Staff was inexperienced and left alone. Line backed up to road and not moving. Employee doing best she can.

WOW, this place is awful. Im in line to get gas after driving all over Pensacola for gas due to Sally, Im in the medical field and have to work tomorrow and the staff at this store is fueling up their car and gas can while the customers wait in line and the line is two miles long. I have never seen anything in my life like this B/S where is the work ethic oh I forgot that dont exist anymore. This place needs a zero but its not one there.

Either train your employees to ask for peoples reward account #, or change your computer systems to allow a rewards account to be entered after the payment has been made. Customers are rushed in the mornings and dont always remember to ask.

I came to get gas at 10:45pm and they were already closed. What are the new hours for Sundays?

This is where my company chooses to get their fuel I buy 50 gallons at a time and they decide to take the stopper on the pump handle off so you have to stand there and hold it 50 gallons worth of fuel I am not going to stand and hold a nozzle neither will any of my drivers so we will be finding some place else to get our fuel thank you Murphys
