I had an exceptional experience with Cabinets To Go on Davis Hwy in Pensacola, Florida. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The Manager Lauren Hernandez kept me updated on the status of my cabinets and contacted me with the schedule of delivery. The cabinets were extremely easy to assemble and the quality is fantastic. When I had an issue with the drawer slides she was able to provide a replacements immediately. I highly recommend.

The only thing good about this store is their cabinets. They did refund our $300 delivery fee but only because I had to leave my office, go pick up the crown molding and run it to our home or the installers were going to leave. Customer service was non-existent. Ive written a detailed email to the company that the President of the company read and responded saying he would get right on the issues but thats the last I heard. Ive attached a video of our sink base cabinet. Its not even attached on one side. STAY AWAY. Worst company ever. No clue what customer service is. Don’t expect anything to happen after they have your money. Botched the design, ordered several wrong sized cabinets, missing parts for assembly, will not return calls, email, or text. Could not get a refund for the items that were screed up. You have been warned. STAY AWAY

Scheduled a person to measure the kitchen for new cabinetry. Paid the deposit and was told someone would be in touch to go over designs and cabinet options. We never heard back from anyone and commenced calling and emailing, only to be promised contact that day or the following day. Ten days have now passed since the “promised” call back and nothing. We called again today and we’re pawned off on “RJ” who had no clue who we were and claims none of our information was in their system. Very disappointing.It has now been a month since my review. I was finally able to make contact with RJ two weeks ago and promised a kitchen design no later than the following Monday. Not a word from anyone ever since. Unbelievable.

Ordered cabinets November ‘20. Didn’t get cabinets until Feb ‘21.Sales process was great. Manager disappears shortly after. Had to hunt down my order and got tons of excuses. COVID, I get it & was very understanding at first but after broken promises, things had to get ugly. The install was not professional. Contractors that could care less. Cabinets don’t open, aren’t level, drawers catch, doors are loose & damage throughout the entire process.This company cost me months on my rehab and flip of this property. Other contractors had to wait for this company to get their act together.I wouldn’t refer this company to my worst enemy. Worst experience ever. Time is money.Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.....

Absolutely LOVED the design staff!! Jesse worked hard to give us the most beautiful kitchen design based on our budget. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and awesome to work with. We came all the way from Mobile, so Jesse was always sure to schedule appointments for us to make the most of our time. You CANNOT beat the military discount these guys offer! I definitely recommend this business!

My husband came in and ordered flooring. The sales Rep basically just wanted to make a sale not help with useful knowledge while buying the floor. We asked about a floor on sale and was told it was GREAT! What he did not tell us is that it was discontinued and apparently for a reason. We received our flooring and half the boxes where damaged. Took over a month to get the flooring replaced because the sales man we used quit and no one could figure it out. Got it in, and it started separating immediately. My contractor came back out and reinstalled new flooring he bought out of his own pocket, to start splitting a week later. We spent over $2000 on flooring to need to replace it again a month later.

Initially a five star sales experience; however, no follow through.Update 2/16/21: My cabinet purchase was September 2020, the sub-contractor that CTG hired to install my cabinets damaged two of the drawer fronts on install and the panel looks like I cut it myself with a rusted saw from my Grandpas Barn, and they still have not made repairs. Run Away. There are too many easy places to get cabinets and installation, and this is the worst company for home repair remodel work. PS one of the drawer fronts that he drilled the handle in the wrong place, he tried to cover with colored touch-up paste and didnt mention it. -100 stars

I came from Panama City to do business with Jessie at Cabinets to go in Pensacola . He has done an excellent job helping with design and the financial aspect of this project. We are not completed yet but I foresee this as a very pleasant transaction through and through. It has been worth the drive to get the savings and professionalism.... The 5th star would be for completion.

I was seriously injured when I fell through a skylight working for an independent contractor on their property. They are refusing to cover my medical bills and their contractor had no workmans comp insurance. Very shady people. Keep refusing to return calls, and continue to avoid their responsibility. Contacting a personal injury lawyer to seek justice. Very disturbing.

We ordered platinum kitchen cabinets and flooring. Sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
