COVID hasn’t stopped this place from being awesome!!Super friendly person at the counter even when there was a crowd. I waited until the crowd was gone before taking pictures. 3 of the tables were taken when we arrived at 2:30pmThe drive through was busier than I had anticipated, so locals seem to like it too. The map says it is “in JummyJohns” - see photo. It’s not. So we had a sandwich then ice cream. We actually ate JimmyJohns at the tables in Sweet Cone AL, then stepped in line. The ice cream was priced reasonably and my kids played for 20 minutes in the “Sprinkles Pool”…. Then thoroughly washed their hands and arms just in case.
This place is a child magnet. They have Hersheys ice cream homemade chocolate treats, and candy by the ounce. Plus they have a large bathtub like pit filled with these hard plastic Cheeto shaped things that the kids love playing in. They also have a photo booth with a swing and bananas on the wall. It really is a great way to kill a little time with a child.
Really cool place to take the kids. Tons of candy sold by the pound, as well as special chocolatey treats. They have a pool filled with toy sprinkles and 2 photo booths, 1 with banana swings. Ice cream is delicious Hersheys ice cream. A bit pricey, but what ice cream shop isnt these days. They charge you for a cone what you would pay for 2 half gallons.... But, its for the grandkids and they loved it.

Not sure if the worker didn’t want to be there but it could show. This was our last stop before heading back to Texas and they open at 11, the guy didn’t unlock the door until 11:01. One minute, no big deal, but didn’t get a good morning or hi, or any kind of acknowledgment. I asked if they had frapps or if they could make the coffee, into a frapp, he said no. As I was paying, I was looking at the rest of the menu & saw “blended frapps.” I asked “it says blended frapps, so you do have them?” I’m paying $50 and the customer service is horrible. My milkshake had something on top of it. The $7 blended frapps, there was no caramel powder so it’s basically blended milk with caramel drizzled. I don’t get why he lied about not having blended frapps?! Horrible experience
This place was weird. We had never been to this ice cream shop before but it looked cute from the outside so we went inside to order. There was one female employee and one male employee. Neither one of them acknowledged that our family had entered the store. It was hard to miss us since no one else was inside and there was no music or noise at all but me and my family; it was actually sad. We helped ourselves to the candy aisles and saw both employees leave from behind the counter and walk out of the room. Very strange. When they finally came back we were able to order ice cream. It’s a shame to pay $25.00 for overpriced candy and mediocre ice cream served alongside lacking customer service. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
The fun atmosphere was worth the drive. The ice cream was scrumptious. I got 2 scoops- sea salt cheesecake caramel and cookies and cream caramel both mouth watering delicious! Would definitely go back again if in the area.
Lots of different ice cream flavors. All kinds of scoopable candy to bag up and take home. Theres even a sprinkle pit for the kids to play in!!! Dont worry, its just over sized plastic sprinkles!! If youre into dessert, you should stop by or take a quick detour through their drive thru! Ohhh and their waffle cones were the perfect mix of crunch and flavor!
I went to the Pensacola location today, sat at drive through for about 3 minutes no one said anything. I drove around to see if they were packed inside, only two customers that I saw. Went back to the window and waited for another minute. Drive up to the window where I asked the guy working if the microphone was down he said yes. I asked to order, he refused to take my order and told me I had to come inside to order. No thanks will just go somewhere that wants my money. We love this places ice cream but since it has opened the service has gotten worse each time we come. Sad it has to be like that.Update: 6/05/21Went back and had Shannon as a clerk. Service was great. Ice cream was great. Hopefully issue was resolved from above.

Ice cream is okay, I dont like how they do sundays. Its a tall to go cup filled with scoops you have chosen. The guy working there was picking his skin the whole time, kinda gross. Dont think i will be going back
I recently visited with a large group of my friends. Our server, Krissy, was outstanding and the most patient person I have ever met! She served at least 20+ of us all by herself along with other customers in the store. There should have been another employee, but Krissy definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all served. She was very passionate about her job. We will definitely be going back again soon!

After receiving some pretty bad customer service, I was awarded with a liquidy and 3/4 full milkshake. I went through the drive through, and the guy sighed and was very short with me. He spoke so quietly and fast that I could barely understand him. I had never been here before, and I dont think Im coming back.** I went to the one in Pensacola

Love! Love! Love!Were big fans of Sweet Cone from their locations in Orange Beach & the original store in OWA, once again they have created a fun inviting atmosphere! Even though the store is the biggest yet, the staff is still as phenomenal & down to earth as in every location!In this location youre able to get not only scooped Hersheys ice cream, but also Milkshakes (including their signature shake with Crunchy Biscoff Cookie Butter in it along with a half pound of ice cream in each shake) but also Smoothies, Espresso & candies of every kind!Candies you can get by the pound or in glass Mason jars, the manager Leigh said they are really trying to get people use less plastic! Ask her for the best tips on filling those jars! 😋They also have not one but two photo booths & a swimming pool with sprinkles & beach balls!We will definitely be back for more & if you like Key Lime Pie ask for it in a milkshake with Biscoff Cookie Butter!

3 stars because first time we went its was a great experience. Second time they bad almost no ice cream. And the worker was like oh well. So we left with no ice cream bought. EDITED for Owner response. My experience was from 3 weeks ago not last weekend.
I have taken my daughter there on multiple occasions and it seems like the last 6 or 7 times we have either left because we waited for 30 minutes and didn’t get to order or they have messed up our order.

