When I got there the salesman John showed me the car,allowed me to take it to a shop up the street to look it over for me. They were kind and fair to me. Highly recommend checking them out. Wouldn’t answer simple questions before me driving an hr to come check out a Jeep. I asked if the A/C worked and if it had any rust. Jeff refused to answer the questions. Instead instead of replying a simple yes or no, he replied to drive an hr to come look at it. I do not want to waste my time to come look at something I wouldn’t be interested in if the A/C didn’t work or if it has any rust. Not a way to conduct business.

ERA Auto Sales offers a fair deal, and the personnel did not lie to me during the purchase process.That said, as an out-of-town buyer who flew down to pick up my vehicle, I feel somebody should have have mentioned the sun-damaged paint on the hood of a vehicle for which I paid close to $30,000. ERA did disclose minor body damage to the rear quarter panel, but not the hood. My offer on the vehicle would have been $500 less if the dealer had mentioned the condition of the hood.I also resent having paid a documentation fee only wait over a month to receive the title. The woman who handles the documentation was indifferent to the fact that her delay in sending out the title meant that I would be left with an unregistered vehicle. After waiting a full month, she did send out the title.I would buy from ERA again, but I would ask for a copy of a dealer inspection checklist before sending down a check. Likewise, I would be a little more forceful in insisting that the title be sent to promptly. I am happy with the responsiveness of the sales team, and I like the vehicle.

My husband and I went to ERA just to see if we would be able to find anything. We have been looking for a Toyota Tundra for FOREVER, but could never find anything in our price range. We walked in and walked out within 2 hours with a beautiful Tundra, in our price range, and we even have the payments we wanted! I have never had a better experience at a car lot. I want to let everyone know do not buy a vehicle from these people I went there and was looking at a 2004 nissan titan and they said they couldnt finance that particular vehicle but what I thought about a chevy silverado max I stated to them that I knew I was buying a used vehicle what was all wrong with it or what did it need they said nothing all they had to do is charge the freon I stated that if you have to charge the freon than it must have a leak and I dident want to call them in a couple days because it done leaked out again well thats exactly what happened so I brought it back and they put stop leak in it and 2 days later it stopped working in less than 24 hrs of having the vehicle It wouldnt start took it to a certified mechanic and they hooked it up on a computer and it read 40 codes tork converter going out all the digital stuff was on in the dash service airbags service traction control it wasent what was wrong with the truck its what wasent wrong and further investigation my mechanic stated the truck looks like its been under water saltwater because the rims were severely rusted the hitch was rusted in the rocker panels the frame then the last time I tryed to drive it I drove less than 5 miles and the transmission felt like it was slippen and checked the fluid and had to put 4 quarts of fluid in it this all happened 3 days from leaving the car lot in top of that one of the back doors wouldnt open electrical problems with the windows I talked to Larry and thought they would try to put me in another truck but that dident happened to hats after I gave them 2000 dollars down and had to put several hundred dollars in to it right after I got it it dident even have tag lights well after talking to Larry I found out that had no intentions of making it right well the 3 of this month a payment was do I informed them I WD not pay another dime on the truck so they came and picked it up on the 5 2 days after the payment was do if theres not something wrong with that then I dont know Ive been here 28 years doing business and Im not done Im going to contact everyone I possibly can untill this is made right because I cant see how anyone could sleep at night after doing someone this way THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY VEHICLE theres got to be someone to stop them from taking peoples money my next step is the BBB then an attorney and channel 3 news if thats what it takes its a pitifull excuse for a legitimate business there CROOKS in disguise theres no way they dident know what was all wrong with that truck and theyll come up with all types of excuses on the way they do business no one would buy a vehicle from these people if they check it out and definatley have a certified mechanic take a look at it because most there vehicles barley make it off the lot

Most definitely the worst sales experience we’ve ever had. Most aggressive, demanding, and rude salesman that we’ve ever encountered. Would not recommend to anyone else. I understand that approved funds are needed, that was not the problem. It was the aggressiveness of the salesman. When we wanted to leave, he followed us continuing to ask us to do things that couldn’t be done that day in order to drive the vehicles.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! He sold us a truck for 8k and it broke down after 2 weeks. Ive got a diesel mechanic working on it now and weve already put 2k into parts and labor and its still not reliable. Larry said this was the best truck he had and it would take us to New York and back and we couldnt even drive around the panhandle without all these problems. He just hangs up on us when we call in.

Bought a 08 Nissan titan yesterday, they stated it has a catalytic converter, just needs a exhaust tip. That statement was false. The truck has no catalytic converter on it. Which is a violation, according to 2019 florida emission statutes chapter 316 section 1(b)I bought truck as is, running not salvaged. Stating that its not exempt. Dealership did not clarify any of this, nor stated it was salvage deeming it a violation on their behalf. (Not a salvage vehicles, its a statement)However its also not a violation due to the fact its a auctioned vehicle they mentioned it and stating that theyre some lousy scoundrels that cheat the system.Both sensors hanging down are what connect to the catalytic converter. Great first experience looking at a decent truck. Went back today to do a second test drive with someone who is knowledgeable about cars and if it went well, I would have paid cash that day. I was told by an employee that we were not allowed to test drive unless we were “ready to pull the trigger” that day due to insurance reasons and liability. Very unhappy, how am I supposed to buy a used vehicle without seeing how it drives first without commitment to buying.

My son bought a truck from them and has made one payment. Sense then he has had to have the motor replaced and just put a rear end in it to. Now the transmission is going out too. He has had nothing but problems with the truck. It was pretty on the outside but everything else is broken.
