They have a huge variety of products for all of your beading and crafting needs. What you cant find at the big chain craft stores, they will have what you need here. The customer service is 100% the best. Theresa and Bruce are extremely knowledgeable artisans of many types of crafting!! Check out their classes they offer, as well! I love this store/ studio. We are very fortunate to have them and learn from them!!!

We are so lucky to have Pumpkin Glass in our community. They have reasonably priced, QUALITY and beautiful jewelry making supplies and kits. They have jewelry making and glass classes. They also help repair jewelry and make custom pieces. The owners Bruce and Teresa are always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I have checked out stores in places like the Chicago area and I was mostly disappointed in all those highly rated stores.Pumpkin Glass had just as good or better wares and much better customer service, kits and classes and it has only reinforced how wonderful it is to have such a resource here in our small community.

If they dont have what you need Bruce will go to his warehouses to find your items.Teresa has wonderful jewelry classes and just had her first video jewelry class. It was wonderful!!! I take all my rings, bracelets and necklaces there to be serviced and theyve even made me several custom pieces. Im wearing 3 of their custom pieces right now and also wearing two other pieces they repaired for me. I suggest them to everyone! Cool store and cool people.

The owners are so friendly and helpful. Their selection is amazing. But if youre not finding what you need, they will order it for you. Theresa teaches classes onsite and she is a great teacher. Beautiful, inspiring place.

What a horrible customer service experience. I was given a gift card to use at this store, so I ordered a custom ring to be made with my grandmothers stone. I picked a design and the owner measured my finger using another ring. When I went to pick it up, the ring was too big. I was told it would be re-sized, rush order. I called several days later to check on the status and it had not even been looked at. Then I was called back and asked to come back in to be measured again. I was hoping for an apology for the inconvenience, as it is 30 minutes each way everytime I have to drive to the shop, and I had already been there 3 times. Not only was I not offered an apology but I was yelled at by the shop owner. At one point he said he would remove the stone from the ring and send it in the mail. I specifically said I did not want that done with the stone. I said I would come back when I was able but could not guarantee when it would be. The next day I received an envelope with the stone in it and postage due. I called the shop to express my displeasure in them mailing the stone and also telling them I would not be paying the postage. The shop owner said he would send a dollar and hung up on me.

Teresa and Bruce are awesome. Their shop is great. All kinds of beautiful jewelry and beads and fused glass!!!!
