We drove our 2013 Ford Explorer in for the water pump to be replaced. 3 months later and 2,700 dollars later we had to tow it out of their parking lot. Nothing but lies from Justin and Samantha and denial about if they worked on it, what they worked on and of course they had nothing to do with all these new issues. Horrible service!!! They gave our vehicle back in worse shape than we took it in. Only gave them one star because 0 stars isnt an option. Will be at the courthouse Monday filing a suit to hopefully fix the damage they caused!!!!

The part I needed was on back order so they were able to do a temporary fix but now my key is stuck in the ignition. I called them to notify of the problem and was told that they had the same issue but didnt tell me because they ASSUMED that it was normal problem I already had with the car. When I told them no I never had that issue before and asked if someone could help get it out since they neglected to mention that this happened before for them, they suggested I wait until Monday morning. The car wouldnt turn off all the way so pretty much my battery would be dead by Monday morning. How do you not tell your customer about another problem you notice while fixing another one?

Precision Tune Auto care has been our go to spot fir all our vehicle repairs. The pricing is fair and the service excellent. Theyve fixed at least three of our vehicles and have never done or charged for a service without asking first and the price has always been fair for what has been done. Our cars have also always ran great after having work done there.

Took my SUV here they had it for 4 days and a weekend only to call and tell me they couldnt find anything wrong with it and told me to come pick it up. They did drive it around and it just wouldnt mess up for them. Their receptionist Tracy, Carl and Mike were very kind, but I was sorry to have gone without a vehicle for a week and then getting it back still acting up. Again, it was Murphys Law.. It wouldnt mess up for the mechanic.

*** Very long post***TERRIBLE!!!!! First off, I have done business in the past with the location on Navy Blvd for a few years, even when they have given me not so good news, I still trusted and appreciated their professional advice... So, in 10/2020 my 2013 Ford Fusion overheated, took it to Precision to be checked. Received word from Trevor, ( formal manager) that I had a blown head gasket. Trevor advised me the best route to take was to have the gasket fixed, so $2800.00 is what I paid for the job.. Took THREE whole months to get my car back, exception of 1 week due to a burglary during hurricane Sally that caused damage to the shop which I understood. Got my car back,had an issue and had I diagnosed, was a part that Precision was supposed to have fixed, so they ended up taking care of that with no issue. Thats the 1st time I had to take it back after the $2800.00 job. Not even 3k miles later the car stalled and would not start. Towed it to the nearest well known auto shop in Pensacola and was told the engine wasnt getting any compression, basically a bad engine. As I spoke to that mechanic, I mentioned I had just paid 2800.00 to have the head repaired and this mechanic assured me that the issue is related to the work that Precision had done and I should take it back.. Keep in mind, this mechanic did not try to make a sale to me and offer to fix anything, so he had no reason to lie, and till this day he has been willingly assisting me. I had the car towed back to Precision, ( around mid-late Feb) whereas the new manager, Justin, is in charge. After about 2 days I had to call Precision for an update ( because they never called me after promising they would) and he said he has to verify it was something they initially did wrong or a part failed, Justin started off as being 99% sure it was a problem with the head, and assured me they would take care of it since I spent $2800.00 to have the job done.. Cool, I was relaxed. Days went by, had to call Precision only to be told they would call me back, they never did.. I would have to call them, and each time it was a diff story, I informed Justin of the 2nd opinion I had already gotten, and Justin said there was no way this mechanic could know that the issue is in the top half ( head area) of the engine without tearing it completely down. Contacted this mechanic, he had to have me relay the message to Justin about how to check the pistons without tearing engine down. That was kind of unusual itself due to Justin being a manager, he should know of different ways to perform diagnosis.. Once I told him he was like, oh yea, I know of that way. ..Some another 2 weeks pass and still during this time I am having to constantly contact Precision myself, they still wouldnt return my call and kept giving me different answers. Justin even said that his boss was furious that Precision even performed the head gasket repair in the first place, saying a new or used engine would be more ideal option, something the other auto repair shop said as well.. So thats 3 different people telling me this. During this entire situation I would ask Precision for the contact phone number to the company that sold them the head gaskets, so I could verify with them it was purchases, and they received it back to check it after I took my car back to Precision ( Justin said they already had, btw). Justin still wouldnt give me this info or would the former manager, Trevor, who also told me the place he bought it was local, whereas Justin is saying its in another state. Suspicious. So here we are today, Justin informed me that the lower half of engine is bad ( even though others say is isnt) and I have to pay thousands of more dollars to have it replaced! Precision has been deceitful this entire time to a customer who not only spend $2800.00 with them, but also take both vehicles for oil maintenance and small repairs. I would NEVER go back and this issue is not over.. I will take the legal route once I get word from the car repair shop thats now performing the work .Stay AWAY!!!

