My wife had been in the market for a new car for several weeks and she had specific criteria. After visiting 2 other local dealerships, we stopped in at Centennial. Initially looking at Mercedes, we turned our attention to a 2021 Volvo XC60. Blair Merritt was our salesman and after 3 separate visits, asking lots of questions and getting answers she went with the Volvo. Blair did an excellent job in reviewing the vehicle and the purchasing process was smooth and never once did we feel pressured to make a decision. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional, and helpful. If you are looking for Mercedes or Volvo, this is the place and based on our experience we can highly recommend, Blair Merritt as a sales consultant.

We purchased a vehicle from RJ in late 2020. What really stood out from the outset was the level and quality of communication from RJ himself, but also from his finance and administration teams. Everyone was kind, patient and effective. At no point did we feel pressured–they simply earned our business by being punctual, transparent, good-natured and communicative. RJ was also a huge help in tidying up some loose ends after business was concluded, a point at which salespeople in other dealerships have disappeared. We would (and will) purchase there again. We felt like our business was both valued and earned.

When you sell the safest car on the market, you hire the most concerned and courteous service staff. Went for normal service, which was the least expensive of any place I called, and they applied a $50.00 coupon to my bill. I like saving money but it’s especially nice when they did the hunting for me.

Highly unprofessional. Highly motivated to just sell or lease the car and would care nothing about the customer after the deal has been completed. Minimal courtesy to resolve customer queries when needed.

I was very impressed with the time and detail the entire staff provided to me and family, the finance office is one of the fastest Ive experienced and matched my Military bank rates. I bought a previously owned 2004 Volvo S40 from Centennial and the previous owner had bought the car from Centennial. Furthermore, they had the car exclusively serviced at Centennial. Their service department is second to none and its because of the dedication, integrity, and professionalism of the service manager Roger Hosmer and his excellent staff. Love this dealership! First rate!!

Definitely a best kept secret in Pensacola, FL. If you have not been over to Centennial Imports, Volvo I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing and the customer service is Grade A! There is always someone there that is ready to help, rather it be with a purchase or just to answer a few questions you may have about your current vehicle or one of their vehicles out on the lot. I went by last week to just check the place out and through some conversation, I asked what they thought my car was worth. They instantly walked out to my car and basically gave me an appraisal right then and there and told me my trade-in value. Safe to say, they are very responsive and dont make you feel like youre at a dealership. There might be a Volvo in my garage in the near future!

Absolutely superior in every way! I have an older Volvo XC90 (2004 with 235,000 miles) and they have kept it safe and running perfectly. The head of the service department knows his stuff and bends over backwards to make the customer happy. You cannot go wrong with Centennial. One of Pcolas best kept secrets!

Goes in with worries over check engine light and audible sounds of a dying car, pleads with Pat to save the car as I have no family and no options if my car goes.Spends $1700 to fix.Gets car back doing the same thing.Goes back to Volvo, gets charged a $130 fee to find problem.Gets told by Pat.....well we never even looked at your engine the first time.??????????????????????????????Seriously???! ! !Had another female try and tell me they couldnt find what was wrong the first time because they couldnt hit the ok button inside my vehicle..... You need me to run to AutoZone and write em down for you little Miss Condescending Laura.....cause I know for a fact thats not true honey!No... my car isnt lot ready, but my money is as green as everyone elses!By no means is this place good for anything but selling cars and somethin tells me this isnt the place you get to feel good about your purchase. If you need service.... You should keep looking for a place thats qualified and professional, this is not that place.
