The only place I found in the pensacola area that carries REDMAX top of the landscaping equipment. They need to add some pictures of inventory.

Great service. They found the proper fit belt for my Cub Cadet mower after Home Depot sold me one that was an inch too long.

I took my mower to Trim-A-Lawn for the second time this week (different issues). Both times the service was awesome, quick, and very affordable. I couldnt ask for more. I dropped my mower off during lunch on Monday and it was ready to pick-up a little after lunch on Tuesdaym and the price was the most reasonable (cheap) I could ask for.

I felt they did a good job, overall. However, there were a couple of unfinished task that were not completed. When I brought it to their attention. The only thing I received was a Im sorry and Ill pay more attention in the future. I was expecting some type of compensation or discount but did not receive nothing. They did not offer to correct the problem. They only told me how I could correct the problem after I paid them to fix the problem. It was disappointing to say the least and not good customer service after the job.

If it is the parts person I have dealt with over the years, he is one of the least friendly folks I have ever tried to work with. I had a business for 25 years and I fired people like him if they treated my customers that way. The owner is not much better. Fortunately, most of what I need now I can get from Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes. There is a huge demand for a customer friendly and responsive small engine and lawn mower repair shop. Trim-A-Lawn is not it.

Beware of this company!!!! They will try to rip you off if you let them and Im talking about the owner himself. They will do work that isnt approved by you and expect you to pay it or you dont get your equipment back. If you took your car in to the mechanic to get work done and he did extra work without calling and getting approved that is totally wrong. All I did was take a chainsaw in to get the fuel and air mixture right and now they told me they tore it apart and it needs new pistons( that b.s), the engine is a beast and didnt need any work but now all of a sudden it needs internal work done by what they say. I guarantee theyre lying and now they have a free chainsaw cause I wont pay it. Yall are straight out theives!!!

Stood in line 15 min., while one employee stood outside smoking, one guy ran back & forth across the building for 10 min. - about 100 degrees in there. Finally said I needed to drop off a mower for repair, was told to go next door, which was 1/2 block down the street. Walked into a dirty, hot old gas station. Stood there for another 10 min. while one guy worked on a mower, and another stood there talking to him. I wouldnt let them pay me to fix my mower. Took my business elsewhere.

Brought my mower in to do some work on it that was under Warrenty. The guy at the counter seemed nice at first then he just went off on how they don’t make any money on Warrenty Work. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. If that’s the type of person you want representing your company, that’s bad news! I wouldn’t go back there if they were giving away mowers!If your local take you mower to Champion Rent All in Pace! It’s a little bit out of the way but they were great to deal with. They don’t treat you like dirt because it’s Warrenty Work.

Dropped a $500 push mower off for repairs on may 21 and asked the man not to make any repairs without calling me with an estimate.....it is now July 5 and I was finally able to get an answer only to find out he did the repairs already without contacting me first. He said he called once and there was no answer so he moved on. I said I do have a voicemail set up on both phone numbers I gave you......he said we dont leave messages. Completely unprofessional...watch out if you go there. I would not reccomned them for nothing. What type of business are they running? Now to get my mower back I have to pay him for work I specifically asked him not to do without calling me with an estimate.....I see an attorney in my future to get to the bottom of this!....horrible horrible horrible.

Repaired my mower quickly and fixed some things I had not thought to mention- like eliminating the useless governor, which never worked. (Too bad mowers apparently dont have throttles anymore.)

Every time i come here, it is always laid back, helpful and always get what i need. Service is quick and parts are always in if i have to order them when i am told. recommended to many already.seeing some reviews, cant help but say, they dont make any equiptment. so saying their poorly made is a false accusation. as far as service dept, repairing, if its repairable, they do great. if its a ryobi or homelite...its a throw away unit. you get what you pay for. spend 60-100 for a trimmer, it wont last long. i still have had no issues with this company.

Dishonest sales tactics and HORRIBLE service. Called about getting a part ordered, was run around on the part number and had to wait on hold for them to lookup the correct part even though it was the same as the part number I gave them a previous phone call before but was told they needed more information of the engine to be sure. Ok, I get it, you dont trust a customer knowing the part number, even though it matched what they looked up after I called back the 2nd time..... So get price on part, same price as online and they were going to get it overnighted for $15 extra, fine.... was told to call back by 2pm to get it ordered and they would have it tomorrow........ Called back about 45minutes later (12ish) and got someone different who snippy and said he doubted he could get it overnighted and then said it would cost $15 extra shipping.... fine, same as the previous guy but this next guy claimed the part was $15 more than the previous guy quoted me, PLUS the $15 shipping.... so why am I going to pay more in shipping than the part costs!?!? I can order it online and shipped overnight AM delivery CHEAPER and less BS than these idiots.... Called the guy out on the price then he said the other guy denies he ever told me that previous price. Guess I should have recorded my phone call with these dishonest morons but Im sure they would deny it was them even. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I live around corner and will drive across town or order online from now on. Treat customers like they are idiots then suddenly the price of the part changes because I called back at a different time, good luck with that. Hate to say it about a local business of any type, but I hope they close up shop soon. Much more honest and friendly power equipment dealers in town that wont treat you like crap like these folks.
