Legacy Granite & Marble has excellent product selections and their installation service is top notch. Nick is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process, materials, and prices that fit your specific budget. He answered all text and phone calls immediately so my questions/concerns were always addressed in a very timely, courteous, & professional manner. I had a scheduling/product miscommunication and the time it took to resolve it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely refer family and friends to them for any of their stone countertop needs.

We are so happy with how our countertops look! Nick was very helpful and communicated well and in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the process. Igor did a phenomenal job templating our kitchen and bathroom.

From selection to installation the experience was great. Nick C. always answered our calls or returned calls timely. They did an amazing job on install day and took the time to answer our questions. There are some hiccups on schedule due to hurricane Ida, but once it clears out and safe to drive they came and installed my countertops and we are very happy. Great job guys. This company was fabulous, they installed a lot of granite for the advertised price. I went to the showroom and picked out my granite, they did the template, and then installed. It looks great and the price was right-on. Nice people to work with, can’t go wrong!

The first time we went to, Legacy Granite, we were excited and pleased with the service. After we picked out and paid the deposit for our granite it has been a completely different story. We initially started the process with Legacy in January with giving them install dates of our cabinets, to have everything set up in advance. Nothing was set up. Communication has been an absolute nightmare, which I wouldn’t even call it communication, I never get a response except for that one time a week later she responded only to ask if they can push back coming until the following day, I said sure when, and never heard back. Unless something changes I would never recommend them to anyone, unless you have endless amounts of time and a completely open schedule, maybe then I would suggest them. I read all of the reviews prior to posting mine and it seems like everyone worked with Nick, I did not and maybe that was the mistake. If reading this and you decide to work with them I would suggest to ask for Nick, maybe that would have changed my experience. It’s probably a horrible idea to review a company before they have finished our project, however I did so hoping that our experience could change, that the lack of communication would change. We want to have a positive experience, we had found the granite we chose at another company but went with Legacy Granite because of the connection we had originally felt. We are hoping by the end of this experience we can leave a different, positive review!

Nick and the team did an amazing job on our countertops. We chose Fantasy Brown, actually we able to pick out the slabs and couldn’t be happier. Great communication and customer service and a fantastic price. I highly recommend.

Had a pretty good experience with Legacy Granite, especially with Nick he was with me from the beginning to the end process. Looked at a fabulous selection in Navarre location with Jr the fabrication manager. We had a little concern on some of the installation and the fabrication, but Nick and Jr was there for me and my wifes demands . Truly Nick is a great gentleman to work with, would highly recommend.
