Good customer service, friendly staff, slow work. Everyone is friendly and nice.Prices are a little steep, but its a dealership so thats fairly normal. They definitely are short on mechanics though, because they take forever to get work done.

I’m going to be honest, I went to an autozone a few weeks ago and ran a diagnostic on my car, realized a 70$ part may be needed to replace. Since I’ve owned my car the backup camera has never worked. Made an appointment more than two weeks out (informed them of the diagnostic results ran a few weeks ago) and Ford Service Center informed me they wouldn’t know when it would be ready. I don’t make an appointment at the dentist to wait a week in the lobby, why would I make an appointment to drop my vehicle off? I made the appointment in good faith my vehicle would be looked at and the repair completed same day. I will say the employees I spoke to this morning were very professional and after hearing I made my appointment a few weeks ago informed me they would attempt to have it looked at today. I’m hopeful I will be pleasantly surprised but based on these reviews, I feel disappoint is on its way.

I took the time to schedule service which was 2 weeks out. Less than one hour before the appointment I received a text pointing out that it could be 5 to 7 days to diagnose my issue. When I came in for the appointment, the assistant pointed out it would be an additional 5 to 7 days before they could look at it. The conversation following was my amazement of why make an appointment only to add a week to it one the customer showed up. I should have taken my friends warnings and not go there. As a result Im considering trading in my F250 lariat on a non Ford product. Take my advice, look elsewhere for service.

I have to say that our experience with your sales person was quite unique. Up front with everything, very informative, seemed sharp, unlike pushy ones elsewhere, trying to hogtie and put on the spit before you even get out of the vehicle. Just sorry could not pull the trigger on the deal.Just so was able to pull it on this GMC SIERRA,VERY NICE.

If you buy a Ford ( great product) you cannot get in to get simple items taken care of . Be prepared to travel to other authorized Ford dealers for your service needs, as this service department is weeks away from being able to see you. I would hate to be in need of my vehicle, and rely on them to make me a priority. Sales department makes the first sale, parts and service make every one after that .

This place was great. My oil change took a little while but It’s because they are short-staffed due to covid. The woman who assisted me gave me a heads up though and let me know it would take longer than normal. They have a pretty big waiting area with coffee and what not though so it’s not bad.

I took My car to Ford Service center at 8am Thursday morning. It was supposed to be done Friday. After 8 phone calls, here I sit Monday at 10:40 and it is still not done. After 7 calls the service manager finally called me bac on Saturday PM. He said it would be done fisrt thing Monday morning. Now they are saying 4 more hours to get it done. This is not a way to do good business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Take pictures of your vehicle inside and out before dropping it off. I dropped off my truck in order to have recalls done. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed some brake fluid on the center console lid. Went back inside to speak to the service representative that was assisting me and let her know what I found. She took my truck to be cleaned and when it was brought back to me there was some damage to the center console lid. I went back in to talk to her again and she assured me it would be fixed by ordering a new one on Monday when the parts department employees would be available. I had no reason not to trust her so I went home only to find more brake fluid inside the center console. I sent the service representative a photo as soon as I found it. Heard back from her on Monday asking if that liquid stuff is still in there. Most people know brake fluid damages finishes and paint so obviously I cleaned it. Then they offered to have it looked at by their upholstery guy. Even though they first offered to replace it I agreed to it as long as he could get it to look like it did before. The damage occurred Friday 10/31/20 they offered to have their upholstery guy take a look at it on Tuesday 11/3/20. Since then I have not heard from them I called the service manager a couple times and goes straight to a machine. Asked the service advisor to call me when she had a bit of time apparently she has not had any time since then. Im not one to go in screaming and complaining in order to get what I want so I guess thats why they feel as though they can treat me this way. Thats fine I will have the damage repaired myself and never return here again. But I wanted to give everyone a warning who does use this place. Even if you havent had any problems before please protect yourself by taking photos of your car so that you dont have to deal with this too. I also emailed the GM Jason McDonald who seems to want to help everyone in order to give them every opportunity possible but I havent heard back from him yet. Pictures attached are of the damage; I just got the truck a few weeks ago so it stings quite a bit, but the lack of liability by the dealership and the treatment I have received so far has by far been the worst part.

There is a large disconnect between the people in scheduling and people who actually service cars.Scheduled appointment over phone to have my car’s air conditioner checked out. Had an appointment arranged one week later and was told a three hour window would be adequate to diagnose problem. When dropping car off for the appointment, I was informed no one would look at the car for the next week and a half.

I went to World Ford and complained of a loud whining noise coming from my transmission area. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. At the time I was under warranty. I called several times afterwards and not only did they refuse to acknowledge the problem they would never return my call even though they told me a consultant would. Now it is out of warranty and I have a $7000 repair that needs to be done. They also told me for them to diagnose the problem it would cost me $1500 to tear it down. I called Ford as they told me to and they said there were no programs to help me. I will never shop at World Ford again everyone I talked to was rude and no one would help me.

Brought the vehicle in on for maintenance check. Received an estimate for nearly $6,000 in repairs. I checked every single repair listed and found that World Ford was well over the highest estimate on Repair Pal for our make and model in this area. I went to pick up the vehicle without the repairs being done and they claimed to not be able to find the keys and proceeded to plead with me to let them make it right by lowering the bill. I just wanted my vehicle back because we had been without it for 5 days. They were able to knock $1,000 off $2,666 bill. This tells me that they are able to outrageously inflate prices. I was called 1 week after it was dropped off and told that it would be ready until Saturday and they would call when it was ready. I called Saturday and was told the person working on the vehicle was not even schedules to be there that day and that they would call me first thing Monday. Today they have had the vehicle for 11 days. They did not call me and I had to call them 6 times today and was out on hold every single time to finally at closing time be told that the vehicle was ready but the technician took the keys with him!!!!! They couldnt find the keys again. Seriously! I called back immediately and said forget it we would use our spare set of keys to get the vehicle but the service department had just closed. NOW we have to see if they can find the keys and IF the vehicle is finished we have to drive there on Christmas Eve to get our vehicle. Dont bother going here unless insurance is paying for your repair. They will not call you back and will leave you on hold. They will not call you back and they will mysteriously Lose your keys when you want to pick up your vehicle.