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change & asked them to check my tail lights, that I thought the build was out, they stated the bulb was fine I need come back when the election was in bc he had to check all the wiring the cost was 150$ plus any repairs, well I decided to check the lights myself after taking the cover off & finding the bulb was broken & after 4$ at autozone my taillight was fixed. So they were completely trying to rip me off. Not that they care but I will never use them again.

I went to ask what time they open Saturday morning another tall young man came and ask what I needed I said and oil change he will be finish in 5 minutes on the other car I was in and out in 20 or minutes . Very Friendly Precise Attitude through the roof .I would recommend them to everyone

The staff here are very friendly and professional. I had a couple issues with my car and needed to get it fixed pretty quickly. They will rope you don’t come here I watched them replacing my coolant temperature sensor and my thermostat Without disconnecting the battery which made my problem worse and made the car heat badly and the coolant temperature sensor code didn’t go away when I got the carAnd when I came back to tell him that he told me we just installe the parts doing our job so do you want me to tell you to disconnect the battery wow any mechanic should know that then he told me to do a diagnose for 100 dollars yeah right!I disconnected the battery and connected it again to reset the code and it worked just fine it didn’t heati know and I saw thank you for your integrity.

Came in for a oil change and it was done correctly but then the mechanic said my brakes were worn out and needed to be changed and so I asked him if it was the front or rear brakes and he said both needed to be replaced and I ask if he was sure he said yes well I just had my brakes that morning and when I pointed it out he suggested that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I told him to look at the brake pads that we’re new he got very offensive and then told me to go back to lobby and just pay for the oil change. I was treated like I did something wrong, Horrible service I will never take anything else to you guys.

Took several tries to get my vehicle in to have an oil change without an estimated two hour wait but once I got in it only took about twenty minutes total. Well pleased by the service I received.

The staff was extremely friendly! They are quick but precise. I had to have a quick fix for my car, and will be returning within the next few days to have it fully serviced. I wouldnt recomend anywhere else over them. Hands down the best experience Ive had at an auto repair shop!

Pretty upset that they charged me over $100 for a simple clean. Not even a replacement just for a clean. Vehicle inspection is $30 alone.long waiting period. They tried to replace something that I replaced. The lady was nice and courteous but its hard to believe about the pricing.

Ive been there twice now they are always friendly. I had an issue with one of headlights were I had to bring it back a few times. Turned out to be faulty parts. They got some from the dealership and it works great. Every time I came in (I was usually not very friendly) they were always professional and kept working on it until it was fixed.

I was in town on Easter weekend when my car broke down. They stayed open late for my car to be towed in and we willing to stay open that evening in order to fix my vehicle so that I could travel back home. I was so impressed and have nothing but positive things to say. This is by far the best service I have ever had when it came to fixing a vehicle.

I thought I was the only one but now I have a friend, we took out van an car here to get a job done withw had nothing to do with a radiator now we both a day later need a new one I told them about mine they denied having anything to do with it my friend is 63 an had 3 children shes not one for confrontation but I dont care I surreal my mind its like u go here to get help an in the end they want u to come back so they miss something else up I have 4 children I dont have a lot of money I never went back an now I hope she doesnt either this place is not the place u want to go they get the job done but mess up something else to keep business not cool

I love this place I get all of my work done here. They are very profession. The women that does the front counter was very helpful in answering all my questions and friendly I wont go any where else with my car.

I am a non smoker. However, in the work place of this auto shop does NOT enforce a sign that is posted on the shop wall danger no smoking. I understand smokers need 5 or 10 min break to smoke. As I watched them change my oil in my car made me worry they would drop a burning cigarette while changing my oil. You can go there unless you want the mechanic smoking while working on your car.

Went for just a simple oil change for around $20-30 bucks.However, they wouldnt just leave it at that and kept messing with my vehicle, saying I needed this and that.Ok, thats fine. Just do the oil change and give me my vehicle back; I will fix the other stuff later.

Double-charged, over-charged, and didnt even fix the problem. Such an obvious rip-off that Im dedicating a portion of each day for the next month to letting people know to avoid these criminals. If I can cost them a couple of sales, GOOD, because they ripped me off and I HATE lying, cheating mechanics like this. What ever happened to doing a good job for the people in your community and earning their repeat business in order to make your living? Avoid.

They did wonderful work on my truck.

