Connie from FedEx airport location is my life saver! She went above and beyond to help me find out what happened to my package after I dropped it off. She was so kind and listened and cared about what was going on! So patient as well. She truly did her best to help solve the problem and I appreciated it so much! Thank you Connie!

I needed a rush job for my dads funeral the same day the staff was more than accommodating stopped what they were doing and help me prepare a huge poster board with my dads image on it for the funeral everyone from the staff to the manager was very friendly they seem to have a good work ethic and camaraderie among the group everyone was very polite and helpful I will 100% be using this location anytime I need shipping or anything office related

I just had thr worst experience of my lifeeee at this fed ex. African american old female grandma that works there, had ZERO patience for me. I was very polite, but she continued to moan and groan because we were having issues resolving a problem, then she clicks a random address (that wasn’t correct) becuse she wanted to hurry and get me through the line.. Then after 40 minutes in the usps, the shipping came to $230 or $270. I was filled with anxiety from the start to the finish. Thanks for trying to ruin someones night with your terrible attitude

This was my first stop to mail a small package overseas. No options were given. I was just quoted an outrageous price and was advised to check with USPS. The store was clean both inside and out. It seemed nice although I most likely will never return. I did go to USPS and mailed the exact same package for $73 less than I was quoted at Fed Ex. Shop around before spending here. It could save you a lot of money.

Just left the store. Didn’t realize they were closed as the doors were wide open. Was asked by an associate if I was there with another black couple (I am black as well). There were other people in the store. But I was asked if I was with them specifically. I said no. Then the associate rudely says “then we are closed”. Very nasty tone. I wish I had gone back in to get his name. This happened on 3/4/21. So whoever was working at the front counter at 8pm on the shipping side. I won’t be back.

FedEx was good except the employees thought they were whispering but they were speaking loud enough for me to hear them talk. Other than that this place reached my needs. I recommend this place.

I thought the two guys tonight that were working were nice and they were helpful, I know I came in 30 minutes before closing so they were cleaning up and the guy name Blaine was super friendly...cute too.

Have used this location since it was a Kinkos. I have done package delivery from here, bought supplies, and had color printing done. This was the only place in town to get a professional quality 11x17 color glossy booklet printed and professionally bound. Maybe not the easiest to get in and out due to traffic, but that is not FedEx fault. Drivers just be mindful of traffic.

My mom and I had been fighting our printer all night, the two gentlemen in the store this morning really saved the day helping us print a funeral program. We were shocked at how low the price was too. But really amazing customer service.

Called the store and Kevin answered. He was a complete douche and had me on hold and came back just for me to repeat what I wanted to ship and where.While the other fedex store was professional and quick.Just don’t deal with Kevin.

Ive been here before and the service has always been average at best but today did it in---Three employees working, one customer in the store and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get 10 pages printed. Done with FedEx forever.

A week before christmas and they only had 1 person working the shipping counter. Not very bright...

Terrible customer service. Had a simple printing project to do that no one could help me with. Not because they couldn’t, but because they were all too busy standing around & talking.

I was trying, and failing, to get my resumes printed correctly. One of the employees, I hate myself for not getting his name, helped me figure it out and then basically printed them for me and refunded me my money from all of my failed attempts. Made my night!

They lost my package is what I was told by the North west st location. Ive been very inconvenience by them. Tracking didnt help they said it was put on a truck for delivery but cant find it seems they dont have accountability for the driver my medicine was extremely important to me and they dont care and have no check and balance system. Sad way to run a business.

Above and beyond customer service earns this FedEx a solid five-star review. I needed six posters printed and the online order system said it would take almost 48hr to be ready. I needed it in 24hr. With one quick call, Keisha reviewed my request and promised to have it done within 5hr. The printing was flawless!

I went in to get a canvas print made, and although their turnaround time was great, the print itself was not at all what I wanted. The colors were muddy and although I specified I wanted to maintain the original size, it had been enlarged. Nice, friendly people, great for mailing/shipping, but not so much for printing.

Went in to ship and get brochures made and Paul went way above what customer service should be. He wa so patient and made changes for me I couldn’t ask for a better employee to help me. Thank you Paul Yo͏u͏r the best

Sometimes when you go there and are in a hurry to print on the color copy machines, there is someone camped out there for 2 hours doing copies on both machines. Why do they only have 2 copy machines? Also, once I was able to finally get a machine, I made a color copy and it turned out badly, and I showed it to one of the employees and he was very rude and said that the copy machines werent perfect. He was condescending about it. He then told me that hed need the copy back so that Kinkos could recycle it. Thats a load of bunk. He needed it back in case I was not telling the truth about the condition of the copy Id made. I did not mind giving it back to Kinkos but him telling me they needed to recycle it was just not true. He was very snarky about the whole thing. I decided to avoid going to Kinkos when he was there.So the rudeness of the employee toward me when I was concerned about the copy machine not making a halfway decent copy (I was thinking it might need another ink cartridge) and the fact there are only 2 machines in the store and only one Kinkos in town is not satisfying to me as a customer. It is conveniently located and that is the reason why I used the store.

