Great place to go for auto mechanic work. The man at the front desk Brian worked very hard to get together a plan to do work on my car. I just couldnt get all the money together. But he did a great job trying to get it together for me. Thank you very much for all ur effort.

Im very impressed with how professional and HONEST they are at Taylors Complete Auto Care! They really give you a breakdown of what the car needs or doesn’t need and cannot be repaired. I do like this auto service place. I have used them a couple of times now. The reason why I only gave them 3 out of 5 is when they took apart my dash board to fix my air conditioner vent they cracked it on the top in the back by the bottom of the windshield. FYI my dash didnt have ANY cracks in it anywhere. . and ive been the only owner of my truck (2006) they didnt seem concerned about it or offer any comensation. They said to consider it a battle wound and to buy a dash board cover. So needless to say not too happy this time with them.

They helped my friend out and I was very impressed with the way they were actively trying to find the best and cheapest alternative way to fix my friends car. I definitely felt that they had his best interest in mind. I will definitely start bringing my car in to these guys as well

Competitive Affordable pricing. Professional Quality work and available Saturday (my one day off work). I would not go anywhere else! I have needed their help on four different occasions. All of the staff behaved professionally, listened carefully to my needs and asked appropriate questions to diagnose my vehicle issues. I was treated with dignity and respect. They helped me with the brakes, radiator and power steering always mindful of my slim pocket book.

A friend of mine takes his car to this place for maintenance and referred me to them when I was having car issues. They worked on my vehicle and now its running great. I thought they were genuine and reasonable with their fees. Car issues give them a try.

Great auto repair shop!! Friendly, honest and very reasonably priced!! I appreciate that they never just repair anything without first giving you either a computer generated quote or getting permission from you over the phone. They will even show you the old parts to show the wear!!

My old mechanic close down the shop at his employees are working at this place now I took my grand Caravan then they change my oil and put new windshield wipers on they’ll also be doing major mechanical work for me in the future I met one of the family members that owned The garage Mark who is absolutely wonderful very very knowledgeable mechanic in from the fella I will definitely bring my van and truck to this place as long as they stay in business and they did a good job of coarse

DO NOT take your vehicle there. They worked on our truck having replaced the fuel injectors. Four days later the engine caught on fire going down the road as flames ignited seconds after he smelled gas. He was able to bail out quickly but the entire truck burnt up within minutes. This was on a Friday so on Monday I called the manager who told me the owner was out of town but he (the manager) would call me back after he spoke to the owner. This was 3 weeks ago. I have never heard anything back. Then I called yesterday and spoke to someone (Tyler) who told me the owner and the manager would be in all day tomorrow meaning on Wednesday. Called back this morning (on Wednesday) and the manager (Dennis) told me the owner was gone and leaving to go out of town again. He refused to give me any contact information on the owner. Not a name, phone number or address. We spent about $1200 in approximately a 3 week period only for our truck to burn to the ground within seconds of the engine catching on fire... My husband could have been killed. Guess we will just see them in small claims court...

WORST PLACE!! super unfriendly staff!! We went to get a new drain plug that they originally damaged themselves and an oil change. Took almost 3 hours for an oil change with no other people there but us!! Definitely do not recommend!! Stay away from this place!

Do not, I REPEAT, Do NOT take you vehicle to these guys. DON THE OWNER IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND CRIMINAL! Had my car for over 5 months for a 2 day job. Kept giving me the run-around. Then stopped accepting my calls. I finally picked up my car myself and had it towed. Parts everywhere and had body damage. I mention to Don I would be sending him a bill and he said You will have better luck selling beach front property in AZ then getting me to pay. You decide if you want to risk what I already endeavored.

One here because my car keep shutting off I paid for an inspection a visual inspection got my car back right around the corner and my car shut off again I called them and they said maybe its something else I did a visual inspection and found the problem it was my wire harness sitting on my steering column so all they did cuz it kept popping a fuse for all they did was replaced the fuse but I paid for an inspection Ill never go here again never recommend anyone because Im not a mechanic but I found the problem

I took my Yukon xl and my Chevy impala I got the issue fixed with the impala however my breaks that I spent 420.00 on still squeak super loud I dont understand how its worse than before.

The shop manager Brian was rude and they didn’t work with me on fixing the problems they created when they put my new transmission into my Ford Explorer. I paid for the service before they did the test drive. Don’t pay them for anything until your repair is Done Properly as you won’t get any refund from them! Also, they don’t stand behind their work as my Transmission was leaking from their poorly applied seal and from my new rear main seal was damaged by their technician who worked on my car. I had to bring my car to Aamco to have the work done all over again as I couldn’t TRUST THEM With My Car After it sat there for almost 10 days and they didn’t do nothing as I was promised to fix it correctly. I had to pay Aamco to do the job right. Don’t TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR...VER POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION FROM BRIAN the Shp Supervisor

THEY LOST THEIR BBB ACCREDITATION. Worse place to go. If you like components being left unfastened under your hood then go. Had my spark plugs replaced and the guy left my pcv hose and ignition coil unplugged! I let that go. Then 2 weeks later the new spark plug they put in popped out and they had the balls to say its not their fault and I need to pay then 140 dollars! Ive already talked to 3 on your side and Im going to warn everyone of this already struggling buisness.

Worst place to go for anything, not to mention the staff was extremely rude.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I went over there for a leak. They wanted to charge me $450 to replace my intake manifold. I got a 2nd opinion from a friend who is a mechanic after....turns out it was just an intake hose. Hose replaced ..saved $400. Horrible.
