Mitch and his team provided amazing customer service and communication from start to finish. Got a well built Hot Springs Prism hot tub for a good price. Install was smooth and Mitch was always available even by his personal cell to help me. Additionally my tub was designed to optionally run on 70amps for better performance vs the standard 50amps electrical configuration which was no issue for Mitch. Got me a bigger sub-panel and extra breaker at no cost even though I offered to cover the difference. Great people, product and service! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Being a first time pool owner, I walked in this morning with my sample of water not knowing what to expect or questions to ask. after waiting more than 5 minutes and mind you, there were three ladies in the area when you first walked in. A young gal assisting a client, one at the counter working on something and an older lady walking back in forth to fix a paper towel dispenser for their use and not once did any one of them acknowledge my presence; and a total of 3 customers inside the store. After standing there waiting patiently, the older lady finally asked if Ive been helped. I informed her that I had not been helped and that in fact Im very new at this and not sure what the first step was and explained my water had turned green and needed guidance on what steps to take to rectify the situation. I informed her that I have an above ground pool. I didnt know the size of the pool but provided her a picture of what it looks like and I had asked her if she could throw out a few dimension of pools or gallon wise, I could tell her. Not once did she attempt to help/guide me and spoke to me in a dismissive manner as if I was a bother to her for trying to give them business. Again, Im going into this blind and obviously I dont have the proper pool etiquette when walking in to as store that specializes in this but you definitely do not need to make the potential customer feel like that. To not waste anyone else time, I walked out and went to Leslies Pools by Target and received the complete opposite customer service and the gentleman who assisted me was more than willing to help me and guide me through what I needed to remedy my pool problem. Id rather pay more in the product I need if the customer service is welcoming....Pensacola Pools not so much.....Suggestion....you may need to have your employees that are interacting with customers face to face get trained on what good customer service should be like.

Had to order a replacement hot tub cover for our Hot Springs hot tub through this company. Terrible customer service! It took over 13 weeks to be delivered when it was supposed to take 4-6. They never once called to update us on the status of the delayed order; we had to repeatedly call them and then depending who you spoke to at the store, they had no idea what we were talking about. When it finally got delivered 7+ weeks late, we asked to speak with a manager about refunding part of the $125 shipping fee and after two messages not returned, we gave up. We will find a different Hot Springs distributor instead of working with them again.
I moved here 2 1/2 years ago and have used only Pensacola Pools. Their sales people are great and have had good experiences with them. The store is beautiful. The problem is the service department. I took my Polaris in for a service and ended up with a $265.00 rebluild-that was ok. The next year it quit again and I took it in for service another $135.00 and was missing hoses and net when I got it and they dug up some for me. It lasted about a month that time with a wheel falling off. The screws were corroded & I realized the Polaris I had wasnt even mine becasue mine was repaired with Polaris parts & this one had homemade fixes to it. I took it back & they were sorry & nice about it but didnt know who had mine so they supposidly fixed this one back like mine. 4 months later the wheel fell off again, they charged me over $170. to put it back on. Ive spent enought to buy a new one in just over 2 years.I also bought a new pool pump this summer. I waited over a week to get a service call then again over a week to get the unit installed. It quit in 2 days. When I called to get service back out the scheduler made me go to the back of the line yet again even thought Id just paid them $677. for a new pump so again, more than a week before he came. My pool was out of commission for a month and it should have been 1-2 weeks max. Richard, the service man who came was great to work with every time but scheduling is a nightmare they are not polite and not service oriented. It takes a lot to run me off as I like to have go-to suppliers and stick with them but I expect to be treated like a customer. Im through with them.
I notified Pensacola Pools in Pensacola of a problem with a bad motor on my pool. I phoned on Monday and was told they would call me back on Tuesday. They not only called back but came out the same morning. I was very pleased with the technician (Richard) and the price charged was very reasonable. My experience as a long time customer remains good.
Replaced our pool liner, upgraded the pool equipment provided individual chemical analysis, and provided start up chemicals. Thank you.
Very nice staff. Greeted right when we walked in. 2 other shops in town ignored us. Salesperson was very pleasant and not pushy. They are on our short list for a new hot tub. Sad other stores lost a $12k sale by simply not saying hi...
Back in November, we switched pool service providers (to a former Pensacola Pools employee, who is awesome!). However, we had paid Pensacola Pools in advance for November and paid in advance for December too (forgot to take them off our banking auto pay). We reached out to Pensacola Pools to get a refund since they had not provided the services. Their accounting people acknowledged the error and told us we would receive a refund. We never did. We followed up and were told that the owner, Larry Robbins, had decided not to refund clients who decided to follow their former employee. We contacted him directly and told him that he had no lawful reason to withhold our refund. No response. We contacted him again, and told him that if we didnt hear back we would seek legal action. His response was Looking forward to your challenge. This guy is a crook!! He is penalizing clients for no reason and should not be in business. DO NOT hire his company.
Best pool place in town! In one week, my pool went from a green swamp to ready for swimming! They are nice, knowledgeable, helpful. They told me what to do, when and how to add the chemicals to get it cleaned up and ready to go. Ill never go any place else for my pool needs!

I was in this store for nearly 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge my existence, and I saw several other customers experience the same thing. There was absolutely no sense of urgency from the employees. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

We want to thank Freddie, Tom and all who were involved with the purchase and installation of our new spa. Freddie did a great job on the sales floor and coming out to our house to explain how to operate and maintain the system. Tom came out to our house twice. The first time, he inspected a platform we built and gave his recommendations with the design and materials. On the second visit he set up the spa, ensuring cover was installed correctly.

