Worst experience I have ever had..I ordered and paid in full . never recived my items .. After I made contact the lady couldnt remember me. She said the only way to refund my money was to have the receipt which I didnt have that day.. The next week I go back with receipt and she says its ordered and Ill receive items the next week . I ask for a refund and the lady says it we dont do refunds.The week before she was ready to refund $ if I had my receipt..now she said no refunds.. Finally after arguing with this little old lady she refunds my money but this is the worst part, while it takes her forever to find her money and count it out she is telling me how this was my fault . Her excuses was she had a wreck, her friend had medical problems etc.. 2 months and never received anything and she lost the receipt with my address and phone number.. To be honest its just time to let someone else have her booth inside t&w flea market and retire.. She doesnt have much business going on in there anyways.Also I went to the office at T&W flea market and received no help either.They said no to worry about it because it was just $33 bucks .. Well my money is important and if I wasnt looking to save money I wouldnt be shopping at a flea market. So Im not attending that place again..

I had 2 purses,1 leather and 1 material, with the straps twisted from the factory. They fixed both of them quite reasonably and they are just perfect! Thank thank you thank you!

Absolutely blown away by their customer service and my overall experience!!! I’m new to working with leather and was expecting to have to figure it out on my own. Mrs.Esther stopped what she was doing and took time (approximately 30 or so minutes) to make sure that I was completely set up for success. She offered advice, do’s and dont’s, and explained everything from step one including tools and saved me a lot of money on tools I didn’t need. They also seemed to have a very great selection of other leather accessories including motorcycle vests which were at such a great price I ended up leaving with one as well. 10/10 would recommend.
