I’m from Tucson AZ and they reached out immediately after we damaged our ride and provided a lot of useful information in regards to getting my vehicle fixed and back on the road. Their team is very educated on all products and available options. They went above and beyond in repairing and getting my ride out the door quickly. And needless to say, it looks badass to say the least. They totally brought our vision to life.

Had my cage fixed at this company and told Anthony them from the beginning in text and verbal i want to be able to wear a helmet, end product was a cage that my helmet touches roof, unsafe, has not been fixed and he doesnt reach out to make safe, i will never use this company again .

Great guys to work with Anthony and Obed answered all the questions I had and made sure I was getting what I was looking for and more. Very knowledgeable. The cage and harnesses that I ordered are perfect, exactly what I wanted and they made sure that I would be safe. Definitely will go back for more accessories soon.

The lady they have at the front desk 🤦🏽‍♂️ Why they have her their idk. Every time I call I ask somethn she never knws. So if someone is busy & she cant ask she cant answer you. She knows nothing at all. Frm the most simplest things. Do you have any oil for a rzr. Umm idk let me check, oh theyre busy can I call u bk Guess wht she doesnt call bk. 😅🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ So annoying.

Went in to meet with Kyle per Anthony for some harnesses, he knew exactly what I was after and got me squared away. After talking for a few mins I ended up making a purchase for a fire Extinguisher mount for the Rzr cage and a few plugs for a project at home. I will do business with them again, everyone in the building is awesome

Had a custom cage built for a kawasaki teryx4. Asked for them to ensure windshield would still fit without having to go custom on that and wanted the rear lowered so that it was nearly even with the front. Aside from that, I didnt have too many specifics. They came back with an awesome product at an unbeatable price. No complaints at all. Build time was extended but we were notified of the issues with the bungs being on backorder from kawasaki. Eventually, they worked with someone to have those custom built as well so that they could get it finished for us. Honest and friendly service. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend Anthony and his business to anybody. Only downside for me was that I didnt think to ask for a decal of some kind to help advertise for them.

Anthony and Britney made this whole process super easy. They were attentive, professional and had my car in the shop with the work I wanted done quickly. When I ordered my cage Anthony took the time to walk me through the design process and showed me what it would look like on an X3. Britney got my car into the shop quickly when I needed the cage installed and certain wiring done. The price for labor was fair and the quality of work was top notch. Francisco was awesome as well, keeping me in the loop and making sure the car was wired exactly how I wanted it. I strongly recommend Direct Utv to everyone. Muy mala calidad en todos los aspectos antony que es el dueño no tiene palabra cuando llegue me dijo muchas cosas q al final no cumplio nada el trabajo fue horrible de lo mas peor que se pueden imaginar no recomiendo que vallan ay nunca pusieron puertas cage instalacion de sonido llantas y nada fue bueno llantas me pusieron asta usadas pensaron q no m iva a dar cuenta si van a ese lugar inspeccionen todo cosa por cosa las puertas las instalaron de lo peor y las el sistema de sonido mucho peor ni se ecuchan todas las bocinas y no lo quieren reparar un lugar horrible muy mala calidad 👎🏼
