I very rarely give five stars cause lets face it, theres usually room for improvement. When I think, what would have been better to give five stars, though, I cant think of anything. I worked with Lexie and she was awesome! My car looks good, they were thorough and found some additional repairs once they tore it down, I was only without it for a couple weeks (good during this pandemic BS), and Lexie kept me informed the entire time... almost daily...of the status of my car. They also have an enterprise desk on site, very convenient.IF something should change my mind (just got my car back last night) Ill update but...so far, so good.

Recommended by my insurance post a rear-end accident! The whole experience was amazingly professional and efficient! The team was very communicative and courteous; I was receiving texts messages of the progress, and I was extremely pleased when the job was completed ahead of schedule! Needless to say that their work came out FLAWLESS! They now have a very happy lifetime customer!

I’m disappointed and honestly exhausted from my experience with this collision center. I was referred here through my insurance and not only was the body damage not fixed properly (the driver door hinge that was “fixed” has already popped back out of place one month later) they also returned my car to me with a STAPLE (yes, a staple from a staple gun of some sort) punctured into my fuel tank. I began smelling fuel and confirmed this after attempting to get an oil change. I confronted the body shop, stating I was now dealing with a fuel leak from a staple that is lodged in the tank only after receiving back my vehicle from their shop. They denied it, and assured me my vehicle “wasn’t placed anywhere that could have happened” and they “couldn’t take responsibility”. After going back and forth, they wanted me to open a new insurance claim. After so much effort realizing it’s their word against mine, I’m now $2500+ out of pocket to fix the extra damage from this repair shop.

I’ve taken my car here three times and have had great experiences all three times. I just got rear ended recently and I called to try and schedule a time to bring my car in. I can’t get ahold of the the person who schedules appointments! I just get sent to voicemail each time. I’ve called 4 times and left two voicemails. At least have the decency to call me back. I had to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunate that their customer service has gone so downhill.

Honorable experience. The tech cut my tow harness, removed my bumper, tail lights, side molding and more- prior to knowing if they can find parts for my year make and model (1999 ram 2500). I was given a disassembled truck and a check to complete my own work on my own time. Would not recommend

Stay away bad service. First off I was recommended to the shop for repairs due to a claim. I brought my vehicle to them for the estimate and was given a print out and told they will contact the insurance company and then let me know when to come back for repairs. Now almost two month later they never contacted my insurance company. So I call them back and started to get the run around about parts needing to get ordered and so on. So I said ok then called my insurance company to let them know that they will need to step in. Now two weeks later I am being told that they are refusing to repair the car because my insurance company gave me a rental vehicle. They said the car is safe to drive and because of the rental car the body shop is now unable to work on a car. Wow not ok and that is not how insurance claims work. Sounds like they want to make more money on the claim then just the body work. It’s sad that you are being paid for the parts and the outrageous labor cost but feel it’s ok to leave a customer without repairs because of a rental car that has nothing to do with you fixing a car. Bad service bad experience shady business practices and would not recommend this company for your needs

