I wish i could give Zero stars but that is not an option. I dropped off my Rx today 10/7/21 at approximately 1:30 this afternoon and was told by the pharmacy technician that my Rx would be ready around 3:00. I returned around 3:20 to pick up my Rx and was told that they did not have enough to fill it. No one bothered to call me and let me know this information. No one bothered to offer me to fill what they had and then come back when they had the remaining. No one bothered to let me know at 1:30 when i dropped it off that they did not have enough to fill the Rx to begin with. Behind the counter is a pharmacist who hopefully has a degree in pharmacy and a pharmacy technician who hopefully completed a certification course as a pharmacy tech. Neither one took any initiative or accountability to fulfill what they were supposed to do initially. If they took as much pride in doing there job as they did in getting your co pay and checking your insurance things might run a little better at the pharmacy off Davis and Olive.
Whats yalls policy on bring ones bicycle into the store (you dont have a rack outside to lock it to)? Ive been doing this for years, on my way home from work, to pick up medicine when I need it (I asked the clerk the first time and they said it was fine). This time, as I was already leaving, the clerk got on to me. When I tried to explain there was nothing for me to lock my bike to she just interrupted me; kinda rude there. Maybe the first clerk misinformed me (If so, can yall get a bike rack?) but she didnt need to be rude about it. Other than that my trips here are usually pleasant so Ill still rate you well.
I called crying because I don’t feel good and wanted to ask if there is any way they can fill my prescription sooner than the two hours I was quoted because I was miserable. Whoever answered the phone in the pharmacy (not the pharmacist) cut me off twice. Rude and insensitive...I wouldn’t use them if I didn’t have to because of my insurance
This Pensacola Walgreens was super clean and organized and the employee giving my COVID shot was great!!! (Tiffani?) my only complaint was that the immunization room was extremely stuffy and hot making my 15min wait after my shot uncomfortable ...
Love the 2 Male Pharmacists & they will go above & beyond to help with any issue I have but the female staff has become rude & not helpful at all! Im switching Pharmacies after years there because of the unfriendliness I continually experience in that department,if & when they finally reopen from the Hurricane.
Its walgreens, convenient just somewhat pricey on items
Pharmacy never answers phone! I’ve called 5 times
My wife had recently had a change in the dosage of her blood pressure medication. The pharmacy refilled the medication at the old lesser dosage. We picked up the refill and discovered their error when we got home. We called them back to report the error and when we asked about a refund they said they cannot accept any returns. Their error cost is $30.00. We will be changing Pharmacies now.
Sort of pricey......
Use this walgreens if you want to be blamed for your prescription not being filled for 2 weeks. Literally the most incompetent people Ive ever had to deal with. Asked why my prescription wasnt filled and was not given an answer, and was blamed for not calling in to check. If my doctor hadnt called in my prescription I would have taken it somewhere else.
WALGREENS AT OLIVE AND DAVIS IS OUR PHARMACY. WE HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE 1 1/2 YEARS, WE STARTED USING WALGREENS THEN, WE ENJOY SHOPPING THERE, HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WHATSOEVER.. THE PHARMACIST AND HIS TEAM ARE ALWAYS VERY BUSY, MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE COMMENTED TO EACH OTHER ABOUT HOW ERROR FREE THEY ARE TO BE SO BUSY, ALWAYS SMILING AND THE BEST PART IS: TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE WILL ALWAYS CALL WALGREENS AT OLIVE AND DAVIS OUR FAVORITE PHARMACY.
Day two of trying to get my medicine filled. Every month it is the same thing. I came yesterday to get it filled and due to new laws my doctor is required to write a fill date on my prescription. When they called my doctor yesterday he was not in the office. So instead of them telling me he wasnt in the office they told me my doctor said no to filling the prescription....The pharmacist straight lied!!!Fast forward to day 2 of this adventure... The cashier (not Micha) is as about as friendly as a cactus and rude about having to call the doctor AGAIN because now they are busyAnd here I sit waiting for my medicine to get filled and I just seen a customer try to pick up their meds and they could not find the prescription.I come to this particular location because its close to my house. There is a Walgreens on every corner in Pensacola!!! Ill be taking my future business elsewhere.
