Highly recommend - this is a great repair shop with excellent mechanics and fair pricing for the great work they do. They also are very conveniently located off Davis Highway just north of 10. Most important to me is an owner who is willing to recommend what is in the customers best interest and not just the service that will make their shop the most money.Over 30 years, Ive owned many vehicles that have surpassed 200k miles. Recently I was considering an expensive ($2k+) repair at their shop on a 15-year old vehicle with over 300k miles. They were willing to do the work with my vehicle already in their shop, but gave me plenty of time not rushing me to make a decision. After several hours, when I mentioned an option to trade that same vehicle in at a car dealership that would take it as is knowing it needed repairs and give us over $2k for the vehicle on trade, the owner of DeBroux encouraged us to go that route, which made them zero profit. And we are very happy with our newer vehicle, which received its first oil change at DeBroux Automotive yesterday.Thats just one example of many for why I trust this team of professionals at DeBroux and believe youll be happy with them as well. I know my family and I will continue to service our vehicles at this location!

Rodney and his team at Debroux are incredible to work with. We take all our fleet vehicles to them for routine maintenance as well as problems. They are quick but always fix our problems and we never have to take our vehicles back a second time for the same thing. They are professional, kind, courteous, and practice Christian ethics in their business practices. The use only the best parts available on the market today but their prices are fair and reasonable.

I had a misfire in one of my ignition coils. (8 cylinder car) I was quoted over 400$ for a tune up at another shop to find and swap it out. My friend recommended these guys. They did it for $50 with me bringing my own part in under 30 min. Great service. CJ at the counter was super friendly.

Amazing customer service. I often feel like some mechanics are out for my wallet. Not here, he was constantly trying to save me money while ensuring my car was properly fixed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a solid mechanic that you can trust.

Took 2014 mustang in because of a noise coming from somewhere in rear, underneath of the car. I suspected sticking caliper or maybe wheel bearing. When told differential was 1/2 quart low of fluid and brakes and seals checked out ok, I had mixed feelings. They told me after road test that the added fluid to rear end solved the noise. Picked up the car and backed up 5 feet and noise was still present. Should have gone in and complained but figured what good would it do. Like throwing good money after bad.

I am always nervous taking my car to a mechanic. I know very little about cars, and I have had many mechanics try and take advantage of that. DeBroux Automotive is NOT that type. I had CJ as my mechanic. He explained and showed me every detail of my car and repairs I needed in terms that I could understand. He is very patient and knowledgeable and paused between his explanations so I could take notes. I have an older car with a lot of miles, so I knew I couldnt put too much money into it. We narrowed the list down to the major repairs and he (along with other techs) got it done the same day. He worked WITH me on fixing my car instead of just telling me what to do. I will definitely be going back!

I have taken my truck here for years! They are family owned and operated. The owners are always there, they are very nice and have always been very accommodating. They are also fast and affordable. I would definitely recommend, right down the street from west Florida hospital.

Recently my son (goes to school at UWF) was having car trouble. He sent me a video of what was happening (i live in Tampa) and i concluded it could be a valve cover gasket leak. I searched for an automotive sop near the school and finally I called DeBroux Automotive and explained the situation. Next day when my son took the car to them, they did their troubleshooting and later called me to let me know it was a valve cover gasket leak. He gave a quote on the job and an approximate time to be completed. I highly recommend this Automotive shop because of their integrity and reasonable rates. Since i was not there to assist my son, I felt that he was NOT taken advantage of for not being mechanically inclined and now he has a reputable Automotive shop to go for any other car issues. My speed sensor on 2000 Accord quit working! A few people I know recommended DeBroux Automotive, Inc. for the repair. DeBroux is owned by a local family. They are Accredited by the local Better Business Bureau which I find very reassuring. The have many years of experience and automotive knowledge and their mechanics are certified. They accept major credit cards. I found all of the employees I met there to be very personable and and empathetic about the trouble a vehicle needing repair can cause the owner of the vehicle. They are not predatary and their cost are reasonable. Some parts needed to repair older vehicles, such as mine can be hard to find and therefore expensive. It is the fault the parts market, or of the dealer or parts supplier and not DeBrows. I expected fine service and professional repair work and that was affirmed! If your car is breaking or broken, go to DeBrow and have confidence that you are choosing an ethical, competent and honest auto repair service! Five stars for DeBroux Automotive!

