Car wash does not work well.Guys that vacuumed and did interior did a superior job and they were very polite.The exterior car wash left a LOT to be desired.Not worth the $34.99, by any measure.

I have just paid $53.00 for cleaning my car seat.They perform a lousy job .The worse thing about it is that was done by the manager in 30 mn.I dont recommend this place at all ..they have just stolen my money .

Detailers did a great job inside and out. They were thorough and professional. High quality work for sure.

I bring my Subaru here for every oil change. They do a great job. Fair prices too. They check my air pressure and all the fluids in my car that I don’t keep up with. After the oil change they do a great job washing and cleaning my car too. I give them five stars!!! I will definitely return for the next oil change.

Awesome job as always! Plus I just learned you can get a free car wash if you use their oil change!! I went unlimited I can bring my car as many times as I want for a low monthly fee! did I mention they scrub bugs and towel dry unlike the other washes!!!!

Second time here and twice I am unhappy with the service I paid for.Just went in for a car wash. Got $13 W2 Exterior plus wheel deal cleaning. Absolute rip off. There was still dirt on my hood. Tires were still dirty after they cleaned them in the drying and tire cleaning area. The free vacuums offered are terrible. Not only did they not clean my wheels properly, but they got the oily spray all over my vehicle. I had to leave from that car wash and go spend more money at a self service wash to finish the job correctly. Don’t waste your money or time. I recommend wash werks on 9 mile road.

I wanted the $16 wash but I decided to do the 32.95 wash and detail. When it came to the detail it was horrible I actually had to go over it with the two KIDS. I got a towel and showed them what they missed while on their phones and playing around with everyone else. Got home and looked at my tires redid those as well. I wanted to let it go but I couldnt for the price I paid. I called and talked to the manger who was rude as well. Am going back to let them see me in person so they can see that am not playing. I work too hard for my money to just give it away. These kids need to be supervised or trained better. #bringyourownrag

Pretty busy when I went. And the whole team was hustling. Mr. Braxton worked on my truck since they were so busy. He was fast. And paid close attention to detail. Truck turned out great.

Get all of my oil changes here/all of my fleet auto. Use to go to that 5 min place down the road (which was never 5 min) the staff are very friendly and polite. The same staff is here each time I return. Will be back.

My entire family goes to wish wash for oil changes, minor repairs (only because we havent needed major work done -yet), and of course the car wash! Always a friendly and very helpful staff. I trust their advice if I need something replaced or repaired. Recommend their service to everyone.

I went to Wish Wash to have my eighteen year old Honda Accord cleaned. It is in good condition inside and out as I have faithfully care for it. I had emptied everything out of the trunk, passenger compartment, glove box and console, floor mats and all else to present the best opportunity for the best results. I ordered the $49.99 Super Interior Clean. The car was washed and waxed using the automated equipment then moved to beneath a canopy where a few people went to work on it. When finished the exterior of the car looked exceptional! While driving the car home I noticed a few unimpressive results: interior glass had streaks and was not incompletely cleaned; the environmental air vents and directional fins where dusty as were the switches, control knobs, radio, black trim in the speedometer box. Somebody cleaning had forgotten the idea of super cleanness. The speedometer panel and steering wheel still had grime and dust on it. The top of the center floor console was poorly cleaned. All interior vinyl or plastic was to receive a protecting treatment. It appears many of the black areas and steering wheel and steering column were missed and other areas had only a thin application of vinyl treatment. The interior of the doors, the door frames, the carpet and seats, front and back, looked good. Later I called the telephone number on the receipt and spoke with the manager, Kenny. He was professional and polite and apologized for the substandard work that my car had experienced and invited me back to do a better job. I returned and he took my car back to the interior cleaning area. In about an hour my car was returned with great results that reflected what should have been in the first place! I want to add that I appreciate the managers rectification of my unhappiness. During both visits all Wish Wash personnel where very friendly, respectful and professional. My biggest gripe is the aggravation it caused me for a substandard result on my first trip, and at the followup trip - it was a n unhappy waste of about three and half hours of my time, time that cant be refunded or replaced. I suggest you give Wish Wash a try as I believe that they truly care about making sure you receive what you expect. Hang on to you receipt and call the manager, Tony, if you are unhappy.

This place is awesome. The prices are reasonable and the employees really hustle. I trust them to always do a great job and it makes me wanting to come back! The manager Kenny was super helpful with figuring out a detailing plan for my car. Will be back again.

My seats were filthy with some stains. Went here and got my seats cleaned and they look brand new. Amazing job. The employees were so nice.

