Best Dealership ever. Drove Fords for 50 years, bought every bad vehicle they made. Got fed up and went to Pete Moore. Have bought 4 high top conversion Vans, two trucks for for son, new car for Granddaughter, she since bought a new Truck. My wife bought a new Traverse. Other family members have also bought vehicles there. Always good service. Sadly Pete passed away, but his Daughter is continuing to provide great, personal service. I have recommended Pete Moore Chevrolet to many family and friends.

I was on a spring break trip to Florida, when we stopped for fuel. Gas and diesel got mixed up. I dropped the car off late at night, and the next morning they called us in to talk pricing and service. They were all so amazing. I was so upset as I was headed home and this seemed like a major deal, with a great cost to pay. They were so so reassuring and even called to check in on me while fixing my car. The price was significantly less that what I had planned. They called after I had gotten home as well to make sure we made it alright. I love this place and if you were local, I’d be back!

Came in for an oil change for my nearly new 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. It was about an hour and half wait which we were told would be. Comfortable waiting room, coffee was fresh and hot. Pepsi and snack machine is available for a fee. TV on in customer waiting room. Plus, they are washing my car complimentary!

Pete Moore is actually the only VW dealer Ive ever been to that did the timing belt job on my car(s) right the first time. The others all botched it in some way or another.On the flip side, every single time Ive taken my car in for service, something else has magically become broken after getting my car back. Coincidence? Possibly, but after three visits, thats really suspicious.

Rude service advisors, they dont care to provide any customer service. I wont allow them to give me a free oil change. I buy my cars and trucks at Pete Moore but no way id let that service department touch ANY of my vehicles, very unprofessional.

All used car dealerships are the same. Im looking for one that I can trust! I test drove an Altima in the rain. Got 3miles up the road and realized that the wipers and AC didnt work. It was scary and I had to turn around. But they say on their website that every car is in great shape. Which of course is a lie. I would rather them just be up front about their cars so that its not a surprise later.....

They wont work on corvettes that are older than 10 years old. Service person wasnt very informative or helpful in this area. Went to another corvette specialist in pcola and was great. Robert tau automotive knows them vettes for sure.

Bring my Chevy here for service rather than the one on Hwy 29 because they are more friendly, have better service and staff

Never going back to this dealership. Cant seem to order four correct tires for my car. Well two were correct. Then they did a front end alignment and when I went to pick it up they told me the car pulls to the left but if I didnt like it they will fix it. Why would you even give a customer their car back if the job you did wasnt finished and perfect. O thats right. I picked up my car at 4:55 and they close at 5 so screw the customer cause I want to go home.

I bought a car from this dealership last fall. They also sold me a warranty with it. But when I went to use the warranty it was invalid because the odometer didnt work! Who knows how many miles were actually on it! Then they told me they wouldnt pay to have the odometer fixed and that it was on me. So I had to hire a lawyer to get involved and tell them buy the car or be sued and they were forced to buy it back and had incredibly rude manors about the entire ordeal. Then lied about paying the full amount that I paid for the car! Do not deal with Mr. Trotta.
