We recently changed ISP/Wireless from Cox to AT&T. When we did this, it caused our doorbell camera to not work. The doorbell worked but not the camera. We called tech support. The sent out the tech that evening. He had to electronically reinstall the camera. Once he was done, he said that will be $65. I thought he was joking, but nope. We were not advised of this by anyone, which we should have been told up front. I dont understand how changing a service not related to the alarm system would cause this issue or ridiculous charge.UPDATE: received a call from Todd and the issue is resolved. Im very pleased with the results.

The cameras do not always pick up motions (several packages where delivered to the front porch without either camera alerting us). I just not satisfied with service at this point. (Ratings 2 stars)

Our service tech/installer was Mike. He was friendly, thorough, professional, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! AllState is great to work with! Really prompt customer service when I was getting a quote for everything. And then when the installer came he spent practically the whole day making sure my system was perfect. He then completely explains the system to me and were up and running I highly recommend them. Oh and I forgot to mention that when I called for a quote they asked to come out to my house to take a look at it. Nobody else did that. I thought that was very professional and wise.
