. I had not seen it in stock for a awhile so I just decided to ask an employee about it. He told me the cider didn’t exist and made fun of me. I explained I had purchased it here. He than said you are absolutely incorrect. Then walked over to his computer said, well the cider does exist but we have never carried, told you that you where wrong. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, but either way I’m never shopping at a BevMo again.

I was a bit surprised at first with the size of the place (smallish), but I was incorrect...This place is quite big with a rather large inventory...The item selection was impressive...I came in looking for one thing and they had multiple choices for the item I was searching for... Employees were nice and FUNNY... Definitely a place to check out for that rare bottle...

We rented a 5 gallon keg for New Years Eve. I asked a lot of questions about how to set up and keep the keg because we had never rented one before. I followed their instructions to the letter and the beer had gone bad within 24 hours. They told me it would be good for at least a few weeks. When I returned the half full keg I spoke with the manager and she said she would speak to the cashiers because they gave us bad instructions. What a waste. And she didn’t offer any compensation. I won’t be shopping here again.

They have everything you could ask for and pretty good prices on most things. Cant really complain about anything.

Service is either really good or really bad. Older guy there is a huge help in picking out wine and a pleasure. Other employees can be a pain, such as being quite snappy with me (even a cashier right in front of a manager) for not having my bevmo card out immediately.Also, they allow their employees to smoke in front of the store (from a manager, Brenda, there is an ashtray out there so its not my problem!).Ill go there if I dont have an alternative.
