They didnt have what I needed. They had the box on the rack but after waiting in line forever they told us they where sold out and didnt know when they would have more. They should have taken the item off the rack if they where sold out... At least put a sold out sign up or something. I wouldve saved 30 mins and couldve gone somewhere else... I shouldve only gave 1 star but in the past Ive had better a experience.

Best place to get rare pokemon decks and a really good discount, plus their stocks are really impressive to buy from them.

Largest Gamestop in town. Has the largest selection of games which is nice for when they have the in-store only sales. The staff is very friendly and kept the crowd orderly when I came one time on Black Friday. If it were closer to my house, I would go to this one every time.

They have the best customer service around. When i walked in i had no idea they were doing 2 for 20 on games 15 bucks or less which is an amazing deal and was surprised at what games i could get. This store and company is arguably the best on the world and if you need anything gaming wise please come here they will answer any questions you need and they have pretty much everything you need. Highly recommended.

This game stop is our favorite. The employees at the Creighton location always treat my preteen son with respect and are willing to give him lots of gaming info. They are very knowledgeable answering questions and concerns with politeness. They often offer gaming tips and information about new or upcoming products. Its always a pleasure to shop there.

Staff here is very attentive and energetic they will talk to you as soon as you walk in and they have what you need. Came here late one night for a new release. Everything went real smooth and quick I was out shortly after 9.

Not impressed, been there 3 different times, always having to wait in a long line, 1 cashier, not interested in coming back. Call the Pace store, maybe they can give you pointers on how to work a little faster, ask the worker if he has any help, said no, slow week personal are coming in later, great job customers walking out, losing business. Way to run a store

This place is worth going

My friends and I went in an hour before they closed searching for specific Wii/ WiiU games. Upon entering, we were created by Thomas- a friendly face saying welcome. We searched and searched, but couldn’t find our games. However, when we checked out, Thomas looked up the nearest GameStop that we could pick up the games we needed with a smile on his face. 10/10 would go to this GameStop again.

Went there to trade in my xbox console for a ps4, employees very rude, said they had to do a cleaning service on my clean controllers and could only give me half what they were suppose to. Had my xbox around 4 years so it was a wee bit dusty. They went to blow on it and one of the guys ran over there grabbed my xbox and said he couldnt take it cause there was a dust ball in the grate which he then began to imply was a Roach and that my xbox was infested which I havent seen a Roach in my house ever. Employees like those are the reason game stop is going out of business. Will never return. I just took all my stuff back went to the gamestop on 9 mile and traded all my items in without a issue. Dust ball was a piece of paper, didnt try to deduct half off my controller. Wonderful experience

Westin does not follow company policy on pre-orders. The good ole boy system is sickening! Never tell customers that are looking for a sold-out item that your friend has the last one in stock at your store...PLUS...past the pre-order pickup deadline. But, wait theres more the icing on the cake YOU ARE calling the person to come get it before it is sold! Never in my life...GameStop Prestige....NOT! This is not how I remember gaming as kid and you wont get my business ever again!!! Im filing a corporate complaint and BBB review!

It was ok, but its kinda nerve wrecking when its you and another customer are the only one in the store and you have to wait, and wait and wait finally just turning around putting my items back on the shelf, and walking out. 12 min wait for nothing because the customer and employee are having a long in depth conversation about a video game. I understand each customer is different when it comes to customer service but that was straight ridiculous, no acknowledgment of hey I will be with you in a moment or nothing just steady talking to each other while I kept looking at my watch. Finally gave up put my items back and walked out😣😣😣 Still didnt say a word when I was headed to the door.....
