Called ahead to see if they had Crazy Alice in stock before making a 30 min drive. They said yes. I got here and they tell me its a members only item because its on backorder. Would have been nice to tell me that on the phone!! Fix your supply chain.

Hot Spot has always been a pretty nice place. The employees have always been helpful, and terrific in regards to attentiveness, but lately I felt the store has lacked finesse. The employees are no longer as laid back as they used to be, which seems fitting, since one time I stumbled in one morning, hearing how the Manager (Female. Latina, I think) was speaking down to her employee, in a back room while I was smoking. Not the most tactful thing to do, if you want your employees to approach customers in a relaxed and non-robotic manner, but I guess thats not my business, and didnt steer me away.The nail in the coffin for me was reaching onto a lower shelving unit in the humidor, and found mold spores inside of a box of unwrapped cigars. It wasnt plume, either. Plume is white. It isnt greenish/blue. I personally believe the humidor needs to be cured more often than it is. I have to go to Cordova Cigars now, because I like the upkeep on their selection, and the laid back attitude a little more. That mold becomes a safety issue for paying customer when it isnt tended to.

Coffee is pretty good I got the cappuccino and my friend got the latte I had a double shot and it was excellent. And extremely reasonably priced. Just a heads up! Even though it says cigars; they are no longer allowed to try them out in the store. Smoke-free! There is parking out front and a lot more in the back. And if youre wondering exactly where it is its right next to Woodlands.

Awesome place to hang out. It is a nice atmosphere for resting on leather recliners, and lounging with like minded cigar aficionados. They have Cafe Con Leche, delicious Cuban coffee, but it’s not in the menu so just ask.

The Best Spot in town ! Owners really care about their staff and customers and it reflects in every aspect of the business. I travel all the around the country and this is one the cleanest stores I have seen. The humidor is constantly monitor by the staff. This business is run like a very well oiled machine.

Amazing people there willing to help and give a great explanation on the cigars. There is a guy there named Allen who is very energetic and passionate about cigars. 100% recommend if you care about a great experience.

Kind staff and welcoming atmosphere aside from the smell (but its a cigar shop so what do you expect). Nice furniture and selection of coffee, ordered the Cafe Mocha Latte and the staff member did not know how to properly froth the milk for the drink. The steamer did not properly froth the milk because the wand was in too deep in the milk. Also my drink had too much chocolate flavoring so it was more chocolate milk rather than coffee. The establishment seemed to be more focused on cigars more than coffee and it shows. Go anywhere else for coffee but if youre into cigars and watching sports then it might not be a bad idea!

This place is awesome. The customer service here especially from Brendan is outstanding. Always helps me find what Im looking for. Hes always chipper and helpful. He makes my experience as great as it can be. I will definitely be coming by more for my smoking purchases. The breve drink is my favorite and its the best in town .

Wow! My first visit was to sample the cuban coffee - it was superb and so tasty that I had to try the dark chocolate almond bark latte. If you love chocolate - it is paradise in a glass. Thank you, Allan, our barista, for making our visit so fun, educational and comfortable with your knowledge, passion and care. His smile made a great day a day I look forward to repeating. There is a stunning variety of cigars. the day I went a trainee was working alone. he couldnt find what i needed for at least 15 minutes. he had to call someone at another store. ultimately, i got what i wanted and at a good price.

Hot Spot has a very accessible location off of Davis Hwy and plenty of parking has been available on each of my trips. The staff has let me browse in the humidor without standing behind me as if I post a serious threat to their shrinkage. The selection is not huge but the cigars they stock are high quality at each price point. Oliva Cigars are probably the most prominent brand in the humidor, they even have the original bundles, so thats enough for me to consider Hot Spot a reputable tobacconist.

Kris and I finally made it to the Pensacola store. We were met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Renewed our membership, had some iced coffees with our cigars, enjoyed the comfy chairs and TVs. Has a nice selection of your generally known cigars. But it was a decent selection of various types and styles. Cashier was very knowledgable and helpful.

Went in looking for pipe tobacco. The staff were more than friendly. They carry 8 house blends that you can buy by the ounce or the bag. I bought some of the Black Cavendish and Cherry Cavendish. Next time Im gonna stop in for some coffee and a smoke! I will definitely be back!

Great place, but I was going to have a smoke the other day to get out of the heat and some stupid guy was in there hanging out with his small children. He was screaming at them to not touch anything so I left. I dont even smoke around my dog so smoking around children in a cigar shop was out of the question. They shouldnt be aloud in there and the idiot should have known better. Theres no cure for stupid unfortunately.

Decent addition to the few cigar retailers in Pensacola. Their selection is okay, but limited to major brands only. Its a good place for a quick stop to pick up one or two sticks, but dont expect to find any top shelf cigars if youre looking to treat yourself to a special smoke.

Got the cold shoulder over a cracked briar pipe that broke within 2 weeks. I bought a pipe from here when visiting from Atlanta. My father spends a quite a bit of money here between cigars, pipes and pipe paraphernalia. Hes had great service here and I had great service when I bought the pipe from the assistant manager girl. I went there earlier tonight to see if we could swap out this defective pipe with another one but the long haired kid that was in there was told me that it was my fault that the pipe broke. Even though I have a collection of other pipes that I havent had any issues with and apparently Im a novice at smoking pipes. I told him that I just wanted to swap it with the same one if possible since that one was defective, but he continued to tell me that it was my fault without any investigation of issue. He was short with us and it felt like he was trying to push us out the door, even though the store didnt close for another hour. I will not be purchasing anymore cigars or supplies from here. I will just make sure that I bring all that I need with me from Atlanta and supporting the local businesss there.

This place is an absolute delight. My husband and I have been roughly 8 times and thoroughly enjoyed every visit. All of the employees are not only helpful but friendly and make the whole experience better. The selection of cigars is good (Im honestly a complete newbie so if youre an afficionado idk) and we love to partake in coffee and good conversation here.

I have been to a lot of cigar shop but none had staff like Brendan. He was fairly knowledgeable and he had my cappachino within minutes. Now my favorite place in Pensacola thanks to the staff.

The vanilla frappe was amazing. I dont smoke cigars, so I cant speak to that aspect, but everything else was on point.

Absolutely hands down the best cigar shop, and coffee bar with a relaxing tranquil atmosphere, paired with customer service, and prices that are irresistible. A complete line of cigars that are displayed in their perfectly designed walk in humidor. The staff is well spoken polight and knowledgeable on the cigars and pipe tabaco. If for some strange reason your brand isnt in stock the staff has no problem taking your info and contacting you after ordering your brand.
