Have been in here many times. This time my vehicle wouldnt start and thought it may have been the battery. They tested the one I pulled and stated that it should have been fine, but allowed me to test with a new one. When that didnt work we traded back for my original and refunded the full cost of the tested one without question. They have always had the battery Ive needed. Would suggest trying here if an odd or hard to find battery, or any battery for that matter.

I was lucky enough to have a battery source near me when I found out my battery was near death. Oriellys couldnt replace my battery because it was under the seat, but battery source stayed open late to help me get my new battery installed. I wish I remembered the name of the two gentlemen who helped me...but huge thank yous to you guys!

Overall the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, however the Glass Family owned company at headquarters in Thomasville, Georgia better get their act together or the company will go the way of Radio Shack. I have two old LG flip top cell phones that needed batteries after about six or seven years of use. About 4-5 months ago I bought replacements at Battery Source and they cost $32.24 each including tax for a total of $64.48 One of the batteries went dead after four months and I expect the other Battery Source battery to go soon. I went on Amazon and found the flip top cell phone LG battery cost $5.75 so I sent off for two LG batteries for a total price of $11.50 which included tax and shipping. Compare $11.50 to $64.48 and you see what I mean about Battery Source headquarters pricing. This review will be posted on my gated community website consisting of 174 homes and the website of my yacht club consisting of 252 family memberships.

Made it to Battery Source with 8 minutes before their doors closed unknowingly. Chris greeted me with the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive industry. He straight saved my day by sacrificing the end of of his by staying through close to get me back on the road. He also informed me more about a car battery than i knew before while completing His job for me all in under 20 minutes by the way. I can’t suggest more to anyone after my experience with Chris to go use Battery Source of West Pensacola.

He gave me a few suggestions on the package battery deals (which I declined, because Im selling the car soon) and didnt try to upsale me for commission A+ service.

I am a senior citizen. Went to the store first time for batteries for accessibility scooter. Young man waited on me so quickly, knew his stuff, spoke respectfully...was knowledgeable and very helpful. Wish there were more like him out there. I will definitely go back!!!!!

In conversation I have learned a lot from a technical standpoint as well as stories from experience regarding typical use cases and how to maximize your battery life.More recently, as a car audio enthusiast, I needed a new Optima battery for my car. Even though they didnt have any in stock they were able to order one for me within a reasonable time. The day of installation they expertly cleaned and installed everything extremely fast.Outstanding customer service from everyone there, with a shout out to Chris and Demi!

Great selection and prices

I was about to launch my boat back in the water when I realized my starter battery wasn’t holding a charge. I had an hour to “get R’ done”. I rode a folding bike to the store 1.5 miles away. Chris took great care of me, and made sure it read 💯 % before I biked away, back to the Marina. When I arrived I discovered for some reason, the battery also couldn’t hold the load and drained to 7.4 volts almost immediately. I jumped it with a power box but still was not cool with that being it was a NEW battery. I called them and Manager David delivered me a brand new battery although not a starter battery I was pleased and that is what I call exceeding customer service expectations. I was in the slings of the lift, I couldn’t bike back there, he understand that time was serious money in the boat yard, and made it happen. Everyone in the store both ladies and gentlemen made it a positive and blessed experience... I mean really who wants to have a flat battery? It usually happens at an inopportune time, and never like receiving a great present 🎁 at Christmas 🎄. They made it fun & enjoyable and went out of their way to help me.

Purchased a battery from them when my spouse needed a battery. Went to change the battery and the handle popped off. After that, I had to go to Autozone to purchase another since battery source closed. Brought it as is back to the store and explained what happen. They couldnt refund me my money because of their faulty equipment. Never again will do business with them again.

Not very knowledgeable. The employee that took care of me made a rude remark after I asked him a battery related question that he didnt know. He had to look it up on google.-> If you dont know what Amp hours are, you probably shouldnt work in a battery store.

06/16/2018My car battery was dead after my shift at Hardee’s on Navy Blvd., so I walked across and down the street to battery source. A man named David quickly responded to my entrance and immediately got to accommodating me. I told him my predicament and he agreed to let me take one of his starter kits to my car at Hardee’s if I left something at Battery Source as collateral. I left my credit card, got back to my car, and hooked up the kit. After a few tries my car started, and I brought the starter kit back to Battery Source and Mike handed me back my credit card. Mike is a very competent man and I would recommend him to anyone with car troubles and I think his knowledge and readiness to fix a problem is a testament to the quality of Battery Source as a legitimate business that you can rely on. Two thumbs up 👍👍. Thanks Mike.

Bought a battery for my sons truck and it still has a warranty on it and they said the cranking amps are low on it so they wouldnt warranty it..thats not our fault..thats a bad battery so they should replace it. We had 3 other places check out his trucks alternater and battery and all 3 said a bad battery good alternater...i own 10 vehicles I will never buy another single thing from Battery Source until they make it right...Battery Source on 9 mile road Pensacola Fl.

I know that I was told before that they recycle batteries. I was told again that they recycle batteries and paid money for a ride to bring a few in. Now they tell me that they dont recycle them.