We normally go to Precision but this was our first time at this location. The staff were friendly and price was reasonable. Service i got was an oil change and top off other fluids. Had to get this done for my husband as he works 2 jobs. Unfortunately days after the oil change, my husband found that the hose connector to the radiator was broken and radiator was empty which caused his truck to overheat. No one else has touched this and im sure precision checked this as they had to check the fluids. I understand these things break off but if only we were notified so we can get it fixed right away instead of getting stuck and waiting for a tow truck that took 2 hours to come. The truck also has a clicking sound that was not there before the oil change. Will not go to this location again and will not recommend.Update:Received a phone call from Precision regarding my review. The lady stated that they would have informed me if they noticed it was broken. Well like i mentioned above, no one else had touched anything under the hood except for Precision a few days before our incident. She stated that we can bring in the truck and they can have a look. Informed her that my husband already fixed it and that was the end of the phone call. No apologies or empathy for what happened. I write reviews because I, myself, use these reviews to decide whether to go to that business or not. As you have read, we have fixed the problem and did not ask nor seek for any compensation as many others would do. I am only adding to this review because of the phone call I received from Precision. My husband works 2 jobs and I also have a full-time job. We need reliable transportation daily. We bring our cars to Precision to maintain them and avoid break downs.As per their customer service, I would have at least expected an apology first before basically saying that I was a liar for saying it happened there. I have no reason to lie or make up these stories as it does not benefit me.I hope that if I receive another phone call from Precision regarding this review, that it is a manager with better customer service skills. WHEN I TOOK IT THERE FIRST THEY DAMAGE MY WIPERS TO THE POINT THAT WASHER FLUIDS DONT WORK AND THE SECOND TIME THEY DIDNT PUT THE CAP WHEN REPLACING THE OIL AND MY HOOD AND FRONT WINDSHIELD AND ENGINE PART WHERE DRENCHED IN MOTOR OIL, THE MECHANIC FULL OF GREASE SET DOWN ON FABRIC SEATS AND NOW THEY ARE STAINED, THEY SAID THEY SAID TO US THEY WHERE GOING TO HAVED WASHED BUT THE OIL STILL THERE UNTIL TODAY I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT TO SEE WHAT IT CAN BE DONE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION AND NOTHING ITS BEEN DONE NOBODY HAS CALLED ME OR TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE OWN ACTIONS

Brought my car and told them front was making noise and I got a call a day later saying it was gonna cost $1800. I asked what was wrong and wrote it all down, I took it somewhere else and they said my lug nuts were loose and there was nothing else wrong.

Dropped my car off to be diagnosed for possible fuel/alternator issues & not starting on a Monday, heard nothing from them all of Tuesday. I had to call on Wednesday to find out that they dont have the equipment to diagnose Volkswagens. Now Im forced to get another tow to a different auto-repair shop when if you know that you cannot diagnose Volkswagens why even accept the car in the first place? Complete waste of my time & money on tows.

Had to get license plate light fixed and had a kind gentleman help with replacing the bulb. Went out of his way to help install the light. 5star!

Do not go here they will rip you off! I went in for a routine oil change advertised for $19.90 my car takes more oil than standard so I called ahead to find out the total price I would have to pay. Long story short when I came back to get my car they not only charged mefor the extra oil but also for a special filter my car supposedly required... I have never had to have a special filter before and Ive had my car for a long time. Also if you are going to charge someone extra you need to tell them upfront! In the end I had to pay almost $40. They are unprofessional and shady... there are many other places for you to take your car -steer clear of this place the only precision they provide is in the form of a rip off! !!

Brung my car in a week ago they been to busy to even get the keys out and lock it up. Call and all the can say is we are busy the guy who is supposed to work on it want be in until Monday cost me $500 to sit there for a week. $110 in tow fees and $70 a day I. Cab fees thanks for nothing

This place is both rude and incompetent. They replaced my sons front brake pads a few weeks ago. When my husband and I came to visit this week my husband noticed a squeaking noise. After climbing under the vehicle my husband saw there were no bolts holding the left side brake caliper on. He looked at the right and those bolts were ready to fall off. We had to buy bolts from an auto part store next door, who were so helpful by the way. When my husband was able to get to a jack so he could remove the tire he saw the caliper was completely ruined from rattling around. We had to buy one to replace it. When Precision was open we asked them to pull the right tire off and check to make sure nothing was damaged. The manager refused to remove the tire and only climbed under and said yeah it looks fine. I told him the other damage wasnt visible without the tire removal and he still refused. Now we have to pay someone to finish the job already paid for. Precision finally agreed to reimburse us for the caliper and bolts but not the tools that we were forced to buy in order to do their job. They didnt even apologize and were very rude. Please dont go there because their incompetence put my son seriously at risk by not tightening bolts. He could have lost his brakes thanks to them. One of the worst places I have ever been to.
