It took almost five months to get my awning installed and then once finally installed the striped pattern was not uniform and they just came out and put vinyl tape on it to cover the mistake. The stripes are now not evenly spaced in that section. I definitely will never recommend or use them again.

Too bad there is not a rating of less than one star. If someone knows how to get them to answer their phone, please let me know. Their voicemail is full as well. If you are out of business and not supporting customers anymore, just put that on your answering machine. Simply amazing.

Doug McBride and the gang went above and beyond in manufacturing and installing my sign for Darr Schackow Insurance in Milton, FL. They were hands down the most affordable and responsive company during my quest to find a local sign company. I give George Markham & Sons Signs 5 Stars!

This place has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. First, they were 4 months late on getting my sign built and it was not good at the start. We had to get it changed to make it readable. Then, the back-lighting was installed incorrectly so we had to call continuously to get them to come back out to fix the issue. It took almost a year for them to finally come out and attempt to fix the problem as we were told that they had truck problems and then that they were very busy. The problem is still not resolved after 1-1/2 years, but Id rather not deal with them anymore. Now Im just trying to find out where they purchased the LED lights they used so I can fix the issue myself. I would never use or recommend anyone to use Markham. The owner Cam will not talk to any customer - ever, and the sales guy up front is never any help.