Is anybody?We will continue to do business there we have always been treated well.I’ve heard people complain that their pool doesn’t clear up fast enough. It takes a while let the chemicals work there is no ABCD there is a little bit of trial and error, every time. We just follow their instructions and it works.

Staff here is totally unprofessional. I have purchased chlorine and other chemicals to include salt from this location for 13 years. I went in a couple of weeks ago to purchase some chlorine and other chemicals and as I was exiting the store I noticed one of the lids to the chlorine jug was cracked. Before I could set the jug down to assess it chlorine had splattered onto my clothes and shoes. I informed the store that the lid to the jug was cracked therefore unable to securely shut and they proceeded to tell me it was not their fault. First of all if I am purchasing chlorine from a business I expect the lids to close securely and not be broken. My clothes and shoes were ruined at which the manager said they would not compensate me for that. They lost my business over $300. I purchase that much in chemicals in 2 months. Pretty stupid of them to make this decision especially when pool companies are a dime a dozen.
This didnt happen on the job, but couple of younger kids were off work one evening cashing checks at my mothers check cashing location and they were still in their uniforms. Minding my own business in my car with my 2 year-old and new born also with me,the young guys were making derogatory remarks and called me a dirty name... Very unacceptable, and not professional on or off a job !!
I visited the Hwy 29 location to buy some parts for a hot tub. I wasnt sure what extra parts I needed for the motor replacement I was doing, and the fellow that helped me out was very knowledgeable, and he took lots of time to explain how to install it properly. He went in the back a couple times to look for the right O-ring for me, and each time he was gone another employee stopped to see if someone was already helping me. I left with a great first impression. I came back a couple days later to return one part I didnt wind up replacing, and they were fine with refunding me for it. I really appreciated how professional and helpful everyone was and will definitely use them again.
Never do business with them i was plstering pools for them i did job last year 2017 they owed me 15000 dollar owner and his employ i was working for told me do what you gotta do no one can ask them and owner is not answer my phone and i am trying to be nice to them but no more now i am gonna do what i had to do with them i suggest you pay extra to other companies to get your job done and you will have trust one who do great job and public dealing not a person who steal money and play games

Will never do business with this company again. I will note that we had a linerand pool pump replaced with them with great service. However, cleaning services are awful.Guy showed up the first day and left with a bunch of leaves in the bottom of the pool. I asked if he was leaving and he said he was called away because his co-worker needed something and would be back either the same day or the next day. Never came. 2nd week I dont think he even showed up. Leaves in the pool all week. 3rd week. Shows up for about 10 minutes. After he leaves I walk out to look and there are leaves covering the 2 filters on the bottom of pool as well as debris (pollen, dirt?) In the creases on the bottom of pool. See pics and video. I call to complain and tell them he needs to come back and finish. Says she will call me back. No call. I call back to find out she left a message on her desk and left for the day. Tell the problem to a second person who said they would call me back. No call. The guy did come back, the only way I found out was because I was going to go brush the pool myself. He removed the leaves that were covering the 2 filters but there was still dirt or pollen in the creases of the liner. Called the next day to speak with service manager and my his tone, he could have cared less and I was a nuisance. Canceled service. Save yourself the frustration and find someone else.

We have been dealing with an ongoing issue for 7wks now. They dont communicate with each other. Management want return your calls. Ive been waiting on one manager for over a week now. The other one its only been a day. The service department is a joke. All we asked them to do was come out and vacuum the pool. 7wks later the pool is green. All they have done is put chemicals and swept it 4 times. They tell us they will be back in 3 days to finish but it is a week or two later and they start all over. They just left and half swept the pool but this time they added some chemicals. Lets see how long it will be the next time they come out. Still dont like the work they do.

Im mad at them for closing the store in Milton but they have everything I need. Its just way out of my way and inconvenient to get to the main store over off 29 in Pensacola.
Well, my husband and I walked in there today with their brochures that were given to us last week. We were prepared to speak with someone about installing an above ground pool. Well, we walked in and they werent busy at all. No one said anything to us much less gave us any acknowledgement whatsoever. We walked inside and then outside where the pools are and then walked back in (walking slowly) and we decided after killing 15 minutes in that place, to leave! So, needless to say our business went to some other pool place. Sad, Sad, Sad!

Bought Hot Springs Spa from Pensacola Pools just over two years ago. Today Pensacola Pools repair guy informed me that it would cost between $700 to &1,000 to repair. Claims lightning strike, controller out of warranty, and wiring (Pensacola Pool electrician) wrong were reasons for cost. My friends and I will be loading the spa and dropping off at Pensacola Pools this evening
My husband and I live in Navarre and ventured into this store today wanting to get some steps with rails for our hot tub. Additionally, we will probably be purchasing a new hot tub within the next year.We are blessed and would probably have driven to Pensacola in future to do business with nice, professional people. Sadly, no one said a word to us. A large, fat, self-important male walked right past us chatting on his cell phone and then into an office where he plopped his generous backside in a chair. We are very nice people, moved here from Peachtree City, GA and are used to a certain quality of human being - not to be found in this pathetic place! Do not give these losers any of your time or business. We will find a nice store to give our business to - not this wasteland of vacuous zombies.