We stopped by for some ice cream after dinner. The lady working there was doing her very best. However, with 20-30 customers in the store, there was only one worker. I find this to be unsafe for the lone worker and also not very professional of a business. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our ice cream. We left a tip as it was not the ladys fault and she was working hard and being professional. I do not intend to come back as there should be at least two workers on any shift for a place this size. The wait is too long due to this issue, and the lone worker clearly has more to do than should be expected out of a single person.

I usually don’t do reviews, but this place is awesome! I went in on November 21, 2020 around 7:00 pm with 6 of my kids and both of the young lady’s working were outstanding, patience and very helpful! Wish I would have gotten there name to give them the credit they deserve. Well worth the money and time! My kids all say this is the best ice cream shop they have been to!!

The one girl that worked there all by herself on Valentine day of all day was clearly in over her head. She truly did her best but .... whoever scheduled this...We drove past a couple ice cream places to get there because I really wanted to try itThe place is nice and clean, no complaint there. There was no structure after that... where does the line start? People skipping (not the poor girls fault) etc... I waited more than 20 minutes amd there was only 1 person before me when i got there... go figure... we considered going back to the drive thru.Anyways... It looks like it could be a great spot for ice cream ...once hey figure out how to decrease the wait time. Now I have waited in line longer but it was a legit demand... That was just poor management. Will give another chance. Please surprise me

If I could give this place a negative star I would. We went about 8 pm because my poor baby had just gotten his tonsils removed. He only wanted one scoop of chocolate ice cream. The girl in the drive through was rude, and took about 4-5 mins to take our order the first time. After the 3rd time of requesting our order there was no response so we pulled away.
Just went through drive thru window for a cone..asked the lady if she was sur the cone had a scoop which I ordered bc it looked so empty compared to the one I got 2dsys before..her response was so rude and unprofessional She said she weighs because she could lose her job and the new girls dont and she been there longer and she gave me what I paid for..Yes all that for a simple???

This place is delicious and definitely worth coming with the family. This place is right across the street from Pensacola Christian Academy and next door to the CVS . I ordered the banana pudding cream it was so good. They have 32 or 33 favors I think but the staff here is the best. Very nice and explained all of the favors. They have alot of activities for kids and adults to enjoy. They have a picture booth and a tub fitted with blocks for the kids.
Fantastic ice cream shop. Their flavors are delicious and will make you really consider your flavor choices since they are all so good. I especially like the brown butter bourbon truffle, the cappuccino crunch, the sea salt caramel, and the cheesecake one. Its painful to spend so much on ice cream but man is it good.
Stopped by to get ice cream at the drive trough yesterday sunday and the girl was working alone and there was a lot of people inside. We waited 20 minutes or more at the window. Needless to say i never got any icecream, we were ignored at the window. How about yall have more than one person working on weekends smh. ll get icecream elswhere. The girl working was working alone so its not her fault,hire more workers

Great place for ice cream but needs more workers the last 3 times ive been ive waited over 25 minutes for just icecream and its barely even anyone there. The last time i pulled out of drive thru because the car in front of me waited 20 minutes and the peraon just to them to wait and never came back, when i got tired of waiting for just icecream i drove around there was only 2 customers in the lobby and they were together. Great place for ice cream but way to long of a wait to jst get some ice cream scooped

I stopped in today 06/26/21 to get some ice cream. There were three ladies over by what appeared to be a ball pit with children playing. After waiting for about 5 min I asked them if they worked there, they all said no. I waited a few min more and just left.
This is definitely going to be my new hangout spot. This place has a wonderful atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Very spacious for group Hangouts. They have a variety of things on their menu that are absolutely delicious. They are also health friendly with their smoothies and gluten free ice cream choices. Their service is also great. The workers are super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for hangouts and sweet treats. (They also have free WiFi)
The ice cream is delicious (Hersheys) and the atmosphere is fresh! A great stop for ice cream on a hot summer day. The only downside is its a little pricey.Oh, and the staff is awesome! They were so friendly and welcoming!
Really fun place. The staff are nice and they serve Hersheys brand ice-cream. They also serve shakes, malts, coffees, a variety of toppings and other sweets. All at a decent price!They have many opportunities to make a memory with their photo booths, as well as, a miniature pool filled with plastic sprinkles. They make for a fun photo shoot.They are a small Christian business. Which is a plus in my book.
They have many wonderful flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is the banana pudding. The service is impeccable, especially when Kristian Queysen is working. She always greets you with a smile.

Ive been wanting to try this place since they opened, and finally had the chance, but I will not be back.The person working was sitting at a table in the lobby when I went it, playing on her cell phone. I was hoping she would have washed her hands, or put on gloves, prior to getting my order together, but that wasnt the case.No mask, no gloves, music was playing way too loud where I couldnt even hear myself think, and way overpriced in my opinion.

The store is very nice on the inside.We have 4 different flavors and all 4 flavors were sooooo sweet. I got peach and it was too sweet for me. They dont really have any tart flavors.
Staff is extremely nice and the shop looks amazing. The ceilings, the beadboard, and misc trim just make this super clean and inviting atmosphere. Seems like a really cool place to hang out with the family or friends with plenty of room for larger groups. They also have a full coffee menu, fudge, treats, and candy sold by weight. They obviously sell ice cream also.
DELICIOUS!!! I had a chocolate pecan turtle & milkshake. Staff was amazing & very nice in letting me try different flavors. Easy to say this will now be a new favorite place!