Finding an honest, affordable mechanic has been very difficult after moving here. I used to take my car to an independent mechanic back home; they have earned mine and my friends’ repeated business due to their sheer integrity and honesty-- they go out of their way to save their customers money. They once charged me $72 for: an air filter change, an oil change, a headlight bulb change, a power steering pump flush/fluid change, and fixing a break squeak.Since that was my first and only mechanic experience, I did not consider that perhaps their services were highly underpriced. I learned this the hard way with Debroux. I took a Volvo I was planning on purchasing for a PPI and they performed one for $100— no big deal, a little costly, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t buying a lemon as a project car, so I went through with it. They did a good, thorough, job so I decided to bring back my own car the next day for a quick pricing breakdown on a handful of items I already knew needed fixing— one of their guys assured me I would not be charged until I decided to get the repairs approved. I expected a similar experience since they seemed competent and trustworthy. Long story short, I walked out with a quite exorbitant $146 bill ($100 inspection + $30 lightbulb change) for a 30 minute “inspection”. Hell, I even had to rescue one of the bulbs from the trash can because the mechanic didn’t notice I had provided him with two. Not the best experience.It seems the big problem was miscommunication. He said I would not be charged anything until I approved the repairs. They did quickly reach out to me with a full breakdown after I raised these concerns, but it was too late. I am sure they are good mechanics and good people, but again, attention to detail is everything.

Great pre-buy inspection. The technicians explained everything to us and showed us on the vehicle if something was flagged on the report.

These guys are just great people! Usually I feel anxious about repair shops and dont know really who to trust. Very kind people with reasonable pricing, and done in a timely manner. My motor mount had broke, and it is now running great. And never did I feel he was trying to up sale little extras like many shops do. Thanks Rodney, Deanna, and team!

Go staff is excellent their Work is excellent I cannot say enough good stuff about this Automotive repair center. It is a little bit more expensive then run of the mill auto motive repair but worth it.

I was pretty convinced I had a starter problem so took it in expecting they would need to replace the starter. Turns out it was a bad cell in the battery. I appreciated their honesty and courteous service and will be a repeat customer.

The People at DeBrouxs are fair and honest. As a 23 yr old woman who looks 18, often times people speak to me like Im incompetent when I walk into an auto shop or parts store. Rodney treated me with nothing but respect and kindness and provided informational updates during the time my car was at his shop. 5 stars!

A precious man was traveling through on his way home to Fort Lauderdale. His car started having problems. He stopped at a shop near where he stopped and they couldnt fix the problem they had diagnosed. The other shop sent him to Debrouxs, the problem was minor although it could have ruined his vehicle if left as was. The real problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and he was sent on his way.

I had nothing short of a great experience. Very kind people! I am so ecstatic with the work that was performed on my car. I went from getting a quote of 1500 to paying a total of $660 for labor and parts. Some mechanics will cheat you and try tondo extra things to your car that aren’t necessary. Thanks to Rodney I didn’t have to worry about that. I definetely recommend this shop for any of your needs. Not only were they reasonable but they were very fast! Definetely will make this my go to mechanic in the future. Oh! and did I mention you can take your own parts!! Does it really get better than that!

Amazing service!! My car was losing gas mileage like crazy and they were able to have the part ordered and fixed within a day and they also ordered my cv axle for so much cheaper than I was going to order (autozone) and replaced that next day.Just an awesome experience and some of the friendliest staff in Pensacola that I have been to. They had coffee too lol, its just not often that I run into an auto shop that really made me feel welcome.

I feel very confident that what I get here is honest service at a fair price.
