I have been boating for literally 40 years and have dealt with a variety of boat mechanic shops. Wills Marine is by far the best, most honest, and helpful group I have ever come by. It went so smoothly that I keep thinking “what’s the catch”? Turned out there wasn’t one. Zach and Alex are just good, down to earth, honest people who understand the importance of customer service. Good very professional service and reasonable pricings I had them order a Minn Kota trolling motor for me when I couldnt get it anywhere else Even Bass Pro or West Marine couldnt deliver and couldnt even begin to tell me when......called Wills Marine told Alex what I wanted and she definitely went out on a search mission to find me one called me when it arrived and still saved me money from buying a more expensive model that I really didnt need still providing me with exactly what I needed for my size vessel..... Extremely honest! I was very impressed with their thoroughness and quality of workmanship. They explained to me when I called in May that they were backed up for 6-8 weeks. I took my 25hp Evinrude to them that had been in storage for 28 years. They addressed the issues, didnt try to sell unnecessary items and called me about every issue they found before proceeding. The motor runs like a top and Wills Marine has created a lifetime customer out of me.

I had a problem with my Minn Kota trolling motor and took it in too Wills for warranty work. They diagnosed it & ordered a switch to change for variable speeds which was acting up & took 2 months to get in. They installed the switch and called me back to tell me the motor isnt functioning /working after the new part was put in. So I waited for another couple of weeks for them to get that part in and install it. Long story short its overall in worse shape then I first initially brought it in...it literally couldnt go past the 1st forward position and would not turn off unless it was disconnected from the battery. So again I bring it back and was told it would be fixed before they went on there Christmas break till January 4th, which it still hasnt been fixed. Extremely dissatisfied with this company, if I ever get this trolling motor back rest assure I wont be back to do business with these guys

Couldn’t ask for a more friendly staff and customer service. Had an issue with a 2month old minn Kota trolling motor and found that Wills Marine in Pensacola FL was a dealer and service center for them. Dropped it off and was told the process and that it could be a few days or weeks before they could get to it which was expected. A week later they called and said it was ready and I could get back on the water!!! Will do business with them again!!!

Just took my boat in for service. This is the third time I have used Wills Marine and again I was very pleased with the professionalism of this business. I received several calls from the technician advising me of what he found and the cost associated with the repair. The repair was timely and the price was inline with what I had expected. Great job.

I am happy to share my experience about this company. We took our 02 johnson evinrude engine in because it wasnt firing. The diagnosis was the computer was bad and crankshaft position sensor that would cost approximately 600 bucks. The computer repair would be 1600 bucks which we discovered that these computers are sent to a place called CDI marine electronics in Mobile Ala they charge half that price for the repair. The mechanic that did The diagnostic was Zack. Beware of Zack. The actual problem was the crankshaft position sensor which cost 75 dollars or less. The cost of the repair should have been no more than 400 bucks. We wound up getting our boat and taking it to someone that happens to do boat repair on the side and he charged us 500 bucks but it was better than getting beat out of 2200 bucks. Also these people didnt give us a written printout of the diagnostic. We live out of state and sent someone to pick the boat up so they failed to get a copy of the diagnostic for which they charged us 90 dollars. I called later on and asked for a written receipt and was given a bunch of excuses. All unscrupulous businesses beware, people arent powerless to do nothing. Many people will read this review and it will cost you a lot more than the 2000 bucks that we wouldve been out of.

Worst boat experience yet. Had my oil pump repaired on my bullet proof Saltwater Series 2stroke Yamaha. Maiden voyage blew piston-oil deprivation. Went to discuss- they would have none of it. Spent over $700 to blow my motor and ha e to re-power. Would never recommend.

Withing 2 hours, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the main control board. This is a place I have already informed my friends who have boats to use if needed. I will be back again for sure...

Very nice but not knowledgeable. If something is wrong with your boat and its not being winterized, getting a foot replaced, or something stupid like a water pump, dont waste your money. Take it to Posner Marine, or Bubba Joebob down the street.

Took them my trolling motor and I told them not to fix it after they kept adding to the list of broken parts. they returned in halfway taken apart and charged 96 dollars. Go someplace else.

Very disappointed. I was told starter was bad, got home found where the fuse was blown. Was told fuel pump was bad found a hose with pinhole. Replaced hose resolved problem.

Walked in door with $10,000 cashiers check in my pocket. Lady working up front acted as if I was annoying her when I ask about motors. I took my money somewhere else.
