My Fiance and I went here on Halloween. This is not the first time that we have been here and we have never had issues before, in fact we love this store. However, on sunday we went in looking for a certain movie and could not find it so we asked Levi for help. He said for us to give him a minute and that he would look. He never came over to help us find the movie instead he stood at the register talking to his coworker. We finally came up from to buy what we did have to purchase and levi and shelby did not say one word to us as we were checking out. The entire check out process they were talking about how long their passwords were and how lazy their manager is. So dissapointed with our expericence that we had on sunday, because like I stated before we Love this store.

Little pricey on funko pops but overall nice store

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. This store asks customers if theyd like to sign up for their VIP membership and purposely leaves out the fact that it is $11.99 a month. They must receive some kind of commission to sign people up. They have done it to me a few years ago and then to my husband yesterday. According to other reviews I see, it seems to be a common practice. A very very shady thing to do.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Please be careful when you purchase from FYE in Cordova. I went once and they offered to sign me up for a free membership to get 10% off my purchase. I said yes, and was illegally signed up for a paid membership where I was charged monthly. It took a year to finally get customer service to refund me and it was miserable. Google it, and youll see dozens of other people who were set up the same way. If you must purchase from FYE never say yes to any coupons/mailing lists, etc. In fact, Id recommend only paying with cash as I never even consented to my card being charged for this service.

The last chain shopping mall-style media store we have. Shrinking music section but still a good variety of Blurays, both new and old releases. A lot of other merchandise as well. I always stop in to see the sale bins when I visit Cordova Mall.

Nice and clean. Frendly employees. Very helpful. Had everything we were looking for.

They where out of the drinks I always get but It was nice to stand in there for a minute to get away from all the noise in the rest of the mall after a while

You should shop local first. Theres a lot of other places like Music Box and locally owned gaming stores that not only offer more of a selection, but they are priced cheaper, and arent run by money hungry companies paying the mortgages for multi-million dollar homes.Mall culture nowadays is a little too twisted for me, personally.

Love coming here always. theres usually this one very friendly lady whos really nice to me and my girlfriend when we come in

Its a great place to pick up a gift for an angsty teen or a guy going through his midlife crisis. Loads of trendy things pertaining to nostalgia.

This store had a great selection of merch, music, and movies, besides the typical store.

The store is always extremely hot and smelly. They make up for it with the nice staff who gladly help with any questions.

The staff was nice but I went in to buy rock CDs and there was little to no CDs in the rock section. Ive always been able to shop for CDs at this store, but it looks like this one has sold out and became a collectors shop like game stop. I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Its hard to find a solid video/music store these days. Im glad that this place is still around. Its difficult to compete with Amazon. I like how much anime they have available! It will be great to walk in and just try something new out. Prices could be a little better, but it comes down to supporting brick and mortar vs online really.

Has some really amazing international Japanese snacks and drinks and also have amazing figurines the only thing is they need to turn the ac on its way to hot inside of the store thats a turn off for me I like stores where its either cool or cold some where you wont possibly get a nose bleed and such

Its not bad by any means but its inventory could use some organization. They have a lot of pop culture merchandise, like what ever current or old tv show you watch they will probably have some type of merch for it. Definitely a place you can go to find a gift for someone thats into that sort of thing.

Has a lot of really unique and cool things. Good prices but the AC in the store doesnt work and I usually come out sweating. That still doesnt stop me from going in as I still enjoy the store.

FYE is that place I should always stop at first when buying gifts. Theyre always so nice and have great stuffs. :D

Cool little store with many items to choose from filled with nostalgia and childhood memories. From collectibles to clothing and even food. This is the place to find that niche item from your favorite shows and games!

The fye store is filthy. They clearly have refused to invest any money in their store for appearance. The merchandise is over priced. They do have some novel items available. Normally the staff is very polite, but today the sales rep was rude.

This place has a great variety of movies and music and movie and music related items. I like how they sell new and old movies as it saves a considerable amount of money when you buy it used. They also have a variety of accessories, clothing, toys, collectibles and such. The salesperson was very helpful in finding what we were looking for. I could spend quite sometime looking around here. Lots of interesting items in stock.

You can find bargains on used CDs. My daughter laughs at me and says nobody buys CDs anymore just stream your music, but I still like CDs. I grew up with 8 track cassettes that you had to eject from the tape player, flip over and re-insert just when you were Rockin Out to your favorite part of the song so CDs still feel like advanced technology to me 😆

Good variety of merchandise. Former music store has done a good job of transitioning to the digital age by shifting assortment. Nice to see some fringe and nerdy items in the mix as well.

Great music and Pop Culture store with s large assortment of didnt know I wanted it or needed it till I saw it items. They have sales quite frequently and will spacial order music if they dont have it in stock. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and are quick to point out the sales. Great place for Pop figures and Tee Shirts as well as music, headphones, speakers, and other Pop Culture and Geeky stuff.

Very cool items, I wouldnt buy anything or takes kids into the store because items are very overpriced. But none the less cool place to look at unique items.

Fye store = great. No hassles, what you see, you can get. For a good price. HOWEVER, their online ordering is absolutely horrendous. Its such a slow, non responsive process. You have to poke and prod just for a tracking number. If I lived closer, I would have just gone in and bought the item. Here I am, waiting, waiting, and still not even an update. Two Weeks, and Im not a patient person. But overall, the store, not a complaint. Just do NOT EVER ORDER FYE ONLINE. Youll regret it. Pretty sure, 90% of customers such as Myself are disappointed

They have a great selection of goodies! Along with a vast selection of music, including vinyl records.They have movie and tv character themed cereals which is awesome. I even ate my very first Reptar Bar from here.My family loves this store and we will visit again shortly. They are the perfect place for unique gifts

Nice little pop culture store with a wide variety of items. Music, movies, records, and accessories. The atmosphere allows you to enjoy pop-culture without the aura of a gothic/emo teenager. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and their products are well organized.

Awesome time there as always ans the girl at the register we super nice and even mentioned about a different version of a movie I got that has really nice sound quality.

The only thing good about FYE is their bluetooth speakers and headset prices. Who still thinks they can sell a DVD (not a bluray a DVD) for 19.99 in 2019? DVDs and bluray movies are sold by DOLLAR TREE. For a buck.

The store has turned into the shadow of its former self. While this is a great store for music, vinyls, pop and geek culture, its also pricey and on the far end of the mall. What particularly upset me was the VIP program they recommend I sign up for. They said it was free, yet after a 2 second Google search, it wasnt. It was free to sign up but charges the card monthly afterwards if you dont cancel.

I always find something cool in the store,the only movie that I look for they never have(Drive) in stock, but overall the employees are down to earth and friendly.

This is to the manager. Not a putdown just some information. I was in your store today nice store but the second I walked in it smelled. It smelled like piss. The carpet is filthy. This could be the problem. I cut short my shopping because the smell got to me . Had to get some fresh air. For what its worth.

Bought a used CD. First track is needed up, but the rest of the disc played good.
