I went into this store to look for a cubby type cabinet and ended up buying a brand new mattress at a great price and some other smaller items. I wanted to buy some of their beautiful tile but don’t need that right now. The manager and employees are very friendly and available to help you! When I saw they also had entry doors, I was excited but they didn’t have the size I needed. The manager said keep checking back because they are constantly getting more things in. You can also donate specific things. The best part is your helping those in need when you purchase and/or donate.
Good deals for a great cause! Stop in and see what they have. Its changing daily.
Love this place! The workers are friendly and hell you could build a house if you patiently wait for stock!! If u havent been you need to stop by!! Great donations!! New and used!!
The management is doing a fantastic job at making sure that the prices are better than other retail stores! I love shopping there!
Clay & Chris was awesome at helping us load a huge table. Great service! Thank you!
Very helpful people very smart and a great place to check out its a must-see
The people at the pensacola restore are great it is nice to be able to pass the savings on to my customers and beleave me that helps i will shop here frist habitat is doing a great thing
Great selection, wonderful staff, awesome cause, and great customer service!
Great place to find old things to restore and re-use. Most prices are decent, some a bit over priced.
Employees were friendly and very helpful. Store was clear and well organized
Good inventory selection and low prices.
They have always had a large variety of items every time I go. You never know exactly what they will have. My favorite items are the old, massive doors, windows and different styles of lighting. I find this store to be slightly over priced on many of their items though.
I have recently volunteered here. I never knew they had such wonderful stuff. Its like a thrift store on steroids.
Hardware thrift stores that sells furniture, cabinets, and many more.
Its just wonderful.. see Sue, she will help you out
The staff is nice as always. They have taken good precautions to comply with covid reopening guidelines. They have flagged one door for entrance and 2 double doors for exits. They have signs posted with reminders to stay 6 feet apart. They also have markings on the floors in 6 ft increments. They have set up the pens used to sign credit card slips with one container marked clean and the other one marked dirty in order to keep the pens from being a possible transmission source. They are doing a great job!
They had just what I needed at a great price.
Very friendly very helpful.
Lots of highly useful items at excellent prices. The staff is very professional and courteous
Friendly staff and we found what we needed for an ok price. The do Military discounter and also store discounts. I will return in the near future and recommend others to shop as well.
Very over priced for used items. If youre a reseller or true thrifter do yourself a favor and avoid this store all together. Some items priced above original prices!
Excellent place to pick up odds and ends for the home. Light switches, cabinets, hinges, door pulls, furniture. Impressed with the floor tiles and prices.
Very organized, not tons of stuff, but most of it nice. Was able to get a table I needed.
Great for the DIY guyLots of parts
Great place on new and used building materials and household items
Great selection on a budget.
Great deals on home improvement proucts
Awesome place to shop! Employees are always very helpful and I have found several treasures there!
Very nice and polite
Great people, good prices. Fort Walton is a bit cheaper. They are kinda high on some of their items. Like used cabinetry. You can buy from BMO new one offs in the back cheaper than here, but the customer service at habitat is waaaaaay better. As a female, I dont take kindly to sexist men and I experienced that at BMO
While they offer a wide variety, the paint we bought, thinking it was for a good cause despite being only slightly cheaper than HomeDepot, was bad. When I say bad, I don’t mean it didn’t match, I mean it was actually bad... who knew paint went bad and grows mold. The primer paint to kill the mold is more expensive than the poisonous paint we bought. We should have just spent the extra $5 and gotten decent stuff in the first place. No Good Deed Goes Unpunished.
Love this store. It has so many things to discover. I found some antique Japanese drawings. They are so pretty. I love all the hardware, home restoration items and little hidden treasures everywhere.
Prices are very very high on some things. They have a nice selection of different things.
I love this place! The staff is awesome. Anne is always so kind and genuinely friendly. Anytime I have a need for my home, I check here first. I have always found what I needed and more. Its my favorite thrift store!
I wished my home store in Alex VA was as clean organized as this was
Clean and cool shopping for a good cause. Household furniture and rugs and tile and sinks and other things for your construction project. Curtain rods and light fixtures and limited cabinetry. Also some used CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, and old 78 RPM records from the 40s and earlier.
Some of the prices are high. The items are donated to them so why charge high prices? Some even had damage. I can go to Michaels and buy frames cheaper than what I saw there.
Wide selection of things
Excellent variety of items for home improvement projects.
Almost all the items I want are not for sale, and they arent willing to sell items even if you ask. What is the point of a store that sells nothing? I thought these stores were supposed to raise money to help people not hoard all the stuff for decoration
MUCH nicer building than its previous location. More and better(?) inventory.Just today, they got in a truckload of upper & lower (unfinished) kitchen cabinets. One could probably refit an entire kitchen for LESS THAN $2000! (Cabinets, that is.)This is a place one must regularly visit as the inventory turnover is seemingly random. IF they have what one wants or needs, a better price can not be found.Staff is super friendly.Considering its geographic location (Florida panhandle), 4 or 5 stars would be appropriate. I compared this store to the one in Colorado Springs and 3 in the Denver area. At least one of those stores is in an old Wal-Mart Supercenter. Those stores in Colorado are GINORMOUS, with stock/inventory to match!!!