I have a CSTV that was brought into Collision Center of Peoria for some repairs to the front bumper, pass side front wheel issues, brake caliber. I knew before I dropped it off that it needed a Tire pressure monitor in the front tire and the front brake caliper. Insurance was notified and the process was started. Process went fairly smooth they told me some items were denied and I call the insurance company and had them approve everything that Collision Center informed me about. Day before I got my car back Lexi the person helping me with the car repair called and told me the car would be ready the next day and that they wont replace the tire sensor and would have it for me when I pick my car up. I asked why they wouldnt put the sensor in and she told me that all the sensors would have to be replaced and it they put just one in it would blow up the sensor and not be good anymore. Well I do know a little about them so I called her bluff and said that isnt true all you need to do is please drop car off at discount and they would handle it. I got excuse after excuse and was told hey they are not putting it in so pick up my car. Well I go to pick up the car and of course they dont have the sensor she said come back later or she would mail it to me. Lexi, that is good customer service and to basically feed me some bull about tire sensors isnt good either. I get home after driving it back and I feel the brakes are not how they should be. If I hit the brakes hard the car moves over to the left lane. Not to safe to give me a car that doesnt brake. Well they never put on the brake caliber. I called today to talk to Bobby Gambardi Lexis boss since she wont help me since the car has been picked up. Once again Bobby tells me that the 3 good sensors in the tires would have to be replaced for the 4th one to work. Are you kidding me? How does a shop not know one thing about tpms sensors? It makes me question they knowledge about anything in the car since they got a very simple item so totally wrong. Resetting tires sensors if very easy and has to be done when you rotate your tires. Lexi even thought there were wires hooked to them. She brought up that the other shop that had my car messed the wires up real bad. Really Lexi, Wireless sensors dont have wires to them. I asked her if she realized that and she said not until I just said it. Also the wires were shock sensors that I had parts for at my house. so They really dont know what they are talking about at Collision Centers of Peoria. BTW Discount tire got me going for $63 and everything went smooth. I did have to spend more time getting it done. Then Bobby goes into why the caliber didnt get replace because the insurance company denied that too. Think you might want to tell a customer that a very important part didnt get replaced so dont drive the car till you do. Well car is now at arrowhead Cadillac having the brakes checked out and new caliber. Moral of this is that Neither Lexi or her boss didnt care about me or my safety and put me on the road with a unsafe car. Also took payment from the insurance company for the TMPS sensor and labor to put it in without installing or giving me the part. Very bad commutation that could put people at risk about there car. Really stinks to go to a shop to get your car sorted out and then have to take to two other shops to get the job done correctly and safely.

Great place! The staff are friendly and attentive. Caleb was my service advisor and he is top notch! The person that performed the initial intake of my vehicle was extremely professional, which is why Im giving 2 starts. I had reached out to the shop prior and it was agreed I would not leave the vehicle until the parts were in. Once I was notified I dropped the car off on Thursday at noon. The same day I received a call stating we would need a supp, which I expected. The check was cut the same day and parts were ordered for the supp. Mind you, this was a minor front end loss where two days of expected repair were noted. I did not receive a call Friday or Monday. I called my contact twice and sent and email, no response. Tuesday morning I received a voicemail the vehicle was in paint. I called back twice and left messages, no response. Wednesday I called again, no answer but I later received a voicemail. I called back and my contact went on providing excuses of why he couldnt get back to me and stated it looked like it was going to be the end of the week. The contact was dismissive and not professional to my inquiry why this was taking so long for a 2 day repair. He said he had a meeting later in the day and would call me after. I didnt feel comfortable with this and called to speak to his supervisor to get a status update. I was told the vehicle would be done the next day....Thursday. This has now been a week. After several calls that day I finally received a call stating it was done and they were waiting for additional parts they did not have. The person that was responsible for my repair didnt even meet with me to go over the repairs and had someone else do it....Really? I have used this shop before and had a good experience. Never again will I go to this shop with this type of treatment for a paying customer.

I would not recommend the Collision Center of Peoria. I think they want to do the right thing but they are just poor at executing on it. My biggest complaint was the amount of time it took for my simple repair (They said that my repair was simple). I was told the car was to be finished in two weeks, they slowly started walking back the date. Each time the new completion date arrived I would have to call them to find out the status of my car. Which is my second complainant, their poor communication. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Very dishonest! I got rear ended and needed a new hitch and bumper assembly and there was this popping noise under my car. We give them the car to fix on the 16th of October and on the 21st they said it was done and to come pick it up. We get there and return the rental and see our car. I look at it and the bumper and hitch are still pushed in like at the beginning. They wanted to give it to us like that. I ask about the popping noise and they said, we took the car for a test drive and didnt hear anything and we looked under the car and couldnt find anything. I was like ok want to come and see if youll hear the noise. And Jordan came with me and heard the popping noise. Then they tell us that they will contact the insurance and continue from there. They tell the insurance that they will need to bring it to the dealer for an inspection. The insurance says yes its fine. I called the director Bobby today and starts yelling at me saying its not their problem and that theyre not going to fix it. I tell him that the insurance said they started fixing the car and they have to fix it and he gets very mad. I told him they didnt even drive it or look under it and would bet all my money on it and he gets really mad and starts yelling over the phone. Then i talk to the insurance and she says they said they are going to take the car to the dealer for an inspection. Then I tell him that and he tells me Im going to take it and pay for it myself. Then the insurance calls him, they talk and he tells them a completely different story. Either ways the director Bobby and Jordan the guy at the front who looks at your vehicle are 2 very dishonest people. They love taking your money and are very DISHONEST and very corrupt. They dragged this out for 3 weeks now and Im sick and tired of their dishonesty. If you want someone to fix your car that has integrity and is putting making a quick buck over their customers do not go to this place to get your car fixed.

