He had all of the paperwork ready for signature. I spent less than 10 minutes before driving away with my new truck. No one likes buying a car but they made it so simple.

Definitely the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! My daughter and son-in-law got new vehicles here and insisted I check it out. Even though I wasn’t really looking for a new car, I decided to go see what happened. Didn’t really expect to get anything, but was able to get a new car with much lower mileage with no increase in monthly payment but much lower interest rate. No pressure, no haggling. Max hooked it up and made it the easiest and quickest sale and there was no pressure to jump into anything. My only worry is the spray paint smell inside my truck after having it detailed (I know that’s not your fault Max, but maybe talk to someone about it). Other than that it was a great experience.

Just picked up a 2011 Ram 1500 from Eddie Mercer. Overall experience with the dealership was OUTSTANDING. Great selection of every trim level available on the lot. Ask For Zach if your really looking for a GREAT Sales Person. He was on the ball during every aspect of the sale. The one drawback during this purchase was the Dealer Inspection of the vehicle by the dealership prior to letting it go. Big sticker in the window say it was fully inspected. Some common Safety items were non-functional after getting it home and doing my own in-depth inspection. Discovered no back-up lights and 3rd brake light were non-operational. These should have been discovered/fixed during their inspection. Would surly recommend Eddie Mercer Automotive to anyone looking for a fair price and great experience in buying a used auto/truck, and again, Zach is your man to ask for....

Bought a car 2weeks ago, window will not roll back up, hood cover missing on the hood and there was no help not let us take a look at it or nothing not Im sorry no recommendation except we offered you an extended warrant with a $250. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle here but only because I was given one by a family member before I got financing. However, my next vehicle will absolutely come from Eddie Mercer Automotive and I will be recommending them to anyone I know. From the moment I stepped onto the lot I felt welcomed. The salesmen were friendly and helpful and didn’t pressure me at all. The manager was kind enough to knock down the price and the finance manager was able to answer all of my questions. Zach was a great guy! He was honest, truthful, and followed through. We bought a 2015 Lexus GS a few months ago and wanted new tires and another key for the car. At time of negotiation they knocked off $1K for the tires, so that we could buy them ourselves, and eventually got us the key. They handled setting up a time to go to locksmith to have another electronic key made, it may have take a few weeks, but the cared enough to make it happen.If you get a chance, go by and checkout their cars and make sure to say hi to Zach.

I bought a car today from Eddie Mercer Automotive and couldnt be more excited! I had e-mailed Chris about a particular car earlier in the week and he was just very honest and personable from the very beginning. He didnt try to push me toward a specific vehicle and took my wants/needs seriously. Although the original car I had been interested in was no longer available, he showed me a few others that fit was I was searching for and allowed me the time to really consider what would best fit my needs and budget.The car that I eventually chose had, had a small issue during the test drive that he had inspected as soon as we returned. He offered to have it repaired right then and there but I was on a time constraint so he included the repair in the contract and Ill set up a time next week to get it fixed.The Finance guy was also really up front about everything and helped make each step very clear for me (since I was a first-time car buyer). I ended up with a great rate for the car, a car that I absolutely love, a monthly payment that fit my budget, got more for my trade-in than originally expected and all within my time limit as I had to get to work.Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and informative. Honestly, if Im still in Pensacola when I decide to get another car, I will most likely return here. If youre looking to purchase a car today, tomorrow, next week, next month or whenever, give Chris a call! Hes not your normal car salesman, he wants you to drive away from the dealership truly happy with the decisions made.

My salesman was Jones. He made the process of buying a used truck hassle-free. Jones explained to me the standards Eddie Mercer has set for selling a used vehicle, which means I wasnt going to get a bad deal there. After purchasing the truck, I have to say that everything Jones told me was true. I also traded in my old car and got a better value on it than I would have selling it on the open market. I am pleased with my purchase and would use this business again.

I recently bought a work van from them. Zach was awesome. He handled everything for me as I lived out of town. The other sales associates were all nice and we even talked football. The encounter left me wanting to buy from them again when the time comes. Zach also messaged me after the purchase to see how I was doing. My credit was not the best in the world but Zach found someone that didnt gouge me and the terms were affordable. I would recommend to anyone that is in the market to at least check them out first. As we know you cant please everyone but they pleased me. I will buy from them again in the future.

