I ordered online and had to pick up early due to a family emergency. Gaby was super helpful and got it to me as quickly as possible even though they were busy! I greatly appreciated her help!

I was pleased with the variety in cookie options available, and the deal for ten cookies is a great bargain. The cookies were tasty and of good quality too.However, as some others have mentioned, the service was noticeably unpleasant. While not necessarily rude to us, the associate was blunt and cold to my party.

The first time I went to this Cookie store the employee was very rude and she scared me but this time I went the person was very lovely and nice!

Went with a large group of kids/teens and the confusion of everyone wanting different cookies had me a little overwhelmed. The ladies behind the counter was so helpful and patient! Made a birthday celebration go much smoother.

The staff are quick at making the cookie cakes and will make you almost any design you ask for. great attitudes and so yummy!

Went to the location in Cordova Mall, Pensacola FL. and tried to place an order for a 12in cookie using a groupon that expired after today. One of the employees took my order and had me press redeem, then another employee decided to step in and tell me I cant use it because it expires today. The worst part was the terrible way this was handled with a very nasty attitude. The gentleman that initially tried to help us was kind and wanted to make it right, however the other employee was down right rude. So now we are out of the money paid and left with a terrible taste in my mouth from the great American cookie company. Terrible customer service and simply wrong not to honor a Groupon that had not yet expired. Disappointed.

The girl that waited on us yesterday was so rude to us. The other girl that was there was very friendly and gave us a bag since we had a few boxes of cookies to carry. I said something about how rude the other girl was and she said she knew and apologized to us.

They are not friendly at all even to lil kids.
