I run Southeast Gunite here in Freeport,FL and have been working with these guys for a few years now. They definitely know what they’re doing and get it done in timely fashion.Had to order a 3 stage pump for a truck. Got it in it was reversed of what I needed I dropped it off to them late afternoon no time to work on it h that day and they had it rebuilt and ready to pick up the next morning at 10:15am. Great people to work with very knowledgeable.

The techs that rebuilt my cylinder were great. They had no problem showing some tips and tricks on re-installing it as well. Owner was only $12 off of my quote which so I’m happy. Overall no complaints. Thanks

Applied for a job there said they would train went for an interview an he expected me to know everything about a job that Ive never done so I was like well when is the training going to start didnt make any sense to me I feel like thats the problem nobody wants to teach a person anything

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY WILL REPLACE PARTS THAT DO NOT NEED REPLACING, THEN THROW YOUR PARTS AWAY (TO REMOVE THE EVIDENCE??) WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. THE OWNER, DANNY, IS RUDE AND NOT CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY. HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND HE HOLDS YOUR PARTS HOSTAGE, UNTIL YOU PAY HIS PRICE FOR THE PARTS THAT HE TAKES UPON HIMSELF TO REPLACE. ALSO, THE INITIAL REPAIR (MORE LIKE REPLACE) PRICE WAS OVER $400 FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SIMPLE REPAIR ON A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER FOR A GRAPPLE BUCKET. AFTER I QUESTIONED THE HIGH PRICE, HE ADVISED THEY CHANGED OUT THE HOSES TOO (UM, OKAY), BUT ALSO, HIS SECRETARY ACCIDENTLY CHARGED ME FOR THE WRONG HOSE PRICE, BECAUSE THEY USED A GENERIC HOSE - AND THE TOTAL WAS ACTUALLY ONLY $315. NOT SURE THAT IS AN IMPROVEMENT, SEEING THAT HE CHANGED OUT MY HOSES, THEN THREW MY OLD ONES AWAY. HOSES COST OVER $100...AND HE TOSSED THEM IN THE GARBAGE. REALLY? ONE LAST NOTE, DO NOT UPSET THIS BUSINESS OWNER ON THE PHONE, BECAUSE HE WILL HANG UP ON YOU...MORE THAN ONCE. LOL

I agree with L. Mac .... terrible customer relations... owner beat around the Bush about how much labor would cost me, it really was like I wasnt supposed to ask!!! Go somewhere else!

Went in for a Hydraulic issue on my tow truck and they did a wonderful job and very prompt service.Very profesional staff also.Will definetly be taking my truck for service again.
