I was very satisfied with the service I received at this place. Their counter attendants were very polite and helpful. I had returned a part that wasnt what I needed. They gave me credit for it even though I opened the package and got me set up with what I really needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Vastly superior to any hardware store!!

Does not take Covid-19 seriously and risks their employees lives. No masks are required and if you are getting tested for Covid you have to continue working until the test results come back unless you have vacation time.

Ive called the Peoria location for Marcone several times, and I have never had an issue with them answering their phone (but the national 800 number is a different matter!).The reps Ive spoken to have been willing to spend a lot of time with me to sort out the right parts for me, and they have been very nice/helpful while doing so.I would definitely recommend.As for the other anonymous reviews, I question their authenticity.

I’ve made several calls & trips to Marcone Supply in Peoria without a let down. They carry a LARGE Inventory of parts and if they don’t have in stock they quickly retrieve it. From Coleman Heaters, Pioneer Heat Pumps to Whirlpool washer parts I can count on Marcone Supply. Thank you gentlemen.

Would be nice if they explained that parts are non returnable when you are there purchasing them. Found out I needed a different part and then they informed too bad I was stuck with the part they sold me. They were actually pretty rude about it. Turns out I did business with them twice in one day............first and last!

I order parts for my dishwasher. They sent me the wrong parts. So I called them back to order the correct parts. They stated that it would take 7 days to get them from the factory and then 7 days to receive them at my home. I thought I didnt have any other options so I ordered them. The 14 days past and my upper rack in my dishwasher was barely hanging on. So I looked on Amazon, found the parts, ordered them and had them at my house in less than 5 days. I returned the first set of parts (on day 30) to get refunded. Keep in mind that these were the wrong parts that they sent me. They charged me a restocking fee of over $30 for the wrong parts. Needless to say I will look at Amazon first from now on. Oh yea and Amazon parts were 60% of the cost of the Marcone parts.
