My husband has patronized this store for a couple years and spends a couple hundred dollars almost every trip. Last Saturday he drove an hour and a half to the store to get some materials he needed to finish a project for the weekend. Beach traffic was backed up and he realize he would be right at 12 oclock when they close or just a couple minutes after. He call the clerk and let her know he was turning off of I 10 from exit 10 and was just a few minutes away to please remain open for him to get the materials he needed. We pulled in the store at 12:03 and it was already closed. Very disappointing! He had to drive all the way to Mobile where he finally was able to get the materials he needed. I called back to let the store manager know today of how disappointing it was to drive almost 2 hours, call and let the clerk know we were almost there and to please stay open and all these people did was get out of there as fast as possible. He didnt care one bit.... They lost out on the $189.73 that my husband spent in Mobile and they lost a customer. We will now drive to Mobile for all our needs even though its an extra hour drive because I wont give a business who could care less about their customer one dime ever again!