Weve been going since we moved here and have had mixed experiences. 1st if you’re open until 5 then stay open to 5! Ive gone 3 times recently and pulled in at 4:55 to 4:59 only to be told Were Closed and they already had the cash drawer pulled.Recently I did make it and entire front grill was left dirty and I didnt noticed until later. A neighbor told me shes had the same experience.Theyve become consistently inconsistent

Could have been better.... only went here because I had a car wash coupon. Not that impressed with the interior cleaning service. There was a wet rag left on the backseat of my car, didnt notice till I got home. Even after they vacuumed, the carpet on the driver side had sand. Rims looked dirtier then when I went in somehow. I think I couldve done a better job at home. Probably wont come here again.

Great place to get an oil change and car wash George helped me decided I needed the best package then I go over to the car wash Courtney a sales was just amazing got all my bugs did a fantastic wash. Who ever is running this place keep up the great work hard to find places like this anymore.

Great place for interior service, but the self-service has really gone downhill. They used to have an abundance of clean towels and bottles of cleaners readily available. Now they dont even put bottles out and you have to share with whomever has the one borrowed from the interior cleaning crew. Ive also had the vacuum shut off on me as well at 6PM. I rather pay a couple dollars more and go to Ronnys.

I put a fair amount of miles on my vehicle so I have to change the oil pretty frequently. George is very friendly, helpful, and always seems to get the oil changed quickly! The oil change includes an interior and exterior car wash, so that is an added bonus!

I paid for their Ultimate Interior package and I was fairly impressed with their service. They moved most of my stuff in the car to the trunk so they can do a good job. The only two things that prevent me from giving this a five-star rating is that when I got back home I noticed that the door pockets still had some trash in it. Also when I further inspected the vehicle I noticed some dirt marks still on the outside. Other than that they did a great job. I drove all the way from Arizona and its as if they washed those miles of dirt off. I would definitely come back.

Truck was filthy from hunting woods this past weekend. Stained mud everywhere. Even the seats. They literally got every spec of mud off the truck and even the seats. Wow. Wasn’t expecting that. Great place.

This place is a joke now. They seemed to have gone cheap on everything including employees. The new owners fired the normal ladies in the gas station and now just have some Indian lady who just talks on the phone in a different language constantly and doesn’t even acknowledge your presence let alone business. It’s a shame this used to be a good car wash and gas station.

I have lived in Pensacola for going in 8 years now and have never taken my car anywhere else. The manager, George, has ALWAYS been incredibly honest and helpful. I am not ashamed to admit that I know little to nothing about cars and he has never tried to upsell me on anything or rip me off. I trust him to handle my car care needs as much as I trust my own father (ok, maybe not AS much since my dad is my dad, but you get what I mean). Thanks for everything George!Also, where else an you go to get an oil change and a free car wash!?

They have a thing for 5 washes for 20$. I bought it and my car looks great.

I paid $50 for an interior super detail and realized when I got home that they didnt even wipe the dash cluster or rear view mirror, both happened to be very dirty so it was obvious that they werent cleaned. No attention to detail... I truly couldve done a better job myself and saved $50. I am very disappointed, been going to this car wash location for 10 years and never had such a bad job done.

I’ve always had nothing but excellent service!!! Management is fantastic!!! The techs are great about letting you know about any potential problems but they don’t try to corner you into spending excessive money on services that aren’t actually needed like so many other places do! Great service the let me know that I needed synsthetic oil for my truck I was unaware, and the car wash is a plus.

I paid about $80 for an interior detail job as well as a typical wash. The gentleman who did the actual detailing obviously took his time. However, it was somewhat confusing where to go during the service. He pointed to a place I could sit inside, but I couldnt find it, so I sat outside in the heat. Maybe I just missed it, but I wish there were more directions.

This place is awful! They raised their price from a basic $5 car was to $7. Not worth it at all. I had the monthly unlimited car was package for $15 a month and one day for no reason they told me it was no longer valid. After speaking with management, who was extremely rude and not helpful I ended up going 2 miles down the road to a newer car wash that offers $5 car wash.

Five Star service on 12/12, recommended to all my friends and family.

Strange place. Is it a car wash, a gas station, a service station, a Thai restaurant, a plant nursery, a barber shop? Car wash was okay, overpriced, windows were left with streaks in numerous places, employees seem indifferent. Waiting area is outside or you can wander into the menagerie of businesses.

When I got back in my vehicle I could not even tell I had been to the car wash. It was still dusty and the minimal, obvious trash was still in the cup holder. Windows were cleaned but the mirrors were not, and there is still bird poop on the windshield. I asked the employee if he could wipe the dash and console, and he made minimal effort.

I get my car washed and vacuumed out at least twice a month with simoniz, its fast, easy and its a great car wash for only five dollars and about 15 min of your time including vacuuming yourself at the one on 9th avenue.

They did a great job. A passenger had turned it into a bio hazard, and now it is like new.

5th time in, no problems. Friendly staff.