So we happen to have the crappy thing as a car accident happen the day before Easter. We are as a family of 6 and are always in dire need of our Honda Odyssey. We unfortunately had a ton of issues with our insurance company since it was a hit and run and the other person was at fault but no where to be found 😔. Anyways The staff there from start to finish we’re completely respectful and courteous. Kaleb did an amazing job keeping me up to date on progression and issues. He never hid anything and was completely upfront. Even when I questioned something on the appraisal he meet me at the vechicle with the adjuster and we covered everything every question every concern and really made me feel good about he process since I use to be an adjuster myself the staff really knew what they are talking about. So we finally got my car back and after a couple weeks started having some issues with the computers since it’s a 2018 and everything is run by computers now. Bobby took my call and immediately asked me to bring it down and let him get going on it. He called Honda and handled everything personally so i didn’t have to other than answer a couple questions. Once we dropped the van back off we were kinda stuck without our van and no other vehicle and not knowing the length of time we would be without Bobby took it upon himself to resolve that and got us in something for the meanwhile at no cost to us. Also Bobby like Kaleb kept us up to date and worked for us. Always returned my calls and followed up and made sure things were taking care of. I have to say I was not only completely satisfied but amazed on everyone at the Collision Center from the First Ladies that great you to the adjusters and managers and just everyone around the shop. Great Place totally would recommend to my family and friends!

Very poor customer service and dishonesty. I was sent here by insurance as it was one of the “preferred” repair centers. When the quote guy came to look at my vehicle I was immediately dismissed of any of my car concerns. I was then told by Bobby the store manager that they could not repair my vehicle. When I called my insurance to tell them about this encounter they immediately told insurance a different story. I would not recommend this place. If they cannot be honest for simple things like a quote then I assure you they are doing dishonest work to repair vehicles!

Oh my god! I love how my car runs now. My car was damaged and I was really sad that my car had a lot of damages to it. Luckily I’ve done research and found Collusion Center at Peoria. Jordan was soooo amazing and helpful! Giving me calls on how my car is doing and telling me the process of the car and the condition it is in. I appreciate the people that worked on my car and Jordan’s work as well. I’ve been patient while they’ve been working the damages for my car and it run sooo much better than it did before. I have a 4 month old nissan that someone hit and broke our side mirror. I called collision center of peoria and worked with Bobby. He was quick with a quote and got me in to get the repair done quickly. The job was completed when they said it would be, they contacted me when it was completed, and were very helpful and polite. Throughout the process I worked with Bobby and Jordan who were professional and courteous. And to top it off they even washed and vacuumed out my car! I would highly recommend this repair shop.

My repair took several days longer than promised. The worst part, however, is that my entire windshield and side windows were left coated in top coat spray, I can’t see properly through my windows anymore during daylight. They clearly were very careless and negligent in protecting my car.

Bobby is a terrible director. They forgot to fix a major part of my vehicle and tried to say I was lying and that there was no way that could have been caused due to accident I was involved in. He stated there was no notations made in claim to fix that part and that the insurance would not cover it. When I called the insurance to double checked the damages, the part they forgot to fix was the first thing they mentioned. Bobby took no responsibility and lacks integrity.

This shop doesnt work for your benefit... Get estimates here maybe, but theyre making money for the insurance company. First visit here was a year ago, and they didnt argue once when insurance opted to repair the hood instead of replacing it. Now Im the one whos car hood looks hackey. I drove my car to the collision center of Peoria to have cosmetic damage repaired after I had been in accident (no fault of my own). They reported it to Carfax as disabled. When a car is reported as disabled the value for trade in goes down quite considerably.Collusion with the car dealers perhaps? I took quite a hit when I decided to trade the car in, over $3000 less. I drove the car there for Petes sake! Really? It was close to a year by the time I had realized what they had done and decided not to press it.As for the work, it was acceptable. However, the technician forgot to secure the lower end radiator hose, when it broke loose the engine coolant leaked out and the engine light went on. Luckily the car was stopped before any major damage was done. Of course they were very apologetic and gave us a free detail for our car. I never went back.I cannot recommend this store, in fact I make it a point to tell folks to stay away.

