I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a friendly staff that helped my wife and I purchase a 2008 Hyundai Elantra at a wonderful rate. Don was our salesman and he took his time to make sure everything was handled correctly. The office took care of the tax, title and registration process and the car tag arrived at our house in the mail two weeks later. My wife and I were in need of an affordable clunker that could get me to and from my two jobs and we are happy with the purchase. The only thing that would have made this better is if the tires matched. Three of tires have good tread, but one tire is almost done. When shopping for a used car, I would go back to Frontier Motors.

Easily one of the smoothest car buying processes Ive had! Went in to look at a Lexus that I’ve been shopping for and they had me test drive it with no pressure, no typical salesman tactic. Rob said “bring it back before we close.” Came back a few days later and Rafiq helped me work out a deal that I was happy with! I tried to open the trunk and we both discovered it did not open with the key fob but did with the key so he told me to come back on my next day off and they were able to have it taken care of within the week of my purchase. I felt taken care of will tell all of my friends that are in search of a new vehicle to go to frontier!

BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR/TRUCK!The battery in my GMC was dead 1-week after I bought the truck. I was thinking, “welcome to the joys of automobile ownership.” I bought a new battery at Auto Zone but due to bad weather they could not swap it out for me. I took the truck and new battery back to Frontier Motors and they not only swapped the battery out for me; they paid for the new battery as well. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED! Car they sold me was okay. They lied about me being able to take it to a shop though. Also they didnt mention that the car had been in a wreck until right before I signed the papers. Was super shady. Deal wasnt that good and the car was taped together up front literally. The tape was double sided and they made sure you couldnt see it prior. The car runs okay though. Just paid way too much for a wrecked car. I paid cash for a new car and got a bad deal. I will not be back.

Three different people that dont know each other all recommended that I shop here, so I figured I should at least give them a shot. They had something I liked that was priced within what I could afford. When I told the sales person that I would be going to Pen Air Federal Credit Union to secure a loan, he informed me that they could handle Pen Air financing in-house. This saved me time and a trip to the credit union. They also took care of registering the vehicle I was buying and transferring my old tag over, saving me a trip to the DMV. They definitely have a low pressure sales approach with high customer service. If youre looking for a used vehicle, you should put Frontier Motors at the top of your list of places to visit.

Frontier motors is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My car was excellent. We had an issue where our windshield wiper assembly broke about 60 days after buying the vehicle. It was a freak accident. I was out of town so went to get it fixed. Firestone fixed it, but it cost us almost 400 dollars. I called frontier to explain what happened. They said no problem we will take care of it. I sent them the invoice. The check was in the mail when I returned from out of town. Full reimbursement. That is amazing customer service! What it showed me though was this business values integrity which lacks in a lot of companies today. Thank you Frontier and Rafiq for everything!

I got a car 1 year ago a 2014 Kia Sorrento from frontier motors. This has not been my first issue. My car ran hot and I called frontier and Scott told me to take the car to Gary Sapp automotive I took it and found out my gasket blew I thought the warranty they sold me with car would cover it and it didn’t. Not to mention it’s been a week and they still haven’t updated me on how much everything would cost. I have did my own research and found out that it wouldn’t be worth fixing gasket I’m better off getting a new motor which is $7,000. even though I was under 100,000 miles and it was listed on warranty that gaskets were covered warranty claim still got denied. I contacted frontier immediately and they acted like they were going to help Darren Skip denied help and Randy gave the run around saying he would talk with the owner. I still haven’t heard anything I have been doing the calling they know they sold me a lemon and did not help now I’m stuck with $17,000 loan on my credit and no car to drive. My credit is ruined. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FRONTIER MOTORS !

We have sold several vehicles to Frontier Motors thru Scott Tait. We have found that we get a better price for our vehicles & alot less run around. We usually check the fair market value of our vehicles & all transactions Frontier Motors has offered a higher price. Scott normally lets us know beforehand the final price & so when we drive in to Frontier Motors it takes about 15 minutes to complete the paperwork. Everyone at Frontier has been very friendly & helpful. Scott has always been very professional & attention to detail in making the transaction go smoothly.

We went to Frontier with an idea of what we wanted, but finding that within our budget was going to be a challenge. Don Curd was friendly, listened, and worked hard to find us a car. He didnt try to push us into a car that was more than our budget. This was a different experience for us. Excellent customer service/experience is their goal and selling cars is second. Less than 3 months after trading our HarleyDavidson in on a GrandMarquis Engine blew They wouldnt do anything about they had there mechanic say it overheated and was my fault !! I dont have to lie the car never overheated WOULD not do business with them again!!