Let me start off with Zach was a great salesman.. Not his fault.. Found the car online and drove there and did paperwork and on way home, right front hub bearing went out and it was 418.00 to fix.. Next day, dealer called me and said they forgot to collect 232.00 dollars from me when I was signing paperwork and i need to mail them a check.. I asked could they reimburse me for atleast half of it and it wasnt even 15 minutes after leaving the lot.. They said no and its AS IS.. I mean really.. Want me to pay 232.00 they forgot to collect and then wont pay for anything when the hub bearing went out 15 mins after leaving lot.. Stay away from these people.. Its all about the money with them..

One year later finally posting this review. Andrew was great to deal with, low pressure and I felt we came together on a fair price on my car. Would recommend anyone to come down and give these guys a shot, their customer service definitely swayed me over to purchasing from them.

Anyway I find this 2013 vw with low miles the right color scheme the right drivetrain. I message Eddie Mercer auto. Alex quickly responds to my inquiry. I juggle my schedule and take the night off of work to go test drive the car. My friend and I drive for 2 hours to this dealership. And to my dismay that car had a rangy problem so they show me a similar car for almost $4000 dollars more 2 years newer and 1000 less miles. Classic bait and switch. Almost 5 hours of my day lost and they didnt even offer an apology. Alex your dishonesty lost your dealership a customer for life

Working with Paul Smith at Eddie Mercer was outstanding. He kept in touch without being annoying. He was resourceful and had everything organized and ready when we came down from Atlanta to test drive the car before bringing it home. Amy was efficient in the finance department and overall, the experience was a breeze. Being from out of state, we should have had more clarity of what to expect or do once we got back home with an out of state purchase, but that was not their fault. We got clarity locally and called them, and Angel accommodated the needs of the Georgia Tax Commissioners office without hesitation. I highly recommend asking for Paul if youre calling or dropping in. Hes pleasant and doesnt pester you like some car salesmen do at the larger dealerships. So my car was pretty much scrap, they decided to help me out and instead of giving me a low trade in value, they gave me the highest and lowered the price of the vehicle I wanted. They work with people, they go as far as they can to give you the opportunity to have a good vehicle and honesty to me is everything in this business. Give them a chance and check them out! Warren worked with my wants despite having a trade in with significant negative equity. I happily bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Eddie Mercer Auto and unfortunately the next day the battery died. I called Warren and he personally drove to my car, jumped it off, and had me follow him to the dealership where they replaced the battery without me even having to ask. I purchased 2 vehicles in one weekend here and my experience was less than satisfactory. My daughter lived in GA at the time, I lived here in FL. We wanted to purchase the vehicle together but they told me it was better if we purchased the vehicle only under her name. (better interest rate) then then sent her registration to GA, instead of having the vehicle registered here in her home state after we TOLD THEM she would be coming back. 3 months and 2 temporary tags later, along with my tag being expired for a month, they told me that they didnt take my down payment and pay any taxes, tag or title fees because it was to be registered in GA. They instead, pocketed the downpayment money and I was forced to pay 1516.00 to register the vehicle. Today is Tuesday, the check has been cashed by them for 2 weeks, they have had my tag since Friday and no one has offered to call and say they had it. I was getting ready to call the State Attorneys office, but called the tag office instead, gave them the VIN# and they told me the dealership had my tag. My daughter has been calling them so much about the tag, they told her essentially that because I filed a complaint with the BBB (which I promptly did), that basically, we had to pay the cost and the cost was they would take their time on getting the tag. (we have text message proof) Ill never deal with them again and am willing to tell anyone who wants to deal with them this story because there is even more to it. She repeatedly called them, and they would look at the caller ID and answer the call and then hang up....Yeah, these are a bunch of crooked bastards. BUYER BEWARE!!! NOT EVEN GIVING 1 STAR! MINUS 3 STARS FOR THEM.

This was my first purchase with Eddie Mercer. He was fantastic. He helped locate my 16 year old daughter the car of her dreams! My primary focus was safety, but my daughter was more into style. Eddie helped us find a great used car that met both requirements. The entire process was quick and efficient.
