I have worked with Gulf Ice for the past 20+ years. They are all about the customer (big or small) and do just about whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. Their inventory of beverage equipment and parts is probably the largest in the country. This is the place to go to get beverage dispensing equipment and parts. ORDERED MOTOR FOR ICE MACHINE & IT WAS BO FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS. iT TOOK OVER A MONTH B/C THEY WAITED FOR THEIR TRUCK INSTEAD OF JUST FEDEX OR UPS. sTILL CHARGED A LARGE FREIGHT COST. tHE SCHOOL WAS WITHOUT AN ICEMAKER & WHEN THEY GOT THE MOTOR THEY COULDNT FIND MY CARD # & DIDNT KNOW IF IT HAD BEEN CHARGED TO US SO AFTER CHECKING OUR BANK RECORDS i CALLED BACK TO HOPEFULLY GET IT SENT OUT. The rude girl told me I would have to talk to the guy who made the order & to call back in 2 hours. These people should not be in business. Never have done buisness with any people so incompetent.