Made an appointment to have a shifter cable busing replaced and an oil change because engine light went on. 5 mins after driving away from dealership, engine light went back on, so obviously no test drive was ever done. Made an appointment for the next day to have engine diagnostic done for $143. Dropped car off at 7am on Tuesday 6/30. Called and left message on 7/1 & 7/2, with no return call. Went to the dealership on 7/2, after having my car for now the 3rd day and hearing nothing, was told that the diagnostic was not yet completed but that there was $700 worth of charges, so far! When we asked why $700 considering it was supposed to be a $143, they showed us the screen which included: 1 hr of labor to do the diagnostic PLUS 3 hrs of labor to take a valve cover off at 5:10pm on 7/1 and 3 hrs of labor to take the valve cover off at 9:23am on 7/2. (Which means that my car sat there all day on 6/30 and all day on 7/1, without being touched until 5:10pm) AND they still weren’t done! (We were NEVER advised that there would be additional labor fees for a diagnostic). On 7/3, by 2:30pm we had not heard anything, so we called in and we were told that the car would be done on Monday. DONE?!? 5 days with no car and they were considering my car DONE?!? This was just a diagnostic! I asked to speak to the manager and the scheduling manager got on the phone because the service manager was “not available”. I proceeded to explain the whole story to her and she advised me that she would look into why there was a $700 balance and why my car was taking so long, in addition to why I had received no phone calls or returned calls but that it would take a little bit but that she would call me back. Low and behold...NO phone call back and the next day was the 4th of July so we knew we weren’t going to hear anything until Monday. At this point, feeling so frustrated, we decided to look at the reviews for World Ford Pensacola, which is the only Ford dealership in Pensacola and there were quite a few that said the same thing, that they had there car for hours and hours, that the prices were insane, and that they never received return phone calls. I wish I would have known this beforehand! I then called the Customer Service line on Monday, when by 12:30pm I still had not received a phone call about my car. I explained the situation and they created a case # and told me this would be escalated and sent to the Service Manager at the dealership and I should call and speak to him directly. I called the service department and before I even had a chance to ask to speak to the Service Manager, they advised me that the car was done and that my whole engine needed to be replaced and that it would cost $5174 w/labor: $10,000! You have got to be kidding me! This place is a joke! Not only do I not trust this AT ALL, but I’m outraged that they are saying it will cost me almost $5000 in labor costs! My car is only valued at $9000 at this point but they want to charge me $10,000 for an engine rebuild?!? I wouldn’t trust this dealership to fix my Tonka truck! And how long would that take? 3 weeks?!? Save yourself time and money and a HUGE headache: go somewhere else! Anywhere else! You will be taken advantage of and get the run around! Beware!***UPDATE***After reading my review the manager of World Ford Pensacola responded (read response below), saying that he would like an opportunity to “make it right” and earn my business back and asked me to email my information. I promptly did just that and to NO SURPRISE, I have heard NOTHING BACK, as of today 8/1/20. This goes along with every single thing I have said about this poor excuse for a dealership. My next phone call is to Corporate!

The estimated service time was a few weeks for my collision repair which is the reason I picked them since I had to leave the area in a few months. The repair kept getting pushed out and I received the car just two weeks before having to move across the states. Also, they replaced my tires and used a stripped lug nut which created many issues when I arrived in California. It turns out no tire shop will do any services if you have a stripped lug nut...

After having three vehicles service here over the past three years I have learned that there is only one constant with this dealership - they will always mess up even the simplest of tasks in a spectacular fashion. I have yet to come to the dealership for any level of service to not be met by unexpected delays and/or unsatisfactory service. Scheduled oil changes that take 3 1/2 hours (scheduled, mind you, not show up for unscheduled quick service), a battery change that took 5 1/2 hours, a battery change with the wrong battery installed (different visit, different vehicle) and the list goes on. On the sales side, they apparently dont need your business as I needed to renew my Ford ESP warranty before it expired and they couldnt be bothered to return a call or web based inquiry, so they lost to sale directly to Ford. If you have a non-Ford warranty sold to you by another Ford dealership, they may or may not honor it, but in my case, they decided to tell me that they would not honor it after they serviced it and tried to charge me dealer repair rates (which is why I have a warranty). Currently I have a diesel sitting for an unspecified number of days before I can even get a diagnosis, which means through the Ford ESP process, I cant get a rental truck until that happens. So I am without a vehicle for an unspecified number of days waiting for World Ford to get around to it. Overall, shady, unimpressive and loyalty is absolutely not valued or rewarded. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Took my car here to fix my touchscreen and a couple cigarette lighter outlets stopped working. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning and didnt get a call to update me and tell me the estimated price at all and when I tried to call them, no one answered. So I went up there to find out what was going on and they hadnt even looked at anything yet as of 5pm. I opted to just have the cig lighter outlets fixed for now due to cost, and that ended up taking another day and a half to just fix those! They charged me over $300 and recommended all this other stuff I should fix totaling up to $1500. So I was without a car for almost 3 days and they dont provide a rental or anything. It just seemed like no one working here cared or knew what they were doing. If I need work done on my Ford in the future, Ill go to a dealership out of town just to avoid this place again.
