I got a Uhaul several months ago from here and when I went to pick up the U-Haul the dolly was not inside like I had requested. I have been trying to reach out to Uhaul for months now by email, literally I’ve sent at least eight emails letting them know that the charge was incorrect and that I would not be paying an extra $40 for a dolly that was never issued to me. They have went as far as charging my card all different amounts to be able to get any money out of me, from literally $.75 to $199 charge. I can’t get an email back from anyone to correct this charge and I never authorized any of the payments that they have tried to charge me. I’ve tried to reach out so many times to tell them that I will gladly pay my bill once it is corrected but I know that if I go ahead and pay it with the extra charge I will never get that money back and I refuse to pay for services that I didn’t receive.

The owners were every friendly in assisting us as we were having difficulties checking in. The truck was SUPER clean and very well maintained.

Great customer service & the lady working inside was so welcoming & Friendly!!! Much better experience than my visit to another location in Pensacola. Thank you for loading the boxes for me without me even having to ask. (as I am pregnant & not suppose to lift things) Will continue to drive out of my way just to use this location!

Spent a lot of time and effort researching local storage for vehicles and stuff. This was the best one in the area and the on-site managers are awesome.

THE FACILITIES ARE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND CUSTOMERS NEEDS ARE PROMPTLY AND JUSTLY ANSWERED. I OCCASIONALLY STOP BY JUST TO CHAT! WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND WONDERFUL PLACE!

The owners/operators of this location are wonderful. I moved my family to Pensacola and used one of their climate controlled storage units while waiting for our house to become available. Mike and his wife helped me the whole way, from finding the right size unit, renting a truck when I was finished with the unit, and even finding good movers to load and unload.Good people can be hard to find these days; this U-Haul has them.

Excellent service, super helpful and friendly. They strive to provide just what you need to get the job done without trying to oversell. Love the people at this location! Been to other stores and keep coming back to this one, no matter where we move in town.

The people here are nice, but U-Haul has come up with all kinds of ridiculous forms and pictures to cover their liabilities. Its easier to rent a car then a lil old trailer. I rented online, but is still took 40 minutes to out of there.

This is an absolutely AWESOME place to store your stuffs! Dry clean rooms, and the managers (Mike & Christina) are two of the NICEST people Ive met yet in Pensacola! You cant go wrong doing business here! High fives 🖐 to these folks and this business!

Hassle free truck rental process. They were even able to reimburse me when I didnt use the truck although I still had to pay an environmental fee which isnt a big deal.

THEY LOCK THE THE BATHROOM UP ALMOST EVERY CHANCE THEY GET WHEN I SHOW UP..HE SAYS I USE IT TOO LONG ..IM THINKING...I PAID FOR IT...HAD THE OUDASCITY TO ASK ME ABOUT MY MEDICAL CONDITION.....IT WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...ILL PROBABLY B MOVING MY STUFF SOON...

I tripped on a piece of equipment he laid out in the open, and didnt ask if I was okay. Very unsafe place to be.

This particular experience really wasn’t that great but I have had much better from this location. Not sure if the guy was new or not, but he was nice enough and did what he could to assist me.