This store was extremely understaffed. To make matters worse, the lady (Carol) who helped me tried to get me to come back at a more convenient time FOR HER for me to drop my package off...Im not a stickler demanding top-notch customer service but I also do not like when people are kind of rude and inconsiderate to me. Will try other options when I can.

Very helpful staff Friendly environment

I used to go there years ago to get copies made for a college group, and the prices seemed reasonable. Today I went to get five sets of about 6 pages printed. It was handouts for a girl scout troop so they did not need to be super fancy, just basic color printouts on regular printer paper. They gave the printouts back to me and said this will be 18 dollars. They were printed on very high quality heavy paper which was unnecessary and silly for my purposes. I expected to pay maybe five bucks for basic printouts but this was crazy. Next time I will use my desktop printer.

I will never use this location ever again!! They messed up my order, over charged me, and never once an Oh Im sorry this happened. Even the manager was unhelpful and acted like I was wasting her time by speaking to her about what happened. Nobody tried to offer me different ways to order my gift. They charged me with the way that was more expensive and when I questioned the amount never said oh there is a different paper we could use that would work and cost less. Again I will never use them and because of this experience I will never use FedEx either. They need to seriously evaluate this location and the employees.

This location could use more staffing hours allocated . Every time I stop in it is understaffed. Today I waited 20 minutes in line only to be told I would have to wait until the 5 people behind me were helped. My request was petty and not profitable so it wasnt a priority. But a big thank you to the customer who told me how to accomplish my task on a free app, and save me much time and frustration.

Extremely poor service. I came in to mail an envelope and wasnt acknowledged upon walking in. Twelve people came in after and were not acknowledged either. We all stood in line while one employee worked silently on a computer helping one customer. After asking where I can get an envelope, the manager Carol told me she was unable to say anything because she wasnt on the clock. I then turned to the only employee working, David, and he said we cant fill out an envelope then continued to work. I ended up waiting a total of thirty minutes to mail a letter whole six other people left the store. Long waits happen, however this was avoidable and handled very poorly. I recommend looking out for David and Carol. They are very bad employees, lost FedEx a lot of business today and will likely continue to do so.

Wish I could rate below one star, James had a terrible blase attitude the whole time he spoke with me, was unable to print my already formatted business cards without me using a different machine that would end up costing 30 dollars for 100 cards!!!!!! Outrageous. And to print fliers on shine paper he wanted 2.50 a sheet, all on top of the fact he still wouldnt have it done today. I will never go back and have trouble believing they are still in business with alternatives like vistaprint. Wouldnt even recommend to someone I dont like.

You’d get faster and better service if there WEREN’T “employees” present. The machines are excruciatingly slow, but not as slow/nonexistent as the customer service. The place is pretty gross for a printing and shipping store. I’ve found actual chicken nuggets littering their workstations. Can’t make that junk up. You’ll find the fat, old hag of a manager complaining about how much she hates her job, the Cash me ousside girl, and some old dude that’s too busy not getting the hint from Danielle Bergoli there just chillin’, and if you need something from them - don’t. They won’t even give you the time of day. Absolute garbage.

Understaffed which results in slow service. To drop off a package usually takes at least half an hour or more. Wish they had more people working this store or a few more stores in town!

I usually have very few issues when I come in, I expect a wait and its ok cause Im usually last minute. However, the last two times Ive come in I have had some very unfriendly customer service. I over looked it the first time, the second time I refused my order and left even though I really needed my project. I refuse to spend my money at business where my coins arent respected, because truthfully each dividend I give FedEx Or any other business is representative of every moment I spend busting my ass working and spending times away from my children! Kwashia, what are you 15? You need to do better dear immature child, I read your other reviews and you were off your game two times in a row with me... I hope this isnt your last stop.

Very nice service, shipping was outrageously more expensive than I intended to mail a cardboard character display, like the big kind you see at JC Pennys and places. Almost $250 weighting in at little over 2 1/2 pounds.

Received great help yesterday for a semi- literate computer person.

Way over priced, they charge you for everything and you do it yourself! Office Depot is much cheaper and they will do the work for you.

My printer broke at home so I had to run here and print everything. The young lady at the desk assisted me with everything I needed to get done, she even put it in a fancy little binder.

Have had several trips to this Fed Ex on Airport and each time the service was painfully slow. Bring your folding chair and a good book because it is going to be awhile!

Girl at the counter was rude and dismissive. Find somewhere else to conduct business.