It was a regret I brought my car in for a left front panel work. The work was terrible! the paint doesnt match and the bumper screws were missing. The owner was so rude and I just cant stand him. I suppose to pick up my car at 3.00pm as scheduled but was told to come in at 7.30pm so I wouldnt see the terrible paint job. It was until next morning I saw how horrible the work was. The paint doesnt match! and I was fortunate to have my insurance approve a redo at a different body shop. I will not recommend this place to nobody! Take your car elsewhere.

I wish there was no star rating. They took 3 weeks for minimal damage to the front bumper. They claimed to have ordered the wrong part and then said they were waiting on insurance and that was the reason for the delay. They broke a headlight that was not on the same side as the damage and said they would not fix it since it was “not their fault”. They also lied about doing an alignment, said it was done and it was not. When talking to the director after a week and a half of him not returning my calls, he got an attitude with me when I was questioning why the alignment was not done. Not good service, not good work. I do not suggest using them.

Infiniti of peoria referred me to the nightmare called Collision Center of Peoria. I did not get a good feeling from Bobby the service manager at all. My car pulled to the right after the car was returned and then it began making a weird sound.I returned the car, and Collision Center of Peoria said they were unable to find the source of the issue. I subsequently towed the car to another garage, and they summarily diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. They also said the paint job and other work were amateur level at best.Collision Center of Peoria is owned by the same company owning Acura of Peoria and Infiniti of Peoria, Berkshire Hathaway.Be smart. Do not go there.Bobbys lesson of life is to learn what he offers another is what he takes for himself.

This is a horrible place to take a vehicle that you want to keep. Arrowhead Cadillac sent me there to get a small spot on my new escalate fixed and they kept it for 10 days then we had it washed and the small spot I had turned into a large spot and when I took it back they had it another 5 days and we just picked it up and said forget it. We were told they needed one more day. What ever you decide please dont take your vehicle there its horrible. As for the job it doesnt even look right. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

They do an ok job if you have 6 weeks to wait for work that should only take 3 days tops. Then on top of it all they blame the insurance comp for the length of time it took. I know my insurance company well, as I have had a few claims lately. There are on the ball and take care of their part same day. I was giving a free battery to make things right by this place. So probably about $100 battery to make up for the $700 I had to spend on a rental car, not to mention the car payment of $600 for the time it was there and I couldnt drive it. All around just an awful experience that cost me a ton of money when I could have just taken it somewhere else and got it done in 3 days. Lesson learned!!!

The most unprofessional staff, horrible work.I decided to take infiniti because they are infiniti certified collision center and because it was recommemded by Geico.Well dont trust them, dont take your car there, the Manager Bob is a useless, cluless, cocky piece of human, he replaced a part in my car with an infiniti part that was not intalled correctly and said that its the way it goes even though it was off over 3/4 of an inch sticking out.Thankfully Geico heard my complaints and is having it fix somewhere else.Dont do business with those idiots!

Bobbie is a very rude manager,after driving from kingman,az to Peoria to get get 2006 f350, it wasnt ready, had to take back into shop to align door and hood 4x,left wires to airbag suspension disconnented,good headlight wouldnt turn on and bad headlight was missing a strobe,was there for 3hrs till my dad who recently passed decided give me my fn keys and dont touch me truck,long story short brought to Chris auto body in kingman az,and the fixed everything wrong that Peoria, bobbie is a very bad manager and customer service rep,also charged insurance for a new tire that wasnt installed,verified with discount tire truck had matching set,a lot more to story,alot,,,but u get my drift

TERRIBLE PLACE!! It took them a month to fix my daughters car and when we got it back the paint didnt match. One of her doors wont open properly half of the time, and her window wont roll down. They said they would fix the issue but never returned my calls...Ive left 6 different messages... no return call. Its really sad this place took the insurance money and ripped off a young college student, who works 20 hours a week and doesnt make much money already. RUN AWAY FROM THESE INEPT FOOLS!!