My preferred pharmacy, hands down. Reasonably priced generics and the W card gives a discount that actually makes a huge difference. The staff has never made any errors on my scripts.
Policy over Service unfortunatelyPolicy caused bad service at Pensacola location.Store Managers should be empowered to make decisions at store level vs sticking to a policy that disrupted service to guests.Guest in front of line wants to buy a candy bar and get back $15. He cant due to increments says cashier. So he says, Ill buy 2 candy bars and to transactions. $10 on one, $5 on other. Cashier states, I can only do one transaction per person. Thats policy. He says Ill buy his one, then leave store, come back and buy other one. Cashier says, I wont ring it up. Thats policy. Calls manager, manager, says thats policy. Sorry.Meanwhile the line is waiting to checkout due to this policy. This is an instance where manager could just let the transaction happen. Vs standing behind a policy. There would be no difference if he purchased a candy bar and received $10 back. Then if I was next, did same thing but received $5. Manager could have easily made a decision to do the right thing. We dont improve if we do not here feedback, so I wanted to take the time to write this story around the interaction I witnessed at Walgreens today. Im a fan of Walgreens and prefer your store over CVS. After all, its on the corner of Happiness. :-)
Always great service
I couldnt get whatever I want or needed
Most unfriendly lack of customer service skills. Everyone in the pharmacy beside the younger dude the tech I guess seems like they are miserable especially Ms. Lisa. Ive been getting my meds filled there since moving to this side of town. AfterWalgreen workers spoiled over the last few years at walgreens n east hill. They are always so stricked and honestly making me feel like Im trying to pull a junkie stunt. Well last month I go to fill my meds and only got a partial fill because thats all they had. No problem but when I go back for the rest ms Lisa tells me my script has already been filled. Again giving me a real attitude like I had done something. After showing them a email saying I only got a partial they had no clue how many they gave me. I was just in a accident n could barely walk. She told me I would have to walk back the 3 miles and get the recpt. Sadly I had threw that out days ago.so after diggingq thru the nasty wet dumpster in the rain I finally found my receipt on the bottom of course. So I climb out of the dumpster hobble my crippled A$& back the 3 miles to the pharmacy. I wasnt planning on making a big deal out of the fact obviously they dont keep a very good record of there highly classed narcotics because they didnt know if they gave me two or twenty and obviously didnt realise they were fifty something over what they should of had or 10 less that they couldn’t account for but when I went back and was still giving a Attitude like it was my fault. Damn sure wasn’t one apology of what I just had to go thru because of there major mess up. Instead Lisa snatches the recept from me and informs me the pharmacist had it now. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy much less a Walgreens. I’ll never go back there. I will walk another two miles to cvs before I go back there. Not even mentioning the two other times Ive been in there and was made to feel like I was bothering a worker.. A different worker each time..i dont know where they found a whole crew of miserable rude people but they sure achieved the worlds worst of walgreen workers
Great store and great friendly pharmacy
Waited 2 weeks for them to contact me about my prescription. Never contacted me and when I contacted them they told me that I had no prescription at all. Instead of telling me that they never had received anything from my doctor, they just let it go. Needless to say, switching pharmacies very soon.
Supposed to be open and its closed 8 am. Always problems here. No lights on. Looks abandoned. Always having power issues.
Service was aweful The Pharma tech Was disrespectful and had an actor use when I ask why she could not fill my prescription to my satisfaction. The tech Cindy short with purple hair) was short and very rude with no customer service knowledge at all, when you work in I this type of position You should have the patience deal all types of personality. And state of mind you must show professionalism at work, which this lady didnt have.I was already upset due that I order by phone my meds and since they didnt have it locally they went ahead and mail it. Knowingly
Clean store, helpful friendly staff!
Staff is always nice.
Little bit unorganized in here but was able to find what I need. Service was ok...
Walgreens has everything you would need and is always open on holidays!
Very nice cashiers
Always in and out, hardly ever a wait
Friendly personnel