While I spoke with the clerk I found out that this location (like all) receive all their items for free/donation from leftover and unused materials from job sites. I was inquiring about a good portion of materials and asked if I could buy all at 25% off. I was expecting a no but then a little compromise and meet at 10-15% I was concerned and asked why they sell items at top dollar and refuse any lower price. Again their making 100% pure profit and claim to help others out. Not sure why they wouldnt negotiate a less than retail price but I will not be back there again.
Very nice with lots to choose from
Love this place. People are friendly. Affordable appliances and furniture. Plus, its great to be buying and donating at the same time!
Great place for a small Home Improvement projects. Lots of good looking furniture. They will be moving to Eastgate Mall in by the end of January. Customer service is pretty good.
I called for a furniture donation pick up. When they arrived they told me they couldn’t carry things down the stairs; I had a sofa and a desk (I live in an apartment complex). I’m in the process of moving so to find this information out when they arrived versus when I made the appointment is very frustrating. I tried calling the store to verify this information (at least five times) and no one answered. I scheduled a pick up because I don’t have the means to drop off myself! This info should be clearly stated - “we do not pick up furniture that needs to be moved downstairs!”
CLOSED ON MONDAYS! HOW IS THAT PROFESSIONAL? WORSE YET, GOOGLE SHOWS THEM OPEN ON MONDAYS :(
This store is a little pricey on some items but others are a good deal. Its all about the hunt! This store focuses mostly on furniture and industrial parts, not much clothes or accessories.
Great
Very nice new store much better than the last one lots of shopping for your home. Good program
This place has a great selection of furniture and appliances as well as the typical construction type items you find in many Habitat stores.
Fantastic business model and opportunity for project materials at a great price. Definitely worth supporting this place with every purchase we can!
GreatFair prices
Overpriced. Many used item are priced nearly as high as brand new ones. Many other used stores close by with reasonable used item prices.
I have dropped off old furniture and home ware and in the same days found some gems! We got a cast iron single basin sink for $50. This would have cost hundreds at the store. We also got a bathroom sink for $12.50 and a vintage filing cabinet for $40. This place rocks. If you dont find something the first visit, try a few more times. Gems in this place come and go really quickly!
Interesting things to be found in here. Better than the older location
Never been in one, but was well set up and plan on going back. I love the prices, very affordable
Just moved here an visited the newestHabitat on 9th really a great experiencehave purchased an old house in East Hillsan left Atlanta after 40 years .The staff is agood mix of young an old an I actuallywas impressed with everones knowledgeof building materials.Staff called me when they got an 8 ft ladder in and I raced overto purchase.I think this is the reason I movedhere ppl are wonderful .Ive named this areaMayberry on the bay.I truly believe I willcome to habitat before I go to home depotLarry Graham.
Very helpful staff and good quality merchandise. Its our first stop when we need furniture or mattresses.
I was there two weeks ago, and the store was very clean, and well organized. I thought the prices are spot on for the area. I found half gallon of paint for 1.00 a piece, and it was one coat application. Floor tiles for 5 cent each.
We love this place, prices are very low for us an they have lovely thing in there too love the store we will shop here anytime
This is a good thrift store. Sometimes I think theyre a little overpriced but they do have a wide selection and no clothes, which is a good thing to me.
This web page is great! there some fine finds at their restore.
Awesome finds! Great for affordable projects if youre constantly renovating
Found shelving for our spare bathroom. So excited!
Fair warning they close at 6pm but start turning off the lights in at least half of the store at 5:20pm! You are not able to see anything to be able to shop so get there early!
Very clean, & friendly staff. They have a little of everything & good prices too
This restore is so overpriced it’s like retail.
I love this place almost everything you need under one roof, plus the manger is hot!!
I think that many are over priced.. they get it for free and I can get it at Walmart NEW.or A couple of dollars more
They would not take a door that needed glued on the bottom. I have bought many items in this store that needed repairs. The workers in the back stood while I uploaded my items including a box of heavy tile. The guy just stood and watched. Im done donating and buying from this store.
Rude manager, prices are outrageous, some items are same as in walmart, cery small chance to get a good deal .
Prices are too high for what they are selling.
The re stands for retail prices. Ther vinyl flooring is .75 more a sq ft than what you can have delivered right to your door online for.
Love it
It was great.
The store manager is prejudice she hold nice things for her friends I have seen it with my own eyes, she prices things more expensive than if you bought it brand new. She is rude and has lost my respect for the Habitat for Humanity I thought it was to help people. Not to deceive people..........Disgrace!!!!!!!!!!! Connie should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!she makes the company look BAD
Prices are too high for donated items
Very nice people and willing to help
Great prices, cute items
I like there they have a lot thing to buy for your house
Thay are very helpful.
Nice personel but way over priced.
Extremely overpriced. Worst Restore I’ve seen as far as pricing goes. $7 for casters that cost $5 at harbor freight. Ridiculous.
Always something new and interesting
They where not opened
Best in Northwest Florida
Good cause.
Love it! Great prices!!
Very courteous
Very clean everyone was very friendly
Great deals
Prices seem a bit high
